I highly recommend Savills for the quality of its services and staff. I've been in touch with Anthony, one of their agents, who has been really helpful and kindly available to reply to all of my calls and emails promptly. The only small issue was that there were some misunderstandings about the application process, I had to pull off a quick payment from overseas because I'd been told late and only upon my request that the application wasn't complete yet and they couldn't lend me the keys of the flat without completely cleared funds. However, even despite this, he's been really helpful and hard working. Great professionality both from agent and agency. I'll keep looking for my next flats with Savills.

Really horrible experience with Savills. As a tenant you will be disrespected, ignored and bullied by the agency and landlord. My lease was cut short by the landlord because she wanted to move into the property which was fine, but then I was harassed by the agency to let the landlord come measure the floor for his new furniture. They will also try and scam you for your deposit by finding fake “problems” when you move out. I proved them wrong on all of those and they eventually dropped the charges but it was a blatant attempt to keep my deposit for no good reason. People to avoid dealing with are: Danniella Davidson, Melissa Cox, Natasha Pretorius, and Tom Moorby. - All of those people are a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been put through hell renting with Savills and I will never deal with them again. Good riddens!

Chase was a great agent through and through. There was no set backs and he found an apartment according to our criteria and couldn't have been happier about our purchase. My first contact was with David Easton, who is the Head of Sales, and he came to visit my flat prepared with examples of similar properties Savills had sold recently and lots of local knowledge. He valued the property confidently at a higher number than other agents who I spoke to. My sale was managed by Harry Charalambous, who was helpful, organised and very straighforward to work with throughout the process. He kept me informed about viewings, advised me on how things were progressing and also gave me confidence that we would achieve close to the price that they had originally suggested, even when offers were not forthcoming. Finding a. flat in London is a nightmare: flats go in a second, potential tenants start a bidding war, prices are high and letting agents lose interest if you didn't say yes immediately. However, it was the total opposite with Savills and Nikita Davis. Without fuss and unnecessary communications, Nikita guided us through the whole process of viewings, paying deposit, going through all checks and finally moving to a flat that looks like home and feels like home.
