Good products at good prices but the queue can be quite slow at times, would still prefer it if they made it into an ordinary shop so you could see the products before you buy them.

They never ever answering to phone calls. I saw many times, when in shop - phone is ringing, but staff is ignoring it, despite half of them doing nothing...
