I couldn't recommend Jacob and Craig enough! When I enquired about selling my ring to numerous different companies, Jacob came back to me with the best quote and I decided to book an appointment. I was dubious as to whether this was a selling tactic and they would then push the price offered down once inspecting my ring but after a thorough inspection they offered me the higher price of their quote. I believe this was a very fair evaluation. As mentioned I enquired at a number of places online and I also walked into a few shops prior to my appointment. Every other shop did not inspect my ring anywhere near as thoroughly and I'm so glad I found Jacob and Craig as I can now see how many places in Hatton Garden could easily rip you off. Craig was also extremely accommodating as I turned up 2 hours before my appointment and he was able to fit me in. Friendly, efficient, professional and fair service. Will be recommending to everybody.

Jacob and Craig are a couple of genuinely nice guys, who made the process of selling a diamond ring I'd inherited from my grandmother quick, easy and relatively painless! They were casual but professional and happy for me to check their price against two other dealers in Hatton Garden. This was appreciated as it allowed me to make up my own mind without feeling awkward or pressured. Once the decision was made to sell through them the transaction was settled within minutes in spite of a small issue which Craig handled very capably on my behalf and the funds were transferred directly. If you are looking to sell I would honestly go through this company, I felt very comfortable with the price they offered for my ring and the whole process was facilitated beautifully by Jacob and Craig. Top marks!

I had some diamonds I wanted to sell and came across this company on Google. I called up and arranged an appointment with Craig. On arrival, Craig was very welcoming and friendly. He took a good look at my diamonds/paperwork and assessed the diamonds in front of me. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Craig kindly explained the whole process and was not pushy at all. In fact, he even suggested I have a think about it and come back if I wished to do so. I was very pleased with the price I was offered for my diamonds as it was definitely a good deal. A few other places in Hatton Garden said they were unable to match the price I was given by Craig. On my return, Craig offered cash or bank transfer. I chose bank transfer and the money was in my account in under a minute. I would highly recommend this company as they are very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. I rarely leave a review but this company is absolutely fantastic! I liaised with Jacob from the start who explained fully how the whole process of getting my diamond rings to him for valuation would work, everything went so smoothly and communication with Jacob was excellent, he was outstanding, from me first enquiring and finally him purchasing my rings, I cannot thank his company enough and I highly recommend them to anyone who may be confused about selling their diamond jewellery, speak to Jacob in the knowledge you will be treated very fairly from the start. It’s honestly the first time I leave a review for anyone, but it’s definitely worth it. I met Jacob today, such a nice and humble person, I had a diamond ring, necklace and one earring as I lost the second pair! Jacob took time checking my diamonds and was patient and explained to me more about the reason of the price offered.. I'd recommend getting 2nd or 3rd opinions.. I sent my diamond jewellery in to SYD and they told me many of the diamonds were cracked, offering £1,250. This puzzled me as I'd just taken them to a very good local jewellers who'd examined them and loved them, and not mentioned any cracks. So I got the diamonds back and sent them (via the local jewellers) to be valued by two independent experts in Birmingham and was immediately offered £1900.
