Had great service from Adam and Jules today as I needed a new pair for the great back to work surge. Nothing beats feeling how the shoes and their individual lasts conform to your foot. Ended up with a pair of Courtenay in size 10, seems my feet have spread in lockdown.

Smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Actually an hour after buying I noticed another model on the website and decided to change the one I just bought. Was happily shown the other one I found and encouraged to swap as I liked it. Will be returning only here for my formal shoes.

I had a problem with one of my shoes. I was welcomed and helped immediately. They fixed the issue and kept me up to date during the process. Very efficient and they managed to show me my next pair of shoes. This is what I expect from luxury brand … the service when you need it. Thanks for that!
