My bag got stolen no staff cared about the situation. I was a woman alone I made it very clear my house keys were in there and I couldn’t get back into my home without them. Know one bothered to check cctv in, addition I payed for a table which isn’t worth it you get pushed, no customer service and it’s small your paying to sit on a bench which anyone person can sit on. The manager said to me “do you really think I’m going to take time to check cctv for you” as if I was rubbish event though several people in the security team told me to wait till the end when everyone left as they were going to check cctv, which meant that all my friends left the club. It’s s very disrespectful to woman of colour and they don’t care about your safety or the well-being of there customers, if I were you I’d stay away. I’m not surprised that they are 2.1 starts it’s very much factual.

Someone I know was attacked and stabbed by a gang of 15 while leaving this club on Saturday night. He was alone and did not know them. He is in hospital fighting for his life. Be very careful when you go here.

We was in the area and someone suggested this club. Was meant to open at 11 but the dg was late so had to hang around for another half hour. Was £20 to get in. Drinks are very expensive. We sat at a table only for half and hour later for a person who works there to come and tell us unless we gonna buy a bottle of drink we cant sit at the table. What a load of rubbish when there were clearly many other tables who did not buy bottles and were sitting. Music is a hit and miss.

Terrible and racist night club. Rude staff forcing you to purchase a bottle to sit at the table even thou you already spent over £100 for an individuals drinks and £20 to get in. Bar is tiny so you need to wait in the queue for a drink for over half an hour. Too crowded and bad managed. Caught Covid after visiting.

Worthy of 0 stars , my partner went to this club and was surrounded by men like Vultures , with some even harassing her physically , staff were of no help. It’s a wonder this place hasn’t been shut down due to how incredibly unsafe it is for women. DO NOT GO HERE.

Please be aware, if you are a woman- this club will not keep you safe. They lack the ability to safety handle matters of conflict in a professional and secure manner. Security guards are known to ineffectively handle situations and can be extremely abusive. Your safety is not guaranteed in the establishment, so please be aware of this.

I wish I can rate zero because definitely one of the worst places. Ladies please be very careful as myself and my friends visit this place last Saturday and one of my friends got her drink spiked and luckily she notice straight away and we were able to edit her. Pay well attention please. The music was ok however on the website says dress code no trainers and the most of the people at the club were wearing normal very casual clothes and trainers. Definitely I would not recommend at all

Look... this is a club. It fulfils the function of a club. But there are different levels of clubs. It depends what you want. If you want roasting hot, long waits at the bar, overcrowded, £15 entry, and the desire to leave after 5 minutes… then this is the place for you. (No offence to the owners/organisers, just not my cup of tea)

This is the worst club in London don't waste your money going to this place. Security picking on us the moment we arrived about hats, when we got inside loads of customers with hats on.... Place is completely over capacity. Security not using a clicker on the door. Serving bottled beers to customers someone will get hurt in this place.

I have been to this club so many times before and never had issues with getting in, never had to prebook tickets. We arrived way before 1am and the que was huge but moving. The security were saying everyone will be getting in but as the time passed we found ourselves standing for over an hour and a half waiting.. the security informed us that the club is full although a lot of people were seen leaving and the promoter was walking around picking and choosing who he let in from the que. They were telling people different entrance prices and were cornering people into buying tables. Most of the staff and security were clearly on drugs. Very arrogant and rude, never expected this from the club that was my go to favourite place, will not be coming back here again.

An authentic Latin club, exceptional service, great music and amazing vibes very safe, and the security guards actually do their job. It gets really hot. But apart from that one of the best I have been in the UK. I highly recommend it!!!!

For people who like to enjoy overpriced drinks while being squished between other people, this is certainly the place to be. Moreover, while being crushed, you can watch 200 men harassing the only 5 women in the club.

Last Saturday I left my bag in the lockers where they keep your things and you have to pay, that's supposed to be safe and so they can take care of your things, it turns out that the lady who was there gave my bag with all my things inside to another person, and all they did was ask me for my number and tell me that they were going to see the security cameras and that if the person appeared with my things they were going to call me, they didn't even take care of all my things that I had inside... .

Fun experience! Loved the music 💃🏻 The atmosphere was great! Also I liked the fact that they had two different rooms with different vibes. Had a good night.

Mostly nice experience here, as I went there a few times. It is a bit expensive, but just as any other night club in London. The staff I saw were always professional. At times, though, the visitors at the club are not the best, but it really depends on the day.

Very nice club, amazing music, however I would recommend booking it can get really busy, as it has been mentioned on other reviews in order to seat at a table you have a min spend, however this is a common practice at-least in all the clubs I have visited, so If you are attending with a group I would recommend booking a table in advance, they have a bottle package which I found was very good £135/£150 (It include's a bottle of Aguardiente, 6 entries table booking and jumping queue), one of the best Latin nights I have had in London

An amazing atmosphere, a place I could recommend if you want to have fun dancing and sharing with friends.

This place is dangerous. Avoid ladies. My friend has gotten her drink spiked at this venue on. 2 occasions. We went on Saturday, got there early and have no idea how she was spiked because the place was empty and we had not interacted with any crowds. Now I can’t say for certain if this is the case or not, but it would really make u question the bar staff. Within 20 minutes of being there we were being forced to leave, and by the time we got to the bus stop my friend needed an ambulance. On another occasion, got yelled at for leaving an empty plastic glass on a table near the exit when I was looking for my friends and could get no phone signal. I wasn’t looking for trouble or being aggressive. I then left as I couldn’t find them. One called me after I left, and we begrudgingly had to pay another 20 pounds to be allowed to re-enter. Wristbands are pointless? Overall, avoid the place if u can. It’s not worth it.

We went for first time with my friends to enjoy some Latino music. We were just ladies, security and staff was always checking that we were ok. It was great, we had so much fun and we dance and stay until 5 am. Highly recommended to everyone and looking forward to come back soon!

If you want a REAL LATIN NIGHT.. THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The music was terrific! There are two rooms with different kinds of Latin music, which is excellent! They also sell Colombian aguardiente if you miss it 😄 People go there to enjoy and have fun, so be ready to dance! The best part is that it closes until 5 am, so it's never late to go there 😉

Great club, if you are looking for a latin party you can't miss out on this place, they even have concerts on Fridays, they always have great music, cant wait to go back.

The worst place in London I have ever been. Overpriced drinks, place so small and crowded, girls acting like they are in strip club, jelous and looking for problems. If you want to be around 18 years old people, drunk and annoying it is place for you. Such a waste of time. I wish I can give 0 stars !!

I had the best time at the club with my friends on Saturday 25th till Sunday 26th which was my 31st Birthday I went with my 6 best friends we all had the best time and we all had an table with Aguardiente too

My friend got assaulted at this club by the security who was clearly under the influence. After the traumatic incident, the security threatened me and my friend and said no one would believe our word. Disgusting club. I tried to reach out to customer service and they offered no resolution.

We had tickets to the Jhay Cortez afterparty but we never got in because the club was full , and after waiting for about an hour and a half , a guy waiting in the queue too ( not even staff ) told us he spoke to the dj and he told him the club was full and all the people outside wouldn't go in. terrible experience, will never consider coming again
