    Unprofessional, far too crowded, not clear terms, or staff not willing to help or understand your business. Stay away from them, if you want a flexible contract and a buzing working environment. I would give them ZERO stars, but it is not possible.

    My law firm is based at the Chancery Lane office which is managed by Simon and Amy who have been first rate! I am a new into the office and they have been very accommodating and always on hand to provide assistance and support. My clients have been very impressed by the office and the staff.

    Landmark are just great! The reception staff are always on hand to help with any issues that arise and couldn't be more helpful. The building is very well equipped and the recent refurbishment is outstanding. Thank you Landmark for providing a great working environment!

    I can't recommend this Landmark facility high enough. My offices are based here permanently and as well as a great location, the staff and facilities are first-class. This is our second year in the building and I hope to be here for many more. Keep up the great work to all at 1RX and a special thank you to Eni and Erika for looking after us and our guests so well.

    Reception smelt of food where people were sitting eating lunch and preparing foods in microwaves! Felt more like a café than a reception. Staff were very helpful and friendly however a manager or a senior member of staff came to reception whilst we were waiting to see our client. She had long curly hair and was extremely rude to the staff, her tone and manner was totally uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. We, my colleague and I along with other people waiting and eating lunch, wasn’t sure where to look. Totally unacceptable behaviour. After I met with my client, I discovered this was a serviced office! Experience – Unprofessional and extremely rude management.
