This is a small shop but it packs a punch! I forgot the guys name but he was an African gentleman and was totally helpful. He took his time with me, asked questions about my current setup and gave use great advice. I was able to buy two fishes (black moor and pompom aka eyebrows fish) I didn’t feel rushed, pressured and will deffo shop here again

This is a fantastic little shop. Everything I need, they have. What they don’t have, they get for me. They also deliver. They’re an amazing bunch there. The owner is lovely and kind, but thumbs up to the young man there who is ever smiling, ever helpful, ever trusting. He is such a brilliant young man and an asset I would steal for my business if I could. He’s always made me feel like going back there, and I go back every week as a result. Eighteen months ago when I needed an item and he couldn’t get it from their usual suppliers because they didn’t have it in stock, he went online, searched and found it for me eventually on eBay and he asked if I didn’t mind that channel. I okayed it and he searched for reputable eBay businesses to purchase from. He got it and it was delivered to my house. What a pleasant surprise that was. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the item. It has worked well for me since then whereas the ones I normally bought elsewhere before that would have broken within a year. Eighteen months and it still works perfectly. I’ve never really appreciated this young man for this until now. He’s just now delivered for me bags of soil I purchased over the phone because I could not go over to the shop having just broken my leg. This guy is amazing. The shop is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will be visiting every week again once I’m able to walk. Thumbs up to you, man 👍🏿

Absolutely fantastic shop. It’s a little one but packs a punch. Very lovely people in there. You would never know who’s the owner and who’s an employee or who’s a volunteer in there. They are well knit. Top notch Camaraderie. I’ve been going there ten years and I only just knew who the owner was from an article I read in the Bushwood telegraph spring of this year. Amazing to see an owner who isn’t demanding and doesn’t trample on the workers especially in the presence of customers. I can’t say the same about Catwalk pets where staff get told off in the presence of customers so you know who’s boss. I’ve been there and everywhere else. Dogs Dinner is the shop to visit. The way they speak to young school kids as well is brilliant. The kids want to go back every time. Amazing place, more amazing people.

Amazing shop, small but very cosy with a large verity of goods and fishes. Most importantly, the owner is lovely, it was so welcoming. Definitely coming back

Excellent little shop! I went in for some treats and chews for my dog. They have a little section of assorted chews that you can buy as pick n mix which is great if you don't want to buy a giant tub of dried animal bits! They also sell some lovely succulents, plant pots and other assorted plants. Overall a great local shop and friendly owners. We'll be back for more dog treats and plants soon!

This is a great place honestly ,its a small shop but sells everything i need . The fish are good budget the fantail goldish are 6 pounds ,common goldfish are 3 pounds ,large goldfish are 10 pounds ,guppies are 3 pounds ,angle fish are 6 pounds ,betta fish are 6 pounds and etc .They sell plants and pet supplies .none of my fish have died yet for about two years now .their fish in good care.my favourite shop for fishes and pet supplies.

Little community gem! Love for animals is most definitely at the core here, they sell only good products, and the staff know their stuff and are super helpful. They also sell plants. I bought a load of little garden plants a few months ago and now I'm reaping the harvest and very happy!

I went there to buy an aquarium with all equipment. Man working there (owner?) Explain to me everything that I need to know about my new fishes in way that I understood everything. Thank You for Your professional advices and your excellent service!

There is a new guy who has been working there little bit now he is nice and friendly, he knows his stuff about fish and he keeps them in really good conditions , brought two goldfish from him today , all healthy and around

Really good shop, very friendly and helpful. It's a small shop, but they stock items for all sorts of pets. Really good for hamsters as they sell millet, monkey nuts and mealworms in little tubs (great treats for your little friends!). It would be great if they stocked some better hamster food, but like I said it's a small shop! If you don't mind waiting, they can order stuff in for you too.

A new guy has been running the shop for the past couple of months. The shop looks a lot better,he's very welcoming and knowledgeable on the fish.And gives you a deal if you buy a lot of fish and food etc

Came in here today with a friend as she wanted to buy a few fish. The man was so so lovely. I looked through the reviews and I’m guessing his name is Godfrey. The man with an afro. He was so patient and talked us through all the different types of fish & let us know the female/male whereas a lot of pet shops don’t. He knew his information & handles the fish gently.. my friend was so happy she mentioned him for the whole journey home,bless her. Would definitely come back here if I were to get some fish & my friend is already planning to come back to add more fish to her tank. 10/10 customer service from this gentleman!
