Perfect parking lot if you dont like your car window as there are bunch of people smashing car steal property i parked my car at 16.10.2021 around 9pm and pick it up at 00:38 I saw it got smashed and my bags got stolen. As one of the biggest parking company in UK it becomes the most dangerous place to park your car as far as i know there are 4 accidents like this happened already and it still happening. I email the qpark they dont wanna take any responsibility there are cameras literally near my car and they said they could not see the footage. In total i lost £4000 including bag lost and window and i still need to pay £40 parking ticket. As name of secure car park it just not secure at all, no one take responsibility means we all can go in there and smashing car steal stuff and walk away like free man, what an easy way to get rich. I emailed them like week ago and they dont reply me anymore in this case i will just advertising for you guys of how irresponsible it is.

30/11/21 I parked my car about 9 P.M. on November 30, 2021, and picked it up at 9:25 P.M. It was destroyed, and my handbag was stolen, as I witnessed. When I contacted Q-PARK, they informed me that owing to GDPR, they were unable to release the CCTV material and that it would have to be done through POLICE. I lost between £3500 to £4000 in all, including the loss of my handbag and a window.I'd be quite grateful if you could take care of this situation so that no one else has to go through this process. Many thanks Sunita Gurung

DO NOT PARK HERE. Parked my car here 25/6/22 and come to pick it up 27th to find my car windows smashed and all items stolen, all shopping and personal bags gone. Only left empty bags. There is no cameras in parking area only on exit and entrance. And the doors doesn't even lock any person can come in. Not secure as they say it is. And for them q park what shambles of a company. Reported it and we get is sorry there nothing we can do. And the police don't do nothing due to lack of evidence. No cameras. DO NOT PARK HERE

There’re so many cases of breaking car windows to steal things here. and the security guards don’t help you much. So please consider carefully before sending your car here

Regrettably not a secure car park. I used to like parking here as I thought it was safe but sadly it’s not. Upon my arrival someone had regrettably had their window broken and on exiting I noticed that when the gate opens people outside that are waiting take the opportunity to walk in and circumnavigate all the security to commit crime. This was at 21:30. Use this car park with caution, it’s quiet so is a dream once a criminal is in. You would be far better parking in an open space.

This happen few months ago After reading review & comments other customers I feel that q park is avoiding what really is happening especially comments like lowest crime rate in car park how you check recent reviews how many break ins…… Paying £9 a hour car park ain’t cheap & your not doing much protect our customers cars especially we have nothing in view needing investment in security & when the sergeant investigation my break in he said happen all the time & q park are aware but don’t care & not doing anything about it.

Parked here today and had my car rear window smashed into, they had stolen my bag with a few other valuables. But you would expect better security for the money you pay to park here but clearly there’s a lack of, you’re better off parking on the streets. The sad thing is when calling up the agent on the phone, he was rude and had attitude despite myself being the victim.

I parked in the car park on 1st October. Upon returning to my car, I saw the car next to mine had been broken into. Smashed back window. This car park is not secure. Their prices have gone up too, yet they are not spending on staff to keep it safe.

DO NOT USE THIS PARK!!! BE AWARE here is a crime hole!!! My back window has been broken into a couple week ago. There is nothing on display from the window and it still being broken. At the same time there were another 5 cars been broken into!!! (It was on a Friday night!) Cannot find anyone working onsite, so we had to called the police but no one can help. Not sure their CCTV is on not not. JUST AVOID THIS CAR PARK!

Avoid this car park unless you want your windows smashed, nothing left in the car but still the car windows were smashed, every day I’m hearing about and seeing cars being broken into and the company do nothing about it apart from tell you how safe it is and how you should not leave valuables in the car. There use to be someone there and security by the door now there is nothing which makes you think there encouraging it or turning a blind eye to it, they take the prices up, just painted it but say they can’t afford security, something very suspicious as it’s a daily occurrence and they never seem to have any footage, how convenient, it’s safer to park on the street. Two more cars this evening.

Great car parking experience. The staff are on site ready to help. Only issues I had with this place is the actual location of the car park. During busy times it takes you straight into Chinatown where hundreds of people are walking so trying to actually locate and get into the car park can be a mission. However there are large signs located around the place to aid you into the car park. I had prebooked my carpark spot, however on exit the barcode would not scan. The lady at the help centre was wonderful and I gave my order number which then I was straight away granted exit.

The prices per hour are relatively good for London although the spaces are a bit tight. It does the job well enough but the stairway smells a bit off, but it is bearable for the short time you will use it for. Overall its a good car park conveniently placed near China Town.

Booked and paid online, upon leaving the car park the barrier would not open. QR code wouldn’t open it. I caused huge tailback of traffic. Help button was a rude angry man. Then when I gave my registration he opened with no Thankyou or apology for inconvenience. I had to pay £55 for this stress.

Pre-booked this car park for 6hrs last Sunday . Stayed less than the 6hrs paid but because I arrived a few minutes outside their generous 15 mins grace period they charged me for an additional hour. They don’t even guarantee a space on pre-booking. Rude email exchanges with customer service which did not do anything to resolve this inappropriate over charge for staying less than the time pre-paid. Don’t pre book or stay as a matter of principle for their practices ….

