Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Zee Travels I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Zee Travels, specifically in their customer service department. I had been in touch with Arif Khan via Facebook Messenger to inquire about booking tickets. After requesting his contact information, he promptly provided it and instructed me to use WhatsApp for further communication. However, my attempts to reach out to Arif Khan through WhatsApp have been met with complete silence. Despite sending multiple messages, I received no response. To make matters worse, my attempts to contact the office by phone have also been in vain, as there has been no answer to my calls. This lack of responsiveness and apparent disregard for customer inquiries has left me extremely dissatisfied with Zee Travels. In an industry where communication is key, the absence of customer service severely impacts the overall experience. I hope that Zee Travels addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more positive and reliable customer service in the future.
