    Had a complicated pregnancy that was unexpected at the scan.     We have been to Ultrasound Plus twice now, and both times were wonderful. Our first visit was at 11 weeks as we didn't want to wait for our NHS scan (which was 13 weeks). The receptionist was very kind and Joanne was so sweet and shared in the excitement with us as we saw our baby for the first time. Our second visit was for a NIPT + scan. We had Joanne again and then another manager who drew bloods. Both again were so lovely and genuinely happy for us. It made the whole experience so great!

    Very good service !Nice ,polite ,kind staff 🎉.I went for a 4D scan 33 weeks and they were very patient with me. I am very happy I choose this clinic .On my way home I received pictures with the baby and a gifts 🎉🎁.Amazing definitely I recommend them ❤️

    I booked an appointment for 11 July, then we had to go to the A&E therefore I had to cancel the appointment even before the appointment time. Since then I have been chasing them for the deposit refund. Multiple calls and multiple emails; but, no result. Furthermore, today I was reprimanded by the branch manager. I can understand late payments but I cannot forgive bad communication. I have been having very negative experience with them.

    First appointment went well, second was terrible. I informed the staff that I was late and the manager/staff only informed me that the deposit was cancelled, once I got there. I refused to pay and didn’t mind leaving but the receptionist insisted that I speak to the manager to see what she would say. The manager should not be in her post if she’s going to make inappropriate comments about what people can afford or not. That is disgusting behaviour. I clearly said that I was happy to leave they kept insisting because they wanted my money so bad. DISGUSTING! Money comes before good service in that place. The only person that would deserve a 5 star is the Physician that was amazing from the beginning to the end, the location and the clean office. The rest are all trash. Not staying was definitely a great decision.

    Clinic was clean, fairly easy to find. Sonographer was really nice & friendly. Reason for low rating is that unfortunately in my experience I got told the incorrect gender. Of course scans are never 100% but it is with the 99% that people book private gender scans. It was a very costly error for us in terms of time & money. We travelled a long way for the scan (3 hours each way) to experience the excitement of finding out our baby’s gender with our loved ones. As a result of being told the wrong gender (to be told correct gender 4 weeks later at NHS anomaly scan - twice confirmed) because it had been over 28 days (between 16 & 20 week scan) there are many gender specific items I am now stuck with and couldn’t get money back for, on top of the £60 we paid to find out the wrong gender. Overall my experience at the clinic was pleasant in the sense that the sonographer was really nice, but I have to leave an honest review based on the service I paid for which was a gender scan. When you’ve had a gender reveal with friends and family, who then also ended buying gender specific gifts, then to be told it’s wrong, I can’t say i’d recommend it based on my experience. I don’t think for potential future pregnancies I would have a private gender scan again. I’d rather just wait till 20 week scan. Given our circumstance, that we made a 6 hour round trip for the gender scan, subsequently lost 100s of pounds in now non-returnable goods due to this. The least I would have expected is a free rescan from Ultrasound Plus for all the inconvenience caused, however this was not offered. For anyone considering it, I’d advise to save your money and just wait it out till your 20 week anomaly scan to find out gender.

    Highly recommend Ultrasound Plus Clinic! I've been to different private scans for my previous pregnancies, and honestly, this was the best I found in East London The lady at reception was very friendly, polite, and helpful. The sonographer provided the most amazing experience. She was patient & professional, trying her hardest to get the baby to move and reposition better. The rooms are a lovely atmosphere, and we were very happy with the package we chose and the service we were given!

    Absolutely appalling experience with the receptionists. We had to reschedule the appointment because my wife was asked to go to emergency at Queen Elizabeth Hospital by her midwife. There is very bad signal over there and couldn't phone to the practice whilst my wife was being visited, which took 5 hours. After that we received a call from Ultrasound Plus, where they basically insulted us for not attending. The next day we found out they also blocked our account, and we had to use another email to register again. Their tone, the utter lack of sympathy just horrendous. You don't want to be dealing with a delusional nut, in a moment where you already feel tired and vulnerable. The rest of the staff, instead was absolutely helpful and kind, and we had a great time during the scan.

    Amazing experience! We had 2 scans at the clinic and we are very impressed about the kindness, professionalism and human approach of all the staff. Tania in particular is a superstar! We definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the pregnancy journey!

    We have been there twice now. The reviews here don’t make justice. It’s a 5 star clinic. The Staff are always extremely welcoming, prepared and tools are super new. At the end of both sessions we have also received very useful gifts for the baby. We would recommend everybody to come and book an appointment.

    We managed to get a same day appointment for a pregnancy growth scan, the clinic is very easy to find and also very clean. The receptionist and sonographer, both were very friendly and polite, the sonographer took his time and the scan was not rushed and I was able to ask any questions I had. I would highly recommend this clinic, we also got a free gift when leaving which was a nice touch.

    Filmon at UltraSound Plus is a top gent. Best service, they made me and my partner feel welcome and answered any questions we both had. We had our gender scan here at 14 weeks and then a 4D scan at 30 weeks. Filmon did both the scans and provided the best service!

    Had a neck scan from Flordeliza who was absolutely fantastic. Talked me through images throughout the test. Results were sent immediately after. Would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a quick and affordable scan.

