Shop was closed on Sunday when I visited it but they had one of the best presentations and a wide variety of flowers.

I originally ordered flowers from Croydon Blooms via direct2florist, but wanted to cancel as soon as I saw the Pink Candy hatbox on Croydon Blooms' own website. So, I rang Croydon Blooms up straight away and told them of my self-inflicted predicament - the lady on the phone was so helpful and said she'd not accept that order so that I wouldn't get charged twice, whilst I cancelled with direct2florist. And she also told me to ring her back if I have any other problems. Once I placed the final order, another lady rang me up to ask me if I'd be ok with a replacement flower as the buds pictured on their website were out of season. I know nothing about flowers, so I let the florists do what they do best, and I was not disappointed. It arrived no later than 3 hours after I placed the order, super quick! The hatbox itself was so beautifully arranged. And the macarons were delicious (I will need to find out where those are from!). Overall, I had a brilliant experience with Croydon Blooms. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for making my parents' ruby anniversary special, everyone at Croydon Blooms!

I could not recommend this florist enough. I had to find a florist within less than a week of my grandfather’s funeral. We wanted 3 personalised tributes including 2 intricate religious signs and I was worried that this would not be possible in the time frame. Croydon blooms initially replied on the evening of my email, out of working hours. They worked with me with enthusiasm, to create my exact vision. The flowers turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments that my grandfather would have loved them. They liaised with the funeral director to get the flowers delivered on time, despite this being early at 9am. Their communication, especially Olympia was exemplary and I would recommend to all. We’ve always had wonderful creative flowers from Croydon Blooms, so we were always certain we wanted them to create our civil partnership flowers. From the start to the finish of the whole process, their care, kindness and quality was exceptional. They absolutely transformed our home (where we were holding the reception), with the most fabulous arrangements and dressing; really clever designs to make the best use of the space. The flowers looked absolutely incredible, phenomenal quality and beyond anything we could have wished for. Oimpia took the time to talk us through the options available, built bespoke pieces based on our chosen colours and provided us with a range of beautiful arrangements, including a floral photo tribute for our late mother. Went in for wax melts as I previously owned a candle from this shop which smelt amazing. There was none in stock however they went above and beyond and made arrangements for some to be bought into the shop within a couple of hours. Also the roses I received for valentines day 2 years ago were stunning

I ordered 2 wreaths for my aunts funeral on 24th August, which were beautiful. When ordering the flowers, the florist was friendly, helpful and kind. I was transporting the flowers on transport so the florist kindly made up 2 boxes to safely transport the flowers. The florist went above and beyond to assist me which I really appreciated. Would def recommend this florist.

Went in today last minute for flowers for a colleagues birthday. One of the employees was putting together a beautiful bouquet for someone else to collect and I commented that something like it would be perfect. Rather than make me wait they sold me that one and said they'd put together another to replace it. Really good price as well. Would definitely use again.

Croydon Blooms are delightful to deal with and I would recommend them. I have used them twice now and the displays were beautiful. As I live a distance away it was all done via online and was totally hassle free.
