Harrow leisure centre can be used by member or by pay as you go booking in everyone active app. They have swimming pool for adult and kids. Soft play area for kids and also Creche to look little ones when parents are training or in a session. It has two levels . Level one is swimming pool on the left and changing rooms / shower. And also you have badminton courts and tallest rock climbing in the Harrow with harness. In this level you also have studios for session, Zumba classes and squash court (6 courts). They charge about £6.50 per session for squash. The viewing area for badminton, squash is in the Frist floor. They also have pedicure, manicure and massage In Frist floor. Showers are closed now may be after may 17 it will be open. They have function hall and cycling session on the Frist floor. The cafeteria and reveiption is on the entrance. Great place for all the wellbeing session for families with ample parking. Parking is chargeable.

Horrible gym very untidy tissue flakes all over the floor. Staff do not clean floor and just stand around talking to their so called friends at the gym. Ceiling is leaking with AC broken. Toilets are always dirty. The PT are pure jerks they will not talk to you or give you advise unless you sign up for their session. They just speak to their so called friends at the gym who they knew before to sign up to the gym

One of the best Leisure Centres in UK. Positives : 1. High quality Gym equipments, plenty of them. 2. Separate Women’s Gym 3. Large Swimming pool, kids pool, swimming lessons. 4. Sauna and Steam room 5. Plenty of courts - badminton , Tennis & other play areas 6. Numerous classes for Members - Yoga, fitness classes, dance classes 7. Ladies only sessions and hours 8. Plenty of parking - need to keep Parking tickets from the machines though 9. Best value for money for members Negatives : 1. Most of the staff members are friendly , but there are staff members need training in customer interaction - there are really rude and threatening staff members - very few . 2. Sometimes their systems got glitches - many instances attended the booked sessions - later received an email with fine. But if you talk to the staff members - they will help to waive off the fine though.. 3. Changing rooms cleanliness can be improved 4. Some of the sessions will get cancelled in the last minute - you will get to know - when you reach there for the session - especially some sessions in morning 6.30am, etc. .. Nothing major But overall one of the excellent Everyone Active Leisure Center .. Loving it …

Total Rip off I joined my daughter for gym membership at harrow leisure centre. Due to some online issues the joining fee was charged thrice on my account. I have been chasing Harrow leisure centre for the refund since then.I have emailed everyone active as well with the screen shot of the payments taken from my account but haven’t got any satisfactory answer or my refund back. It has been more than 4 months now and I am now thinking to cancel the membership and take legal actions against the centre. Total rip off

Absolutely dire response from the team that mans the phone line for the gym or swimming school membership. Despite leaving more than 5 separate messages on their useless voicemail over several months nobody ever returns a call and it’s next to impossible to get through to them. When I visit the leisure centre they’re happy to spend their time chatting amongst themselves.

Havent been there in over a year but sad that things haven't been updated. Front desk young man barely audible and couldn't give me a £1 coin for the locker. Nice that the gym wasn't over crowded but it a little jazzing up would be nice. Large plants give off oxygen and look nice. With the Government sucking locals dry while councils put more money into speed cameras they forget the people who pay their wages.

Positive : Cheap gym membership which includes access to gym, classes, Swimming etc. Negative : Very dirty, not just the gym, the swimming pool is horrible. I was shocked to see so much dirt and slimy floor. I wonder how often ( if it all) they clean it. There’s also loads of teenagers shouting and jumping inside the pool and the staff doesn’t seem to do much about it.

Attended today with my daughter. And I must say the pool area is n desperate need of a refurbishment. When we walked into the swimming changing rooms we were greeted by a horrible smell of urine, tiles were dirty. Walked through to the pool chairs are broken and taped up, lifeguard was rude and pool side is also very smelly. Would not be attending Harrow leisure centre until everyone active decides to refurb the centre.

The gym is dreadful. Many of the machines are indeed dated but worse still is they are poorly maintained. The flooring is a hazard. The toilets are clean but... Sadly soap is not replenished in some maybe less used toilets. The sauna and steam room have been out of action for multiple excuses I was given. Gave up on which one was the truth. Response from 'management' to my raised issues left me in tears of laughter. Perhaps some of the members would have accepted the response but I'm in the trade and understand even poor quality needs to meet basic health and safety measures. I have moved to another place within 2 weeks of joining.

Harrow leisure centre is a place for people to do physical exercise like swimming, gym etc. There is also a football court, a soft play area, canteen, vending machines. They have a parking area infront of the building which is convinient. Some of the staff members are not cooperative, but overall it's just fine.

