Mind-blowing BUT! I attended a 6-week introduction to Buddhism and meditation course that went onto 7 weeks, it was an eye and mind opener. Our life can be shaped by our minds in positives and negative ways and it helped me to see that, and be more understanding of the reality of my life and how I see things. The meditation and the calm peace of mind taking 5, 10 15 minutes of meditation learnt each day is lovely and the teacher Vajragupta had a very easy-going style of teaching meditation and Buddhism. With all the negative press from the past from its founder Sangharakshita and other issues, all I found was loving and kind people trying to do the right thing wishing well to all. And the but there was no but it was good, and I would like to learn and understand more, take what you need and give what you can. Love

Understated warm, welcoming space with many classes for beginners to more advanced practitioners. Has yoga and therapy too

Handy for a range of very high quality incense and a range of materials for practice of Buddhism. Classes were offered in modern meditation, pre covid. Not sure about right now. CD's available for home practice which are very good for the mindfulness of breathing exercise and some others. An overlooked ruby in the dust.

Great place to learn meditation and yoga, buy gifts or pick up a bargain in the friendly charity shop next door.
