So unfortunately I only got to try out this place once during this visit. I tried the tiramisu soft serve which was absolutely amazing! I will definitely come back and try more 😍

Wonderful experience at Soft Serve Society. I visited on a Monday bank holiday afternoon and treated myself to a lovely matcha 🍵 ice-cream. Service was fabulous, staff extremely kind and the ice cream a dream! 💜 This time, I also tried the charcoal cone and wow!! Definitely recommended! Love it and will be back!

pretty decent soft serve, melts v quickly though so be careful :P had the cucumber mojito soft serve w/ cornflakes and it was pretty good. never had anything like it before and it smelt like a cucumber face mask. the taste did confuse my tastebuds a little at first but it grew on me

Great place to try something a bit different for dessert. We went for the taro and charcoal coconut (?!?!?) soft serve in a charcoal cone and a mint choc bubble tea. The ice cream was great and melted super quickly. The bubble tea was yum but very sweet so I’d wait for the ice too dilute it a bit. Overall it’s a but Instagram-y but still great place for a sweet treat.

One of the best best ice creams everrr😋 It’s very yummy and creamy I have had the Matcha ice cream with a waffle and the taste was extremely delicious. I think it was a bit heavy so next times I’ll be ordering the Matcha ice cream alone. Definitely worth trying and the staff were very professional. I’ve tried their hot chocolate too but I would give it 3/5. But overall the ice cream was extremely delicious.

The best soft serve I’ve had in my life ! Interestingly it’s not exactly soft serve - it’s somewhere in the middle. The staff are really friendly and the location is easily accessible. I had the charcoal coconut brownie sundae two days in a row !! Can not get enough of their brownie - honestly the fudgiest brownie in London

Cute place for milkshakes, unique ice cream creations and more. We popped in after dinner to check it out. I ordered a boring cone vanilla/vegan pandan one. Ice cream is silky smooth not too sugary sweet. Appreciate the vegan choice. It melted a bit quicker then i expected, maybe i am just too slow. Next time i ll go with just the pandan.

We had hot chocolate. It was amazing. Totally recommend it

They do very nice soft serve. I tried berry sauce with meringue this day, and it made me want to come back to try all others again. They do hot drinks as well, which is very nice to have with ice cream. Waffles were also nice. Cake toasted with chocolate and peanut butter sauce. You can add ice cream on it as well.

Had a bubble tea and the tapioca pearls were hard and had a cardboard texture. I asked the servers who were happy to replace them with new ones. Although they improved slightly, the pearls still tasted stale. Even had my friend try it and she agreed right away.

Matcha and red bean are my all time favorite and Soft Serve Society does not disappoint me. They have wide range of flavors and options. The ice cream is creamy and not too sweet.

Service was a bit slow with no a knowledge meant from the staff while we were waiting with no one else in the place. Price is a bit high for the portion. Matcha was okay - same quality with the £2 matcha soft serve you can get in China town but more than double the price in here. Vanilla was good but nothing special.

The chocolate affogato ice cream is a MUST. It’s super delicious, I licked it all up! As for the BOBA… AVOID. I gave the general review 3 stars because the Boba was that BAD, as a frequent boba drinker this did not taste like real boba at all and was very sour. The ice cream however was worth the money 👏💞

The best soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had! I love trying out their new flavours but they always have the matcha and charcoal flavours that are divine.

Third time lucky. Not third visit, it took 3 attempts for the ice cream not to fall off 🙄 I don't know if the young lady didn't compact the soft serve but when she gave me it, it did look wonky. As soon as I took my first bite the whole thing fell all over my mobile and hands. I had to let them know. Staff apologised and kept passing me tissue. Second one also fell, this time even before I managed to take a bite, see photo of it landed besides Soft Serve. Third one looked fine, my side eye spotted the girl looking at me, probably thinking what wrong with this customer? Or what's wrong with her executing the soft serve? It was alright, nothing to write home about. Been there, done that. It kinda left me disappointied. The two slip ups have really put me off. It really is, in my opinion a load of hype. I am not likely to return sadly.

Had a Thai tea flavour (weekly flavour) soft serve. You can really tasty the Thai tea flavour, really creamy and milky, loved it! They also have so many different toppings to choose from. I’ll go back and try some next time!

Went with a group of 5 and the ice creams came out fast, very cute/stylish presentation and nice service. We each got something different - the matcha was really nice for me. Limited seating inside and very small space, but would love to see what they’d do with a larger venue. Looking forward to returning i the summer! Hoping they extend their dairy free options in the future.

Visited this place tonight for dessert. It has to be a five star ⭐. Had matcha madness and it was to die for. Very rich matcha flavour and not oily at all. The mochi was perfect. Redbean paste was not overly sweet - just the right amount of sweetness for me personally but I could imagine not sweet enough for some. The dash of the brown sugar sauce was so good. I wish there was a bit more of it. I like the fine Oreo powder too. The whole thing is just delicious - excellent balance of flavours. Very impressed. I will definitely come again, very frequently I'm sure! It's super fun sitting down eating and seeing different ones ordered by different people. They all look so good. I'll still have matcha madness next. Friend had a matcha soft ice with Oreo topping. Will you open more stores somewhere near kingscross and south Kensington?
