I was so scared coming in to do my eye test but the team at the eye clinic have been superb and really professional and have put my mind and eyes at ease, very thorough tests. Highly recommended

Very disappointed with the service. All staff are simply complacent and only rush to ask for a Google review, but make no effort. I decided not to proceed as the product is full of gimmicks. Now I have to wait to get my glasses back that were sent off to the lab despite not going ahead with purchase. It's been already 2 weeks, numerous calls and voicemails!?! Definitely don't deserve 5 stars! I just want my property back!

I stumbled across this fabulous eye clinic in Woodford & I'm so glad i did. The staff are professional, helpful & friendly, patiently guiding me through contact wearing for the first time. I thought the level of my prescription meant i couldn’t wear contacts, the Woodford Eye clinic showed me i was wrong, the service & aftercare has been fantastic, I’m so pleased I found them.They also have a great selection of glasses & sunnies. I highly recommend a visit to this little gem.

Brilliant people, I had my first ever eye test via an eyecare voucher and glasses purchase! They were very helpful in the process. I had to reschedule my appointment due to work/childcare commitments, after this they asked me to reschedule but it wasn't an issue, just a bit of a faff to find a good time in the diary for the eye test. They were very helpful to pick a frame. My new lovely glasses arrived in just under two weeks. Thank you

The service was excellent. I saw the optician quickly after I arrived despite them being busy. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I took some time to choose a frame but never felt rushed, which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend!

From the eyetest, helping to choose the glasses through to the fitting, I received a really helpful, knowledgeable and efficient service.
