I’ve had Detox facial+ Add On Dermaplaning my first ever facial, could not have been enough appreciative with the service and the way Ayumah put me at ease she’s is very informative as I have sensitive skin. Started with a chat about my concerns, what I want in results also explained each step thoroughly as we went along and advised me does and donts/ general skincare/ diet etc. The facial itself was very smoothly done and felt therapeutic too nearly caught myself snoring 😅 nevertheless I left glowing/ glistening and saw instant results.. Can’t wait for many more sessions to be done.

Earlier this year, I underwent the perfect peel with Ayumah. While Ayumah was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly, the aftercare was lacking. Unfortunately, I developed an infection from the perfect peel, and Ayumah did not provide much assistance in dealing with the issue. It felt like, once the payment was received and the procedure done, there was a lack of genuine concern for me as the customer. Regrettably, months later, I still have a permanent scar from the perfect peel.

I visited Ayumah for a Fire & Ice Facial Treatment recently following an offer on her Instagram. I really liked that she included the road for free parking in the appointment confirmation email when I booked. It was really helpful and saved me from having to look for parking myself. Ayumah was very warm and welcoming. She made sure I understood the process of what would be happening and explained each step along the way. She was incredibly informative throughout the appointment and kept asking if I was doing OK at different stages whilst having the treatment. I loved how glowy I looked throughout the day and even had compliments on it when I met my friends for lunch makeup free. All in all I enjoyed my treatment and I'm looking forward to going again.
