After a stressful and exhausting afternoon scouring many jewellers in the area I finally ended up outside Chisholm Hunter - Bromley looking for gold earrings for my daughter’s birthday. I saw some earrings in the window but was not sure my daughter would have liked them, so I spent quite a long time hovering outside the shop. Then came Gabriel! The most charming young man you could ever meet. After explaining my dilemma on the doorstep and half an hour later after we had told each other our life stories ( it was like meeting an old friend) I decided to go into the shop and take a closer look at the earrings. Why am I saying all of this? Gabriel was just a delight, an attentive, friendly and efficient salesperson I have ever come across. I was treated like a VIP even though I was not buying very expensive jewellery. There was no hard sell or trying to persuade me to spend more money. I made up my mind and bought the earrings ( Gabriel could have sold me the whole shop and I would have bought it) If that wasn’t enough, a few days later a card arrived in the post wishing my daughter a happy birthday. Now that’s what I call service! All salespersons should be trained by Gabriel. I cannot recommend Chisholm Hunter - Bromley enough. Thank you so much for the pleasurable experience. Went in late on Thursday looking for a specific necklace for my significant other! Not in the window, thought I'd crashed and burned, but went into the newly refurbished store and was literally treated like royalty from the moment I stepped in there. I explained what I was looking for and it was searched and found to be in stock and then found in store for me. Claudia, Angelica & Gabriel know how to treat a customer, they were brilliant a bit of banter and nice chat about watches. I would throughly recommend this store for any jewellery requirements. Let's just hope she's happy on Christmas morning.

We bought my engagement ring here last week and it was a fantastic experience. Gabriel was extremely helpful and gave us plenty of time to try different styles and was very knowledgeable about all the diamonds. He was great with our baby coming along too! Would definitely recommend for a modern yet classic selection of engagement rings.

The team here has always been brilliant, but i would like to thank Gabriel personally. I have bought a few watches from him now, but have also taken friends there too who have been wanting information about particular makes/models of watches or were just generally interested in buying. I have contacted their Sales through the web chat and all my enquiries answered promptly. Dustin was extremely helpful and did a follow-up via email as well. I ended up ordering a watch from them. There was a delay to the delivery of the watch, however not their fault. They were chasing the vendor to send them an extra strap. As soon as, they got the strap from the vendor my order dispatched with next day delivery!! Linda has sent me multiple updates in regards to the progress of my order which it was a plus (+) for me. Georgia in particular is a huge asset to the team, guiding us in the purchase of our wedding rings, and really going above and beyond to source one for us! When the rings arrived, the quality was incredible and the package even came with a wedding card from the team and CH Bromley. Would definitely recommend them!

I'd like to thank the staff at Chisholm Hunter in Bromley for some fantastic service. Having received a new watch from another of their branches in Scotland, I found that the bracelet was slightly too loose and needed a couple of links removed. I arrived at their Bromley branch on Saturday morning and was met by friendly and attentive staff who bent over backwards to help, while the links were being removed I had a lovely chat with a couple more of their staff about watches that we love. It's so nice to meet people with a true passion for their work, I would thoroughly recommend this branch.

It’s one thing to discuss product and pricing. But the most important element of any business’ success is the people. And that’s why I love Chisholm Hunter. Yes, they have the watches I love at the best prices, but the staff is what makes the experience so much of a joy! One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a while! They have a great selection of quality jewellery, the sales assistant (Claudia) was very attentive to my needs, she was very patient and worked with me to provide the best options within my budget and still ensure I walked away with something I was truly happy with. I had visited some of the larger jewellers that day and the customer service and quality of products didn’t match what Chisholm Hunter had to offer. I was also provided with free insurance for the year on my purchase!! I highly recommend this place, forget about the big names - Chisholm Hunter has better products and their customer service is first class!!

In fact we bought them from Nathaniel, he clearly takes pride in his work, he was very attentive and listened to exactly what we wanted and found us the ideal rings. We had been to other bigger named jewellers and it was never in doubt who we were going to buy from. Great after sale care. Can't recommend highly enough.
