Had really high expectations after wanting to go for so long. I went with a friend for brunch/lunch to the Cafe near Park Lane. The drinks menu is nice, a lot of variety and very well presented drinks. Not a lot of choice food wise but plenty of cakes. Generally pricey. Particularly bad, where we were seating, there were loads of flies around - Turn out to be really uncomfortable/annoying. We asked to be sat downstairs, but the waiter said there were no tables available. Nobody did anything until the very end of our meal, when one of the supervisors asked us if we wanted to move to another table. We just paid and left as we already ate. Also, the staff, although very nice, were really insisting. We had 5 of them coming to ask what we wanted to order in a space of less than 10 minutes. With a menu so complex, you would expect clients to take some time going through (especially if it's the first visit)

They have nice desserts but unfortunately they have some hygiene problems. Their cutlery not cleaned (half cleaned some parts of a previous customer dessert on the cutlery I think the reason is they are quite busy and they don't have the time to clean the cutlery as it should be) at least they should have a minimum hygiene standards. But we solved the problem we have used a takeaway cutlery. Please check the photos to understand in what hygiene level they are. (I have showed them the food spots on their cutlery & they have replied this is cleaning machine remaining spots if they are correct then this is a bigger hygiene problem) But their desserts are nice but I don't recommend visiting them again since if they have a hygiene problems on their cutlery then what about their food!!

Very average restaurant in an otherwise prime location. El & N is the kind of restaurant that caters to visual aspect and not necessarily the best tasting food. It’s a tourist trap in my opinion. Food and service is average at best, but the overall environment of the restaurant is very nice. If you’re looking for social media content then this is your place, otherwise I recommend saving your time and money

Best Spanish Latte ever tasted. Friendly staff. Fast service. Wait to be seated if you like to sit inside. Sitting outside? no waiting line just find a table.

When I got there, it looked all fancy and the decor was really pretty. We ordered just these things and it didn’t have a good taste. Turkish delight hot chocolate was extremely sweet. Pistachio had no exciting taste, wasn’t worth £8 for small portions. Total came up to £30 isn’t worth the price

I want to make a complaint about my experience at 42 Hans crescent knightsbridge. Few days ago I been to El&n cafe, i made the complaint by email but nobody answers, I was trying to communicate with the head office but unfortunately nobody answers the phone. so I can see they don't care about customers. I been with my daughter and sister and I thought I'm going to have a lovely time, this is my second time I visited the cafe during this month and now I'm sure I wouldn't like to return. I been service by gentleman not very nice, unfortunately this is the second time I been service for this gentleman, very rude, he make my and my family to feel unwelcome, that's a shame, he gave us dirty look, he tossed the menu on my table, his tone of voice was rude but with the rest of the customers he smiled and he was acting like he was a friendly man but with us he make feel upset. Unfortunately the first time I didn't make a complaint cos I thought he was stressed out but unfortunately he served us again and he behave like a rude person, that's a shame because we love El&n cafe Everybody else was polite and friendly except this person. At the end we're been service by Ahsan and he did a five star service, I asked him for the name of the rude waiter and he told me he's name's Miguel but to be sure I'll add some pics of this rude guy. Miguel he need to learn how to treat customers. I would like to give a 5 stars for the food and the rest of the staff but for the rude gentleman I'll give 1 star. I hope the head office can sorted out the behaviour of this waiter.

Very nice cake, though the matcha latte doesn't taste much like latte, but rather matcha and milk. Atmosphere and interior design is really good though.

Had a really good time at Elan. I ordered the cheesecake brownie, spiced chai latte, french toast and a juice and it was all extremely delicious. The presentation and the taste of the food was incredible. We had a lovely man called Mohammed serving us and he went over and beyond to ensure we had a good experience (with adding extra flowers to the tea to moving us to better seats etc).

I think the first time you step into Elan Cafe, you are mesmerised by the lovely cakes, the pink interior and the concept. After about 2 years of order the same Acai bowl, I have sadly noticed the quality of the food in this place going downhill. My partner's eggs florentine was a better choice. This place is nice for instagram pics, tying something new, but the food on a la carte is okay. The cakes are nice and worth picking up if you're in the area. The other issue with this place is that the queue sometimes to get in on a Saturday is like 40 minutes and by the time you get seated, the waiter tells you that you have a 45-minute slot to sit down and 'enjoy'. I will give it to the menu and the coffees. There's a great variety of fresh options for brunch and lunch and great menu for drinks. Matcha tea is very fresh and coffees are good. Might be worth the Elan team looking for a CRM model which can cater to high influx of visitors.

I love the food at el&n. It’s healthy and must be tried. The underground level is beautiful for bloggers who wants to take pictures. I love their mug collections too that they sell in store, they r really good. I just this that the location by Harrods needs to be renovated. It is very popular location and got used so bad. You can see the dirt on the walls. The bathroom door is right close to some of the tables Inside which makes u feel Weird sitting next to the toilet. The chairs and tables are old and over used. I gave 4 star for the food and the fact that I knew ho this place was couple years ago not for its current situation now.