    Fantastic staff, they really made us feel welcome throughout the entire process. We went in for a reassurance scan, so as you can imagine, we were a little nervous - but right off the bat they made us feel comfortable, smiled (it goes a long way!) and took their time to walk us through the scan. It was an entirely comprehensive process, and I would highly recommend them!!

    Cattle service… but you get what you pay for. We have been there twice. ~20min waiting time ~7 min scan ~15 min wait to get the printed results About the scan: Time is money in docklands. We did 9 and 12 weeks. They checked the heartbeat, butterfly shape in the crane and head to bottom measurement (CRL) to estimate the due date. We thought we were going to be explained what was going on during the scan but we got nothing unless we’d ask questions. Quite embarrassing that these professionals don’t realise these are important moments for futur parents and a bit of « talking » is appreciated. Data management : You get treated as a new customer when you come back. We did, we had to provide all information again which adds to the waiting time. During the scan, a few the 7 min were lost giving the same info we had previously given. Waste of time. Friendliness : Everybody was kind and respectful. In summary, the waiting time is too long, and the scan is too short (let aside poorly explained) for what you pay for. Better to go with a cheaper option we’re you get the same treatment for less money.

    I wanted to have an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and was booked in quickly and pleased the cost was reasonable. The clinician was competent and professional, talking me me through his findings during the procedure. I received the report very quickly. Highly recommend!

    I was few minutes away from the location (Docklands), called the reception instead of focusing to help me find the address all I could hear was ,,10 min or cancelled the appoiment”. I was in desperate need of help. Very rude.

    After a scare with the fundal height charts used by the NHS that suggested that my baby wasn't growing as he should have, I decided to book in this clinic as they had an available slot that same day, because I needed some peace of mind. Both the recepcionist and the sonographer were nice to me and my partner. Just after we explained our situation, the sonographer told us that fundal height is a very imprecise way to measure baby's growth and depends on a lot of factors. He also explained all the measurements he was taking, and finally he told us that the baby was growing well, and gave us a 4-page report with the measurements to send back to the midwife. Overall very happy with them!

    Appalling receptionist, rude and clueless. Could not understand the concept of a lower abdominal scan and how that differed from gynae. Booked at another place without any issues at all and very happy with the service there.

    I had a ultrasound, the receptionist wasn’t very friendly more concerned about being on her phone. And I asked why you could only have a heart beat bear at 12 weeks. I feel if baby has a heart beat it should be able to put into a bear as I’m paying for it, but she proceeded to say because miscarriage is higher in early pregnancy which I don’t see any relevance too… like I said if baby has a heartbeat I should be able to have one. And I think it was quite cold to say considering I’m pregnant and want my pregnancy to progress making me even more anxious. But the ultrasound lady was very lovely and polite and helpful and let me listen to baby’s heart beat for quite a while and helped ease my anxiety.

    I had an early reassurance scan here at 13 weeks & 3 days. The staff was so friendly, kind, and supportive. The sonographer was so gentle, friendly, and reassuring. I would always come here for scans. Absolutely brilliant place in East London!

    I had to go for an emergency scan to the Docklands practice and saw Georgia. She is absolutely amazing, very caring, careful and pays attention to detail. The scan took a bit longer than expected as Georgia wanted to make sure everything was okay. I cannot recommend her enough. The receptionist however was upset that our scan took longer than planned (bearing in mind there was good reason for Georgia to be extra careful) and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in an already difficult situation. I would usually not return if it was not for Georgia.

    Amazing service provided fast efficient and lovely staff. I was greeted by a lovely young receptionist called cecilla and then was seen by two dr’s who was nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone they truly go above and beyond to ensure they can meet your needs.

    The best value for a gynae scan that I could find locally, and an excellent service. I got an appointment the next day! They helpfully answered questions pre visit, with immediate phone answering. Lovely reception staff. Super scanner with excellent bed side manner. The images were included in the price and they sent them to me within the hour! Really eased my concerns vs waiting a long time with the NHS under a lot of strain at the moment. NO HIDDEN CHARGES, GREAT SERVICE.

    The receptionist at the clinic is extremely unprofessional and rude! I called on Friday and booked my scan for Monday. Unfortunately I had to reschedule I called on Saturday at 17:20pm and 17:19pm no answer (attached in black) so i left voice message for rescheduling. The next day i called the receptionist who spoke very unprofessionally and in a very aggressive tone saying you cannot reschedule. She said she called me back and I did not answer ( did not receive any call from her) , she also showed me a screenshot of it which I attached below (white). she made a 4 seconds outgoing call ! this is not a call it takes 30 to 45seconds to make an actual call. she pushed my appointment from 6pm to 7pm which did not really help and I explained that to her. I tried my best to make the Monday appointment but was not possible as i was looking after two under 2 year old children. I called to cancel and again the receptionist was just terrible. I understand the clinic policy, I'm not annoyed for loosing deposit, I'm annoyed at the way I was spoken to by receptionist and her lying about making an actual call. This is the first time I experience this ! and first time writing a bad review. Now I understand why this clinic has 3 stars is all because of the attitude and rudeness of the receptionist. Very unprofessional.
