I do not think words alone can portray how amazing the heartfelt Funeral company's service was during the passing of my mother in law. Despite it being an immensely emotional time for our family, their understanding, efficient and compromising service is something i will never forgot. The respect that they showed for our culture was paramount, going out of their way to make arrangements that fit our needs-such as flowers displayed in our preferred language. Tamil and the provision of Hindu deities during the funeral procession. The fact that they so quickly arranged every detail of my mother in laws funeral service to our tasting was extremely comforting, and I cannot thank them enough

The Heartfelt Company were absolutely amazing with the arrangements for my Dad's funeral. They were so patient, understanding and kind. As you would imagine losing a loved and organising a funeral is very difficult, however Heartfelt made the process less daunting. I would recommend their services to anyone. My family and I will always be grateful for this wonderful company and how supportive they were throughout the whole process.

We had fantastic service from Heartfelt and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs their services. Keiran was quick to respond when we needed him. He was also very professional at all times while also being friendly. He gave lots of good advice, often on things that I hadn’t thought about, such as the dealings with all of the various authorities. Kieran and John at Heartfelt were so kind and caring in helping me make arrangements for my sister Mary's funeral. I felt treated like a family member. On that night, they were so reassuring as they took grandma into their care and in the days that followed so compassionate and accommodating as we navigated all the admin around grandma's death and planned her send off. My family and I can’t praise the team at Heartfelt enough. They are sensitive, compassionate and caring. We didn’t have to worry about a thing as they covered everything for us. They even did a home visit the day before the funeral and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. The funeral was held at our local church, St Barnabas and they arranged to close the road so the funeral cortage could walk to the church. The team are immaculately dressed, the cars are spotless and they are all so respectful. Sadly we have attended many funerals over the years and Heartfelt are the best we’ve ever used. Kieran & his team were so professional, but with a big heart. We felt very protected & cared for by them all. From start to end. When you lose someone you just want to be able to give them the best send off you can, Heartfelt made that possible, the florist that was recommended was also amazing, the flowers were so beautiful.