The highlight of my experience was Raffaella; when she greeted us in the beginning, she was kind, caring and helpful. My only positive experience in this place was her. After that, everything went downhill... service was extremely slow, waiters were arguing with each other in front of customers which made us very uncomfortable, food came very late, the waiter kept saying 5 mins and it's here (25 mins pass and still no food) and even the drinks came way after the food arrived. I do understand that you can be busy but keeping in mind how overpriced is this place, the location (Knightsbridge) and the brand, you shouldn't be understaff on Christmas's season, or have staff not well trained. No one came to check how was our food after we received it, the other was actually wrong: Cesar salad without chicken, burger with ingredients with ask to be removed and even some fruit had mould in it 😬 Funny enough when I ask the waiter where the chicken was he dare to tell me this salad had it on the dressing 😂 that you don't actually have chicken pieces on it. Same person left the take away boxes on a table next to us so the other customers will put their food by themselves on containers. A disaster. I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately since the decoration is cute. Maybe less effort of cuteness and more on service.

The cakes here are fantastic, beautiful and tasty. Service is great too, especially Hadi, he is very attentive to us throughout our meal. Absolutely recommend this cafe!

The place was absolutely amazing the food was beyond great and the caramel coffee the best I ever had. Katerina was our server and she was also really great. Came all the way from America and was taken back by how good everything was.

The place totally lives up to its hype! Lovely place with some amazing friendly staff- Katrina & Soraia, you were so lovely! One of the few places where the cakes taste as lovely as they look! Love it!

Had a very enjoyable meal today!! Thank you Promika for your wonderful service- we felt very cared for! :) Moreover, I would recommend the red velvet cake- very moist and nice cream cheese filling!

We came from Vienna - for a short holiday trip Very exclusive and cool location - The food was good but high prices - the size of the food was ok - We were 4 girls and we waited sometimes long for the ordering and one order got lost - but the Managerin ( benedetta)was very friendly and tried quick to solve the problems !

I must say it was exceptional experience with this place. I loved the way staff cooperate and manage with customer. Food was unexpected delicious, healthy, finger licking foods. No words,I just loved this place.Also the ambience was very pleasant 😊

The service and food in overall is good, I recommend it and will come back! I would just leave it as a tip that they would improve the cleaning.

Always a delight to visit this place! With spectacular decor and Instagram worthy picture backdrop you can order delicious meals, mouthwatering cakes and pastries. The drinks are also unique and tasty.

Stopped by to end a long day of sightseeing, shopping and after dinner inside Harrod's. There was a bit of a line, we were seated in about 10 minutes. We ordered and were not disapointed.

Went after dinner for some dessert. They sat us at a dirty table, there was trash inside the sugar holder and the seats had visible food residues, they took forever to take our orden and another day to bring it to us. Desserts were good bug nothing out of this world. Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be going back.

Food was great. A little overpriced in my opinion, but I guess you’re paying for the pretty atmosphere and good service. Lara was our server and she was wonderful. Great stop on my short visit to London!

ADEL, RAPHAELA, and MOMO gave a great service. They were super friendly and shared lovely vibes. The pastry was delicious as well as the drinks. Overall, beautiful atmosphere and incredible staff.

Really tasty red velvet cake and fruit smoothies! Beautifully presented as well. the cafe was clean inside and the decor was beautiful to take pics with. We were seated quickly and didn't feel rushed. Really enjoyed our time here Friendly service from Safna and Afraah as well 🥰

This place looks cool as hell, but we waited for 20 mins after ordering to be told one of the drinks was not able to be made, they were out of pistachios I guess, then another 10 until they came back. All in…2 lattes and 2 pre-made pastries were about 1.5 hours at the spot. That’s…not good. Our server flat out disappeared. The replacement server (let’s call them The Replacement) was apologetic so points there. But dang I wanted to love this spot so much. Cool looking spot for sure though. The Instagram was good.

To be honest i did have higher expectations of here going by what I had been seeing online but and once got there a bit took back. Beautiful design of pink all around though..Downstairs chairs are a bit worn. Other people who walked in long after us were getting their cold drinks orders before us. Otherwise a pretty restaurant to take pictures in which is why I mainly went there. A drink I ordered came nothing like the design picture on their menu. Cake was lovely though

The waitress are very nice and have very good attitudes, the s’more cookie pan was delicious. The drinks were very good also. it’s a must to try this cafe !!!

Finally visited the instagrammable Elan Cafe in Hans Crescent with my friends. Unfortunately, the sitting area downstairs was closed due to staff shortage but we did get some instagrammable worthy pictures downstairs. Getting back on top there was a queue to sit indoors so we just sat outdoors where we were offered table service. The staff member serving us was very friendly and kind. We ordered ruby latte £6 which was a pretty pink drink of raw beetroot. Also ordered their classic milk and white hot chocolates £5.5 which both were average. I wanted to try their rose macron but wasn’t available. The staff member recommended their mixed berry cheesecake instead £6.95 which was delicious and pretty. We further ordered a whole slice of strawberry cake £7.5 which was average and nothing special. Overall a great cafe for social media content as it has lovely cakes, cute drinks and the pink interior. Considering the quality of the food, it is overpriced. I would only recommend this place for pictures.

We have visited Elan on Hans Cres with a baby i pushchair.I was a bit nervous seeing those bad reviews here but our visit was very pleased.We have been greeted by manager and she set us downstairs as we have requested sit there. She was very nice smiling and we felt welcome from beginning.The waiter came in a few minutes after and took our order. He also describes the drinks which we have ordered with passion:) We got the coffees and desserts in about 5 min later. They checked as back if we need anything else few times always nice and politely way. Amazing place to take pictures. Easy access to underground. Only one minus there was a bit chilly downstairs Buy definitely recommend we had a really nice time.
