Terrible staff, no customer service extremely rude. Staff just wonder around carrying items looking just so desperate and talking to their ears like CIA agents… Went to try on some trousers … when getting out : this blond rude lady just screamed at me : “hang this here put this there etc… “ it was just unbelievable. 3 ladies were servicing the cabins and they still had the balls to ask customers to do their job🤣🤣🤣. I just left the stuff to her anyway. Then the cashier girl was just laying her head on the cashier desk looking depressed. She was nice though. Paid and left upset. I don’t know what you do to your staff… they seem to hate life. I guess that the poor employee experience reflects on the customer in a direct manner. Your customer service and In store experience are pathetic. I rarely buy stuff at Zara and I will try to avoid it for real from now on.

Great shop with a great selection. However, the returns queue is always extremely long (even at off peak times). At off peak times on a weekday I have waited up to 60 minutes, whilst one staff member slowly processes the returns. It is shocking and other members of staff should be helping, especially when the rest of the store is quiet, as everyone is in the returns queue. They seem oblivious to this and customer service, when members of the queue are visibly annoyed. Very disappointing as it is a lovely shop

Absolutely love this Zara store! Nice and quiet and great location. The space is huge, has a women’s, men’s and kids section. The staff is great, pilate and welcoming. Perfect go for a family visit. Or individuals. Has a great sales now in January. I did go today and took 3 pairs of nice shoes, trousers and shirts and a stylish bag that my lap to will fit in. All in a great design, good quality and nice colours! Very stylish and simple. And the prices are affordable I guess for anyone! Great customer service

I visited this Zara yesterday and the staff putting items back from the fitting room were so rude. A lady was using one of the mirrors and a member of staff wheeled a rail of clothes right in front of her blocking the mirror. When the lady said that was really unhelpful in a polite tone, the male staff member just said “I know” and carried on, leaving the rail in front of the mirror. Shortly after this incident, I was looking at a dress on a rail and a different staff member came and pushed all the clothes along the rail so I couldn’t see the dress anymore and my arm was amongst the clothes. It doesn’t cost anything to have manners and your job is in a customer facing role?! All of the items I went in there to buy were showing as available but from the stock room, but due to the attitude of the staff I couldn’t even be bothered to ask someone for some assistance and left.

such a shame about the staff in this store. it has a great selection of stock, but the changing room staff were so appalling that its put me completely off Zara. Not sure if costs have been cut in staff training, but standards have definitely dropped. Shame, but plenty alternative stores to spend my money in.

My favourite Zara store which includes a homeware section as well. It is my favourite Zara store as the layout is the best of all the stores I’ve been so and easy to find your way back and forward and to the changing rooms. Often a queue though for the changing rooms as it is a popular branch. It always seems to have the full latest stock and plenty of sizes. As the layout is good it means it is also easy to spot things you like and are attracted to from walking around without having to hunt on the clothes rails. Self service tills are good and usually staff on hand to help if needed. Staff seem willing to quickly and efficiently check stock if there isn’t a size you want on the shop floor. At sale time this store is very busy both at the tills and changing rooms and they really need to have more staff in store to help ease this.

I love Zara and this is a lovely store but it is very very busy. You have to queue no matter the time and the fitting rooms are a bit of a nightmare. Once you have 10 items - try them on and do not take more and leave it at the fitting rooms as they will most likely not be there and you will get frustrated looking for them again.

Such a clean beautiful shop, nicely presented. Great assortment. Changing rooms had a huge queue, so didn't bother with those. Had to queue for a little while for my refund, but not too bad. Staff were nice. Would definitely recommend.

Just LOVE it!!! Really like that there is slightly different garments here... might have bought a couple of things. And tried the new self service tills out too - great! Skipped the queues and all self explanatory 😊

An elegant, airy and spacious branch of Zara. Sadly no good at all if you’re hoping to buy men’s clothes. The Men’s department used to occupy most of the ground floor, and offered a huge range of formal, smart, smart casual, activewear, shoes and accessories. It was quite possible to buy a dinner suit, work wear, weekend, holiday and workout clothes in one visit. The current arrangement gives Men around 10% of the available retail space, downstairs behind the escalators to the side of customer services, and offers very little of anything. This arrangement is great if you’re looking for Women or Kids, the range on offer to you is quite bewildering. If you’re hoping to shop for Men, you’ll be wasting your time here.

When shopping here recently found this place, such a joy to shop at. It’s well stocked and well-kept staff are friendly and helpful. Having been to other Zara is in London. This one feels the nicest to visit.

In fact does not deserve 1 star. A week ago my daughter was pick pocketed. Her mobile phone and credit cards stolen out of pram bag.The security guy's response was "it is 3rd time today".No assistance nor did he care. Today we went to the store to see if the cards were at least handed in.Again no one cared. While we were there a wallet was stolen. No security to be seen. The assistants response to the victim of theft in store was" go to police we cannot help" Shocking and no one should support this store until the security is sorted.

I had an exceptional experience at Zara's menswear department in Duke of York Square, London. I walked in for a quick shoe purchase and was delighted by the outstanding customer service provided by Zeyn. He not only assisted me promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect footwear. Zeyn's professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. I also had the pleasure of interacting with his manager, who clearly sets a high standard for the team. The teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. I left the store with my new shoes, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and product. Zara's menswear department in Duke of York Square is highly recommended, thanks to the exceptional team, especially Zeyn and his manager. Thank you for making my shopping experience so memorable!

Very nice store located off of the main street. Clothes are presented nicely and staff are very helpful. I like the layout of the store, and unlike my local shop, a lot of the latest products online are available to purchase.

Very good store, awful customer service. The queue for returns is a joke. I visited on Thursday 12/10 at approximately 6pm, there was one shop assistant on the return till who chatted and laughed whilst serving a customer for over ten mins as we all waited (massive queue). Finally someone complained and she finished swiftly. Was very rude to me, despite giggling away with previous customer. Strange. Sort out your returns queue Zara, especially as it’s no longer free to return by post.

I really enjoyed my experience with Zara a sales assistant (called Chelsea) really helped me out yesterday, she helped my pick an outfit with the options I gave her, and the outcome was stunning I got given so many compliments at my event I hosted. Furthermore she helped me when it came to finding my size in clothing and shoes. It’s a shame the Zara Managers didn’t let her stay because this isn’t the first time she’s helped me out and some of her colleagues don’t even do anything but look miserable.

One of the most complete Zara shop in London. Sited in a wonderful pedestrian square, Zara shop offers you the possibility to purchase clothes for woman, man, kid and even wonderful stuff for your Home. After shopping you can relax in one of the many restaurants, bistro, caffetteria of Chelsea. I recommend you Made in Italy, not too far from there at the 249 of Kings Road.

👍👍 Awesome experience. The boutiques within are obviously high-end designer items, but the overall experience is lovely. Everyone is really nice and the food hall is SO COOL. Definitely hop in for a snack or a drink at the very least.
