😠 Dropped by to book an appointment (as I work in the area), but couldn't as the computer servers weren't working. Dropped by again 2 days later and was told I couldn't book appointment in person and that I had to call a number to book. Called the next day, I rang four times before someone picked up....

Dropped by to book an appointment (as I work in the area), but couldn't as the computer servers weren't working. Dropped by again 2 days later and was told I couldn't book appointment in person and that I had to call a number to book. Called the next day, I rang four times before someone picked up. I asked about a specific dermatology procedure, the receptionist was unsure whether they carried out that specific procedure. Receptionist took my number and said they would call me back once they had spoken to one of their nurses/doctors. They never called back. Went to SKN Clinic around the corner instead.

had test done, was told the sample would be sent away & results would probably take 2/3 months, as it's none urgent. that's fine, couple days later letter arrives with a new follow up apt in the summer & the sample taken along with the test form nothing was said to me at the apt that I would be receiving my sample so I didn't know what to do with it there was no letter explaining anything about this, so I had to call the clinic to ask what I'm supposed to do with this I was told to take it to my gp so I go there today & gp won't accept it there's nothing written on the form to say what the doctor wants testing nor my name & address or hosp number & nhs number I was so annoyed I tore up the form in front of receptionist at gp surgery. I'm so annoyed

Dr Rahman and her nurse were fantastic. They removed three facial moles for me, it was almost pain free and they did a great job. Thanks

I rang the clinic asking if I could book an appointment to have a mole removed and the receptionist answered me she did not know what services the clinic was offering and suggesting me to check on their website. I don’t think there would be worse service than this. I had the impression the receptionist did not know what she was doing.

The consultant was lovely. However, I need to claim the amount back through my insurance and they couldn’t provide an invoice. They said they would do it within a week. It’s nearly been two, you cannot get through to the phone lines. I only have a certain time in order to claim it back and at this rate I will be out of pocket because they cannot produce an invoice which should be a standard process?

My mum and dad and brother have all been here. Say the dermatologist is amazing. Always honest and reasonable pricing. And tell them when it is cheaper on the NHS. Really trust her cosmetic and for my dad’s high skin cancer risk moles

Saw a NHS dermatologist here. Not much parking here but easy to get to South Woodford Station. There's a waiting area with a few chairs and leaflets about various skin conditions they can treat. Receptionist was friendly and patient and the clinic is open on Saturdays mornings, unusually convenient for the NHS.

This clinc is efficient with dealing any issues that you may have in relation to dermatology. Pricing is reasonable for London and the staff are diligent and professional.

I’ve been to this clinic once before from a referral from my GP. The first time the doctor suggested he couldn’t help and my GP referred me elsewhere and they helped me identify my hair loss. I’ve been referred again to this place for skin issues and I told my GP prior they wouldn’t help but he assured due to a separate issue not relating to my hair they should be able to help. Surprise I saw the same clinician/doctor a year and a half later and he said exactly the same thing in regard to not being able to help. I immediately told my GP who was shocked and disappointed and he has referred again. Very poor service wish I could afford private as I’d go to THE BEST dermatologist I used to work for name Dr Fenton I’m Harley street. This ESS place are not great from my 2 visits with that doctor that I had to see.