Once again, another break-in and smashed rear window. Absolutely nobody around to report this to. Car park appears to be safe but it turns it its very very easy for anyone to gain entry. I'm expecting the usual owner response that crime is everywhere blah blah blah....if you were concerned you'd post a security guard

Beware of parking your nice car in this car park. Back windows broken into and goods stolen almost daily. Crime is high despite what they reply to the negative reviews. Edited for the response I got: I know for a fact that this is a daily occurrence. Please don’t insult one’s intelligence and minimise the incidents. Any car broken into is too many and most of your reviews are complaints of cars being broken into. Most did not have valuables on display yet you reply as if it’s the fault of the customer when they are simply parking their car and paying expensive fees to do so. You are not protecting the customer at all! Something is very off.. I think cameras are either not working properly or someone working within the company is tipping off. Surely there should be footage of the criminals walking off with the goods! It’s too much of a coincidence that shopping bags placed out of sight in the boot are also the ones being broken into. Q Park does not care about their customers. If you did you would be paying for 24 hour security but instead your prices have gone up again.

Unfortunately we were the next victim at this car park. Rear window was shattered and some Xmas presents taken. Can’t believe that this car park is still allowed to operate when clearly safety and security has been compromised. We were not the only unlucky ones last night and based on all the reviews here, there were plenty more unfortunates. Q-Park said it’s not their liability as we parked at our own risk, raises plenty of serious questions and concerns! Local council/safety organisations/police should really check into this to oversee that the carpark is actually providing proper service to consumers and not just allowing people to keep parking and getting their vehicles broken into at every opportunities and still having to pay their high parking fees. Not everyone will check reviews before parking! I do believe that if this is a different business, that has been providing such a failure service to consumers they would have been checked out by now. #chinatown #metropolitanpolice #westminstercouncil #chinatowncouncil #lcca #Q-Park #londonchinatown

Absolutely terrible car park. You pay when you go to your car. They then make you stand in a queue to exit whilst in your car for 25 mins and then charge you the time you waited to queue. Absolute con and fraud. Do not park your car here. Get an Uber

The entrance and exits had gates and secure doors. Managed to use 1 of the 3 50kw car chargers. But the ten 7kw chargers were not working. Very clean. Security guy was always around. Nice guy very helpful. Good stay

Plenty of spaces, easy to access and very convenient. Prices high but reasonable considering the location! Only slight concern is that there seem to be quite a few people who have had their car broken in to.

Parked here on 3/7/22 to see Bob Marley show at the Lyric theatre. No prebooking required. Carpark spaces & entry/exit very tight, not much space to manoeuvre car. Problem with ticket machine to pay on exit, wouldn't accept my card, had to use another card. Same with other ppl too who got stuck at the exit. Pay at Machine before leaving. I was worried leaving car after seeing so many reviews of cars being broken in to. But we were OK. Expensive at £36 for 4 hours, but it wasn't so bad as 1/2 price £18 with validating tkt at the Lyric theatre before leaving. Have to drive into Chinatown to access. Would take the train next time. Wasn't that secure as the door was open to the public on our return.

The rates are shocking and the spaces tiny. The ramps are so tight that you pray there is no car behind you coz if you have a long wheel base car you have to do a couple of reverse moves to fit into ramp. On my return I was stalled at the exit gate and eventually when the help operator answered. He asked for my online booking number then opened the gate but silently charged me £9 as an overrun payment on my card. Firstly I was in my car driving to the exit and got there 18.30 my booking was until 18.30. If the reason why the barrier was not opening due to an overrun parking then the person who talked to me on the help button should have disclosed this so the customer has transparency in his intentions. Here we are talking 2-3mins of time in their car park that they charged me £9 when he could have told me before doing so. Secondly dont do an online booking leaving a card that has money you give them rights to deduct money at their leisure. I wont ever use their service again! Rip off! After writing to them I got a refund for the £9 that was charged.

Very clean car park. Good lightning. There is a security man at the door were you walk in and out of the place. But there are electric metal gates to let you in and out.

Pricy £9 an hour but close to oxford street. Narrow parking spaces. So if you are not good in parking it will take some time. Lifts were out of order so frustration with kids. If you got other options please select

Great location for central London, currently £55 pre-booking for 24 hours. Well lit. Saw quite a few people walking back on themselves (including myself) as the WALK-OUT exit wasn't obvious, I just EXIT for vehicles not pedestrians. Would give a 4.5 but no toilet paper available and no attendant to request one from, plus it could've done with a clean too. .

DO NOT PARK HERE - READ THE REVIEWS!! Our car windows got smashed which if you read the reviews is a daily occurrence. It almost sounds as if Q Park are complicit as by the sound if things it's been going on for a while and nothing appears to be done. Safer park on the streets!

DO NOT PARK HERE....Car broken into yesterday, no CCTV so not a "secure" car park., items stolen even though they were hidden and still had to pay £55 parking without being offered a refund. I was also informed by by the recovery vehicle that this happened multiple times recently in this car park so suggests Security turning a blind eye.

Parking was OK. One of the two toilets was out of order. The other one had no toilet paper. Couldn't find anybody onsite to tell.

What a joke company. Booked 3 hours parking day before from 12.30-15.30. Had to cancel per Covid isolation. Company refusing to refund as Ticket was live, probably some small print in the terms. I wouldn’t recommend based on horrid and poor customer service. Think long and hard befor using this company as greed is at the heart of it not providing the service their happy website promotes. 0/10

DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR IN THIS CAR PARK I had a car broken into. They smashed back and the side window. After the incident, we looked at the reviews, and it's clearly very common. It's not secure at all. I would be better of parking on the street.
