    Staff are extremely rude and act like they are in a play ground! I ordered an apple pie along with some other things, as I was waiting for my order I look over and the girl who served me and her colleague were throwing my apple pie and sliding it up and down the tray. As I’m leaving i see the manager laughing and smiling as if this behaviour is normal and funny! Good luck to their customers

    Never knew that food can be made with this level of worst quality. Disgrace to the McD to have this point licensed. Rude service, pathetic rotten quality. Waste of time to write a review. This is perhaps the worst food anyone can ever eat since their birth. Rotten food. Felt like throwing away the food on their face. Refused to give bill too. Shameless staff and worst quality

    The worst McDonalds i have ever tried around the world!! The bread was hard like a biscuit if you hit it in the wall it would come back to you - felt like if they made it a day ago! Went to change it , they gave me another sandwich still same problem Dont even think about visiting this branch

    Horrible service. I was served by Anisa, received the wrong order for two times in 2 minutes. The problem is that instead of double checking if the order was right, her answer was "i dont know" and went to serve other customers. So i had to speak to a manager which solved the issue quickly. In the meantime this Anisa started to whisper some bad words about me and they started laughing instead of apologzing or just ignoring it. Never seen such a awful service in any mcdonald, that's the reason why i won't spend any more money in this site. Avoid if you want to be treated as a human being.

    I never used this McDonald’s before… but I was coming from a meeting I was hungry before to carry on my journey to an other place I decided to order a wrap the experience was great. They are very organised. Is one person with a tablet asking what would you like to order, after that you pass to the till you pay with card contact less them wait for your order and go down stairs the seat & eat or go outside. All the staff working in there were polite, fast I felt safe with low risk to get covid due touching screens and using the hands to eat. They have hand sanitizer the place was clean

    The team serving are really uninterested in customer service. No eye contact, no smiles or interaction. Make you feel like an inconvenience. They seem confused even with hardly any customers, I am not sure if more training will help or if they are just not capable/engaged with doing the job.

    The manager Aziz is absolutely horrible to his staff and has poor customer service. As the gentleman was assisting me he was being out right rude to him. He lacks management skills and decent communication skills. Personally I believe this needs to be looked into. As a regular customer as I work within the area I was extremely disappointed.

    Pro’s: Convenient location when it’s quiet. Cons: Idiotically, the “fast lane” order queue system works separately and independently from that of the counter so you have 2 of each order number being called out. Let’s add some unnecessary chaos to ordering McDonalds at the restaurant, why not! Don’t like that? Order via the McDonald’s app- oh wait, this brand doesn’t exist on the app, so no remote ordering, no delivery, no points. You have to rely on their backwards system. Staff are nice but seem to get orders incorrect here than most, but with the above in mind I do really blame them.

    There seems to be a staff shortage here and upstairs, at least, you have to order at a counter. The wait time both in the queue (which often spills into the shopping centre) and once you have ordered seems long. If you desperately feel the need for McDonald's I would suggest walking to one of the others nearby. The burger, when finally it was recieved, was not just toasted bread but was actually burned.

    The food is... well McDonald's! It's the same everywhere you go, apart from the service. This McDonald's is always good and the staff are always good at dealing with all types of characters 😁 after all... this is London, and it does have many characters indeed lol

    Waited ages for a single MC spicy, lukewarm. Assistant manager had felt box before putting it into bag and hesitated but put in bag. Understaffed. There're other places to eat in the station, steer clear of this McDonald's

    Food was good when ordered and received quickly. However the process for ordering needs to be revised considering that people were ordering from both sides of the counter with one checkout seemingly the place to place and take orders and while the other side was assumed to be for collections. There didn't seem to be much organisation to help this with a long queue forming and some people getting annoyed with the time they were waiting. Atmosphere was typical of a Maccas. Not enough seating and still can't understand the point of "standing" tables, putting a couple of seats on them would be easy to do, especially that close to Oxford Street!

    This restaurant is in need of a complete overhaul. Contains none of the provisions available in normal branches, no online or electronic ordering, manual ordering is disorganised and no receipts issued , so if you forget the number you were told, tough. We waited 15 mins for a big tasty meal , and separate burgers, fries and drinks. When we enquired our order number receipt had been sitting on a back shelf ignored. One person was despatching orders and suffice to say when we did get our food it was cold and the burger buns stiff and stale. The Big Tasty looked like it had been thrown together by a 3 yr old. There were bulbous chunks of iceberg lettuce with sauce everywhere other than in the bun. As I had also been collecting the advertised Monopoly stickers I noticed that not a single sticker had been given. When I asked , they seemed indignant and just threw them on the counter. Clearly they have no interest in providing the service you expect. I also couldn’t use some bonus points I had on My McDonald app, as ‘they don’t participate’. If so, why not and should they even be allowed to display the McDonalds name. Avoid at all costs

    Slowest Macdonald I ever been to. First then never open on time in morning like it says on their time table. They are always 10-15min late to open it ! And the waiting after ordering your food is even worst, can wait for 20min and all employees just taking their time, sometimes just wondering around while there is queue outside. It's supposed to be "Fast" food, doesn't worth the wait

    Really bad customer service from your supervisors on 12/09/2023 time 15:15, girl with glasses, white shirt and blonde. I would suggest you train your staff on how to speak or discuss with a customer.. They don't know how to manage an absurd queue of 20 people

    I’m at this McDonald’s right now, and the manager I guess is extremely rude. I ordered one McFlurry and have been waiting for 25 minutes, i just asked him how long is it going to take, he responded saying “we don’t have the cup, do you want to take the McFlurry in your hand?” In an extremely rude way. This is so unacceptable

    I got a fillet o fish with only half a slice of cheese. Paid £4 to only get half?! Not to mention that it was all over the place. It’s not hard to align 2 pieces of bread, the fillet and the half a slice of cheese…disappointing

    They refused my money as it was a scottish note. Its still pound sterling and used the excuse that it might be fake. Could clearly see it wasn't but still refused it. The manager is prejudice against my country and if that aint being racist then what is? Won't be back, shocking service

    For clarity I’ve used this McDonald’s for years. Always been a decent experience, however they are charging for sauces for EVERY purchase (not including nuggets) nonetheless. Until this changes I’m leaving it at 1 star

    I work for JD in West One Centre. My order was taken and drink was given and was asked to wait to the side. 20 mins passed and still nothing. When asking how long it was going to be the woman on the till didn’t even know about my order and had totally forgotten about it. Then she gave my order and it was missing items. Then the missing chips were put it the bag upside down. Worst experience in a McDonald’s by far

    Poor quality food. Staff have a poor attitude. Busy branch so perhaps more staff are needed. I was served by a manager who didn't even offer a greeting or a "thank you". How this guy made manager with such a poor attitude I'll never know.

    I was here on the 26th of December, the discounts day in the city so the review may be abit skewed. The stuff are fast and efficient. Was amazed but how fast and how many people were ate this place. The downside of course was there was literally no seat to eat and enjoy the food. We scouted upstairs and down stairs eating areas but in vain. For such a busy store, I was a bit disappointed that it had no rest rooms (read ‘toilets’), well either did not have or they were closed, the statements were equally conflicting from the staff inquired from. I noticed a sign ‘beware thieves operate in this area’... saaaaay whatttttt! Gatta check my wallet again.. yes I still have it. Phewwwww!!!!

    They are always slow in the mornings, 1 guy/girl taking orders and making coffee at the same time which delays people significantly. Also for a company worth billions, it's an absolute joke that they don't have touchscreen ordering, or even a display showing which order is being prepped and which order is ready to collect. Go to the one on Oxford Street if you can.