I’ve been trying to get hold of them for almost two weeks now to absolutely no avail. I’ve tried all of the different options from reception to leaving my number for a call back, not once but twice and unfortunately not heard from them at all. If you are never going to pick up the phone, why is it still listed on the website then? Well, I guess I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

It has been my gym for years I like the gym equipment in the gym and group classes. Spa facilities like steam and sauna are perfect for winding down. Friendly staff all year round. I have not tried out the swimming pool so can't comment on this. But I would suggest if the woman changing area can be improved downstairs and match up to the men changing rooms. Studio 1 and 2 improve the floors if possible. Thanks for reading. 😊

Great staff and good facilities but unfortunately there have been multiple incidents where I have been unable to use the facilities I pay for because the car park is full due to hired events. As a paying customer I am deeply disappointed with this. The membership is not cheap and therefore members should be given the highest priority.

As others have mentioned, shower and changing area for the pool not very clean. Also no lanes available during the day, so if you want to swim for exercise you're out of luck if you can't swim in the early morning or late evening. Gym areas are good, and membership price is reasonable.

The only good thing about this place is the pool and sports halls. The gym really lets this venue down. The equipment is old and rusty. Staff were vacuuming during opening hours (never seen that before). The staff I spoke to didn’t really have the knowledge to help me with basic questions. Also a staff member lost the keys to one of the training room and the maintenance guy had to break in. Very sad as I like this venue and hope that it will get the funds it needs to improve.

I enjoy using the swimming pool regularly. Great that they have a lot of public swimming sessions every day. Free parking in a large car park,l for 3 hours, just make sure to get a ticket validated at the machine.

Rude staff and unhygienic facilities. I went to this leisure centre for a family swim. The front desk was unorganised with misinformation on how to book for public swimming but eventually we were allowed in. The swimming instructors are rude, unprofessional, and they made my family fell insure as they publicly speaking about us towards other people. They were aggressively yelling to my family to get out of the swim area. No clear signs and the gate should have been closes if the area were occupied by them. A swimming instructor later snatched a swimming float of me and yelled in my face “this doesn’t belong to you!” My advice is not to leave swimming equipment to make think it’s okay for the public use as well as new job adverts for swimming instructors because the two ladies should not be teaching children with their behaviour at all. Completely unprofessional and should not be around children after their abuse towards my family. They have made my family uncomfortable and we will not be returning to this branch, especially I am now suffering with athlete’s foot after this trip due to their unhygienic changing room and swimming pools. I strongly recommend to be cautious or even avoid this branch, otherwise you will suffer!

Very affordable prices with various discounts for pretty much everyone, 3 hours of FREE parking, but You MUST use the app and register Your vehicle. Please be aware people who live around here take advantage of this and sometimes it is mission impossible to park there even if You are a member. 2 gyms, sauna, steam room, swimming pool. All this You can use with standard membership for circa 30 quid / months. The gyms and their changing areas are well equipped, nice and You can use them whenever You want (in the opening hours). On the other hand when we are talking about the water facilities (swimming pool, steam room & sauna) it is not simple. They have a specific timetable for them in paper form and in the Everyone Active app. Sometimes they not show the same, it csn be confusing because of the various different swimming classes and confusing sauna & steam room schedule. Sometimes only females can use them!! I was tempted to give a 5* rating, because altogether their service package is good and affordable. But it happens quite often on Saturdays (after cleaning) they forget to turn on the sauna & steam room and You must use it in cold temperature. And happened more then once they forget to let members know they closed the swimming pool sauna & steam room because of an event, such as Swim Gala etc. So You traveled there for nothing...

It's great to be able to go for a swim again and the centre has it all arranged really well. 1 hour sessions so cleaning can be carried out, and only a limited number at each session to avoid over crowding....BUT....this being said, I can't wait for it to all return to normal - just being able to go without having to plan and book. My grandson is special needs and I'm 70 so we wouldn't usually pay but having to book online, this is not offered so we have to pay full price which is a shame when on a tight budget. Lovely leisure centre and one I'd recommend as cleaner than others.

Swimming instructors are never on time. Half the time their system isn't working which wastes more time. They keep changing frequently and do not make an effort to go into the pool to teach younger children. Standards have gone down.

I usually go here for my kids swimming lessons. It has 10 stages of lessons for kids and adult. On Saturday and Sunday usually all lessons are full. Tuitiors are experienced. I also see a large size Gym with multiple sets of equipments. It has a large ample size open parking usually parking is free for 3 hours for members. Good place for exercise, swimming, badminton etc.

