    Bootcamp has been great for me. I push myself a lot more than I have ever done in a commercial gym and I am getting results I've craved. I struggled to keep to a routine in a gym, but I don't have this motivation issue with Bootcamp. I really benefit from group exercise, this really gets me to push on past barriers. I've always hated treadmills! I have been made to feel welcome from the start. I really like the way that no two classes are the same. Alex and Manny are great trainers who keep us on our toes. There is also a great ethos on having fun whilst training. I was also very happy with the way Alex and Manny helped helped me adapt when I let them know about a lower back issue. Alex took the time after class to give me things to work on at home to improve this. Even when I find it a bit hard to remember each exercise, Alex and Manny always come round to show us. The others in the class always help too!

    Bootcamp is great, I like that the exercises are varied and no 2 classes are the same. I certainly have felt the impact in my body and well-being. I ran 1km and didn't know I had it in me! Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended😊

    I can highly recommend Bootcamp UK Mill Hill, Each session is a great experience, we have Professional trainers, Super friendly and a amazing group of people, I started 3 months ago when my baby was 3 months, I have had an absolutely great time with Bootcamp mill hill, and I’m loosing a few kg and getting fit as well.

    No better way to kick-start the weekend than to have a session with these guys, such good trainers, no two sessions are the same and has certainly been the catalyst for me to lose those lockdown pounds! I'm hooked.

    There's nothing better than exercising outdoors. Nicola, Tanesha, Nathan and Alex are amazing and friendly coaches, they consistently encouraged me to push past my limits and the results were noticeable. It's always fun to workout with the bootcamp crew, I would certainly recommend it to anyone. They're the best out there

    Amazing team and great workouts. Perfect for people of all abilities and made to feel welcome. Havnt been able to go the past few weeks and have definately suffered from withdrawal symptoms 😂. Cant wait to go back.

    Highly recommended Bootcamp Mill Hill, we have professional trainers and a great group of people. Everyone motivates each other, each activity is different, and that’s why I gladly attend. It doesn’t matter how old you are, everyone can better their condition and self-image. Thank you N&A&C you’re the best 💪👊

    I moved to London in October last year and joined bootcamp in November, to find a fun but challenging place to workout and also make some friends. I have to say this bootcamp has done exactly that, it's hard work but so worth it. Manny is a great trainer and manager, he makes it challenging but fun too. I've managed to make so many wonderful friends, 100% recommend it.

    I am a deaf 50 year old and I've just completed my 4th session. Yay me! Pat on the back. I'm really enjoying bootcamp. It reminds me of p.e at school back in the 70's and 80's. The instructor demonstrates the series of exercises, which are different every week then I watch what everyone else is doing and copy them. I've not exercised in absolute years after raising my family as a single mum. The exercises are made more fun this way. Circuits is about variety which is never boring. This appeals to me more than going to a gym (tbh never joined a gym in my life and I always found exercise classes at the local leisure centre hard to follow with everyone prancing about in different direction) But at bootcamp everyone is friendly and up for laugh. Best thing I've done in ages. I needed this as caring for my mum with dementia is so consuming. My big kids are so proud of their mum being brave to join up for this and fighting to get back into shape mentally and physically. On the 2nd days after my bootcamp sessions my muscles are sore, so I know for sure that I am getting a really good workout. It's awesome!! So be brave and give it a try :-)

    I love this bootcamp. I’ve never stuck to an exercise for this long before and I think it’s the group element that makes it such a fun experience. I love working out in the fresh air. There’s all different levels of fitness, as I was worried when I first joined I’d be left behind, but the trainers are encouraging and supportive and ultimately you push yourself as far as you want to go. I would definitely recommend this bootcamp, and with the offer of 10 sessions for £10 you haven’t got much to lose!

    Boot Camp Mill Hill is the Best, great people who are there for each other, the Instructors are amazing.We are having a wonderful time and easily going to achieve our goals... I am super happy to be one of the Millhill Troops.. And thank u all the Management Team to have made us feel this proud of Bootcamp Millhill...

    Manny makes this bootcamp energising, fun and very popular with its members. He makes the entire team gel and works us hard whilst being responsive to varying fitness levels. I joined in November 2021 and have managed to rid pre diabetes, going from a hba1c of 45 to now being in the normal range - hba1c 41. Yes it’s thanks to BCUK, but specifically a great instructor.
