I was desperate for some king prawns today so i popped in Co-op to check if the had some as it was on my way. Bought these and was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Obviously they say “king prawns” on the packaging and i honestly believe it!! Its more like “king batter with baby prawns”!!! They were tiny shrimps. So annoyed 😠God! Co-op you Such scammers!

Visited in the early evening and the store was lacking a lot of stock from fruit/vegetables to eggs to meat. Long queue at the self service as only 3 of the machines were working out of about 6/7. Store was a mess as well which is very distracting and off putting. Not the best experience.

World's most expensive shop. Please avoid it at any cost. Even items on sale are way more costly than usual prices in other shops. But the worst part is with that price, the things that you get are of inferior quality.

My friend went here and brought his shopping, tobacco, and the £5 deal plus bread tin of baked beans and a pack of £1 chocolate. It came to £30 which is about £6 over so after noticing it went straight back their and told the person who sold him this stuff. The 1st time he went the till operater was doing two jobs helping delivery man. They took back everything and as it was their mistake we will receive the money back in less than 24 hours as a apology. Were £30 down only got £19 left to buy tobacco and food. Thanks a lot co-op for ruining my weekend.

There's never any water! My nan doesn't drink tap water so I'm always popping in here to buy her some bottled water but 9 times out of 10 they are out of stock! Every time I end up popping over the road and getting a 5 litre bottle from the boss man (rip off price, mind you) One time the coop were out of stock and so was boss man, my nan couldn't drink anything for days and ended up keeling over and, well, that was that for her and now she's six feet under. All in all I don't recommend this shop. One dead nan and a very, very unhappy customer.

It’s definitely worth taking your overseas friends here to show them what it really means to be British, from the produce sold, the service given and the prices , it’s astonishing.

The amount of stock they have is a complete joke, shelves are empty except for a Sunday. They never have water and the pricing is always wrong. Being over charged for sale items. The quality of the vegetables are appalling, in particular the Potato’s. For the prices co op charges they really need to fix up on the quality. The prices in co op are equal to M&S but the quality of the items are the lowest in the market.

Self service attendee may need some more training, not particularly helpful in assisting with product queries

A very well-presented store, things are put way and shelved very neatly. You won't find many things for sale however they do have price reductions here and there on certain products and items. The reason why I gave it a 3 star is because I didn't see all the shelves as I went inside for few minutes as I needed a polo for my Chicken breath 🍗😁

Great store. It's spacious and packed with a big selection of products for affordable prices. It's clean and tidy, organised. It's a pleasure to do shopping at places like this. Furthermore, the staff at the time of my shopping was helpful and kind. I'm not local so not visiting this store regularly but based on my first impression I wouldn't mind to return here any time in the future. Recommended.

The store was quiet for the time of day but the staff, although working, were polite and helpful.

Dirty store, rude staff, bakery section doesn't even have paper bags. I will report it to EHO.

Since the Covid-19 period the service and the availability of products has become very poor.
