Going to Bridal Reloved was a dream from start to finish. I emailed pretty last minute and Debbie was able to squeeze me in for an early Saturday morning appointment. We arrived and were welcomed by not only Debbie but also her adorable little dog who had come to work with her that day. Debbie had already pulled some dresses in my size and we spent about 20 minutes pulling others that could be altered to size. She was so helpful with the trying on process, explaining about how best they should be worn/altered to best fit my body shape. My mum noticed she was also very good at not giving her opinion on how dresses looked on me, but was incredibly helpful with answering our questions and was excited for me when I found the one. I walked away with the dress of my dreams and I can’t wait to wear it at our wedding next year. Also - as my bridesmaids weren’t able to make my appointment, Debbie has kindly offered to host us for a final fitting next year so we can celebrate together.

Had a wonderful time at Bridal Reloved Wanstead! They had a great range of dresses and Debbie was so patient as I tried on every single one! Ended up finding the perfect wedding dress and had a wonderful morning! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a second hand / reloved dress!

Coming into Debbie’s bridal boutique today was such a lovely experience! The visit felt so personalised and there was so much detail that I appreciated. Debbie greeted us warmly and already had some refreshments prepared for us as well as the dresses that I had liked and was interested in from our conversations on Instagram. There was a diverse collection of beautiful dresses, veils to style the dresses with and even a cute flower bouquet to practice with (just love the little details). Debbie is so warm, patient, friendly, professional and fun to have a chat with and she really listened to understand what I wanted and liked while giving me the chance to explore! I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress with Debbie at BridalReloved Wanstead! Debbie was so lovely to deal with from when I initially called up through to the morning trying all sorts of beautiful dresses! I had quite a clear idea in my mind about what I was looking for, but Debbie immediately brought out a dress I wouldn't have even considered and suggested I try it on! It was the first I tried on and I knew instantly it was perfect! I really needed her encouragement to try on something different otherwise I would have gone for a safe option for sure! Debbie was really calm and kind, really put me at ease and my and my sister and mum had a really wonderful morning with Debbie. It was a real highlight and I would recommend anyone to go and check out their dresses! Such a wonderful selection and a really lovely atmosphere Debbie has created. :)

I found my dress in this wonderful boutique. Debbie was absolutely amazing, patient and kind, not pushy in anyway let me be indecisive and drive myself and her mad before settling on my perfect dress. The experience was just wonderful. Debbie has a great selection of dresses and styles and most importantly sizes, I was able to try so many dresses on without feeling rushed and she didn’t steer me in any particular direction. I want to say thank you to Debbie for such a fabulous experience at Bridal Reloved Wanstead. I didn't really know what I had in mind for my bridal dress but Debbie was able to pick out some beautiful styles and I was thrilled to say 'yes to the dress' after trying on just a few. I loved the personal touches in the store and Debbie made me feel at ease throughout. Debbie was great at communicating both before and after our appointment, responding to queries quickly. I highly recommend.

I went to bridal reloved mainly to try on different shapes as I was unsure what would look good on me.. Debbie was fantastic and very patient. She helped me understand different shapes and styles.. I ended up falling for a dress but left it due to uncertainty on the alterations. I attend a small event at the shop where Debbie had informed me the seamstress would be there to help me with any concerns. I very happily brought the dress that night With plans made ready for alterations. Debbie kept contact the whole time and there was no pressure to buy right there and than. Very open and friendly already recommended to many friends I know THANK YOU DEBBIE I love my dress so much and can't wait for neetam to alter the dress and the big day xxxx

I had no idea what style I was after or where to even start! But I had a really lovely experience with Debbie, from Bridal Reloved in Wanstead, nothing was too much. Debbie is so lovely and her shop so welcoming. I rather annoyingly didn’t end up getting my dress from Debbie as I found one on eBay but she gave me so much inspiration that I ended up taking some of her ideas and incorporating them in to the dress I eventually got. She even helped in terms of keeping an eye out for the pieces I was after. Debbie was hands down my best bridal shop experience - she gets you to push your boundaries and try on new things in such a lovely way. Thank you again Debbie!

If you are looking for a preloved dress in London, you have to come here. My sister, mum and I had a lovely experience. Debbie was very welcoming and accommodating. The dresses are beautiful and very reasonably priced. I visited a few other preloved shops, but with Debbie we had the best bridal shop experience. Thank you very much again :)

Debbie was so accommodating and there was absolutely no rush or pressure to buy at all. My mum and I felt so comfortable for the 1.5 hours we were there. I didn't find my dream dress this time, but if I see a new one that I love, I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

I went to Bridal Reloved Wanstead to try on one specific dress & really didn't expect to find the one I would wear on the day - but Debbie was so helpful, friendly & accommodating - I tried on almost the whole shop and found so many gorgeous dresses that it was such a tough decision in the end & I found the perfect dress without Debbie being pushy at all & she offered her opinion when I felt really torn between the two - which felt like a really genuine opinion, not a sales pitch. I had such a bad experience in a high end bridal shop that it put me off going bridal shopping again but this experience was just so lovely it's made me sad I won't be able to do it again. I also walked away with a bargain sample dress that fit so perfectly I won't need alterations. Thank you Debbie, I will absolutely recommend to anyone else that's looking.
