Do not park here, mine and two other van's got broken into. Thousand of pounds worth of tools taken. Police said it happens constantly there. Security guards and CCTV, yet they didn't hear three van's getting broken into with alarms going off......think someone is getting a back hand.

Excellent for motorcycles as it's free and secure because it's an enclosed building and there are security guards and cameras. There's a gap on the left side of the entrance barrier that's just wide enough to squeeze through. Motorbike parking is on the first floor. Exit in the same way by going through the gap at the side of the barrier. Thank you, City of London Corporation.

My boss' car was broken into and received no help from any of the staff. His window was smashed on the drivers side and none of the staff offered to help him to get his car into a driveable state resulting in him having to drive whilst sitting on the glass. They did not let him look back through the CCTV to see who broke into his car. There were no staff in the car park overnight meaning that nobody was aware of the situation until he returned back to his car. He also still had to pay Β£44 to get out of the car park despite the situation.

Very convenient and secure location with a night attendant at the edge of the City. We parked here because it was super cheap at Β£4.50 after 1.30pm on a Saturday for the whole evening and took a 15 minute stroll from here to Liverpool Street for dinner. We could have parked closer, but it would have cost Β£45, so it was a no brainer.

The location is great and it s the closest car park one can get before the congestion charge zone. The toilet is locked, just give the reception staff a nudge and they will open it for you. The staff was quite friendly as well, showing me how to input my car plate manually because the system somehow didn't capture my plate correctly.

Great location and reasonable price, but dingy, unwelcoming stairwell. Plus the electric car charging was a closed network and not a freely available network with contactless payment.

It was hassle free parking on the ground floor. Easy barrier opening as access code was been sent by email. Paid and reserved online. Google photos help a lot so we didn’t miss the entrance.

Lifts are not working, dirty and extremely bad smell. On the stairs there are no lights which makes it very scary as anyone can be there as anyone can go in the parking unobserved. The location it s good, and that's all. Always there is water everywhere...and there are not numbers visible of the parking place at least me personaIly couldn't see it/them.

Oh this car park is my hidden gem ! Just the car park before entering the London charging zone. Β£4,5 for full day on Sunday at the Tower Hill location. Come one πŸ€—

Every time we visit London we park here, great for being central and the tube station is close by.

Convenient placed car park for visiting the Tower of London area. Reasonably priced for London.

Best car park to use in London not overpriced. Easy to get in and out of the city from. Top location to walk to many London landmarks and sights or restaurants/bars. Close to tube stations a few stops away from anywhere you need to go. Has security and is safe.

Nice parking space and security. It was Bank holiday so there was plenty of space Β£4.20(only on bank Holiday I think) for the session not bad deal.

I went to stay at the premier inn which is a little walk down, and there was no where else to park and the pricing here was Β£58 for a day, and when my dad pressed for assistance they hung up. I would not recommend this car park

Plenty of parking spaces but very small! After you park no charge to get out of the car πŸ˜…πŸ™ˆ High risk to scratch your car on bends..

If you get the timings right the process are really good. Safe car park always manned when I've been there and not to far from DLR or Tube via Tower Hill

Be careful if you are using this place especially if travelling alone... very dark and not very secure especially for women.... lack of security means anyone can roam and enter the car park

Nice carpark . It's not cheap but hey ... This is London :)

  • 3/5 Martin K. 2 years ago on Google
Very, very expensive during the week, but I use it on weekends. The stairwells need cleaning as they reek of urine and the pay machines weren't working. So I had to pay the security receptionist cash to get out! But we're else can you park?

  • 4/5 Pamela V. 2 years ago on Google
It's a car park! Reasonably clean with electric car charging stations which is why we chose to park. Very reasonable to park during the day and overnight on the weekends.

Expensive weekdays at Β£4.20 per hour, check Google reviews before making your decision. Used this parking twice without any issues.