Often use the steam room and sauna here. A good leisure centre with many activities accessible to partake in. A good swimming pool which is well staffed and maintained. The staff are quite friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable.

I’d like to preface this review by saying I’m not the type of person to write negative reviews however this one time I will make an exception. I grew up using Harrow Leisure Centre for all sorts, sports, events, gym etc. the state of it today is absolutely shocking. 8 out of 10 staff is incredibly rude and absolutely useless. When you need something at the reception they very rarely actually solve the issue. The gates at the front don’t work. And there’s a tall white male named Rory who is so miserable all the time it puts you off even speaking to him whenever you need something. My membership ends soon and I definitely don’t wish to continue staying there. As of now I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. They need major changes to win back myself and hundreds of old customers who left due to the poor management

I have been a member for many years now but it’s getting worse the service is appalling. Steams broken down since December still not fixed no one tells you the truth . You have to queue up sometimes for 10 minutes to get wristbands why can’t it be faster if you book online still you need to wait. Staffs can be more helpful but they not every time you go there seems like you not welcome by any staffs member hair in the showers cubicles disgusting and dirty please please sort it out make sauna and steams wristbands faster leave it on the front so everyone can scan and walk in

The water in this place needs to be fixed. The shower water is extremely hot and the drinking water is warm. It’s not nice to drink warm water during exercise and then showering in a extra hot water. Please look into the water Temperature.

My son was booked in for a stage 3 set of classes as he was in stage 3 in Hatchend and the class was supposedly at 11. As expected we were there and the class was fully booked so I was asked to check at the reception which I did only to find out my son was asked to join the others in the water. Upon confirming from the reception that the next class was 11:30 the teacher asked him to come out, all wet and take showers for 20 minutes to wait for the next class! To make matters worse, the next teacher was incredibly abrupt and rude to me and my son when indicating that my son needed to be in stage2. Finally the management refused the refund of the botched class asking me and my son to wait for another 1.5 hours to get in a stage 2 class! I can only say the reception guy was helpful but the one before and the trainer needs an attitude adjustment and possibly a hip replacement( she wasn’t even getting in the water with the kids to teach them). Well, no choice now but to get on with it as the money is paid up. Sadly.

Super place with all facilities to keep fit & active. Unfortunately, we could not sign up as new members as nobody was available to sign us even after waiting for more than an hour . We will try again in the new year.

  • 1/5 Ben M. 1 year ago on Google
Went for 1 day free trial and waited 15 mins sat in reception as if I was setting up a mortgage to be told they can’t sign me up in the centre, you have to wait 2 or more days for an email from head office just for 1 day in the gym, everything about this place is old and backwards and looked empty, every other gym I’ve been to signs you up on the spot

  • 3/5 Visan A. 1 year ago on Google
I just began my membership at the centre and I must say my first week is disappointing so far. In the swimming pool area there is never a mens locker available as apparently people are taking the keys home. Also the sauna and steaming rooms have some stupidly schedule where every day there is a 2 hours window where only women are allowed inside even though the price is the same for both mens and women which I find it unfair.

Great gym and great deals plus friendly staff

  • 1/5 Vilas B. 1 year ago on Google
My daughter was excited to begin in stage 1 having no experience in water and frightened. Unfortunately we still attend until we can find somewhere else but the swimming teachers have no shame the lack of passion and support for stage 1 swimmers especially is enough to put you off, literally no encouragement no smiles rubbish at their job. Zero stars

  • 1/5 H B. 2 years ago on Google
Do not prefer… Life guard do not enjoy their job and busy talking to each others for break time, water always cold, security staff are the worst people… would rather go to Aspire or David Lloyds

  • 3/5 Sohail R. 2 years ago on Google
Went there for the first time to play badminton. It was is a good place, built on a large area and have a good parking (paid). I have given three stars only because the badminton courts were very closely marked which meant that player were running onto their neighbouring courts to save the points. It caused inconvenience as you would always be worried about a collision! On a positive note, the prices were reasonable as compared to other Everyone Active leisure centres.

Fine Does what it needs to. Happy to have it nearby but it is straining with the population increase

  • 4/5 Ash M. 2 years ago on Google
Lots of parking first of all. Ease of access for wheelchairs and prams. At the moment it's 3 hours free parking. The facilities are great and cater for all ages. Soft play, little kickers football and swimming are on my priority at the moment and they offer that. Played badminton the other day and it was good. Space at the back of courts near Wall is limited, so you will be hindered. However, am no pro so didn't make an impact on my game (don't have game tbh). Didn't give it the 5 star treatment as it is a bit outdated. Needs a little revamp.
