want
to
make
a
complaint
about
my
experience
at
42
Hans
crescent
knightsbridge.
Few
days
ago
I
been
to
El&n
cafe,
i
made
the
complaint
by
email
but
nobody
answers,
I
was
trying
to
communicate
with
the
head
office
but
unfortunately
nobody
answers
the
phone.
so
I
can
see
they
don't
care
about
customers.
I
been
with
my
daughter
and
sister
and
I
thought
I'm
going
to
have
a
lovely
time,
this
is
my
second
time
I
visited
the
cafe
during
this
month
and
now
I'm
sure
I
wouldn't
like
to
return.
I
been
service
by
gentleman
not
very
nice,
unfortunately
this
is
the
second
time
I
been
service
for
this
gentleman,
very
rude,
he
make
my
and
my
family
to
feel
unwelcome,
that's
a
shame,
he
gave
us
dirty
look,
he
tossed
the
menu
on
my
table,
his
tone
of
voice
was
rude
but
with
the
rest
of
the
customers
he
smiled
and
he
was
acting
like
he
was
a
friendly
man
but
with
us
he
make
feel
upset.
Unfortunately
the
first
time
I
didn't
make
a
complaint
cos
I
thought
he
was
stressed
out
but
unfortunately
he
served
us
again
and
he
behave
like
a
rude
person,
that's
a
shame
because
we
love
El&n
cafe
Everybody
else
was
polite
and
friendly
except
this
person.
At
the
end
we're
been
service
by
Ahsan
and
he
did
a
five
star
service,
I
asked
him
for
the
name
of
the
rude
waiter
and
he
told
me
he's
name's
Miguel
but
to
be
sure
I'll
add
some
pics
of
this
rude
guy.
Miguel
he
need
to
learn
how
to
treat
customers.
I
would
like
to
give
a
5
stars
for
the
food
and
the
rest
of
the
staff
but
for
the
rude
gentleman
I'll
give
1
star.
I
hope
the
head
office
can
sorted
out
the
behaviour
of
this
waiter.
