The Apex Backpack I bought is much better for work and even casual trips than anything else I have tried. Great sales staff too. I wish there was more seating in the store so the people who were with me could rest but it’s a small space.

Troubadour is one of the best brands I’ve come across for customer service. I bought my first Troubadour bag in 2016 (a weekender) and some threads were starting to fray. I brought the bag in to the Troubadour store while I was in London and they repaired the bag for free for me, good as new. The bag is so chic. What great service!

Great staff and very cool store setup. You can try on all the bags. The bags are very lightweight and comfortable. I switched from my Tumi briefcase and I’m really happy, my Troubadour bag is lighter and more comfortable.

Fantastic experience dealing with Troubadour Goods. I purchased my Compact Apex backpack just over 3 years ago when starting a new job, and it's been with me everywhere since as a durable multi-purpose bag that's also neat and well designed. This long weekend I went to the store hoping to repair and refresh a few wear and tear issues and was surprised to receive a brand new bag in exchange. I went on to also purchase the Aero bag for a bit more gym gear space. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I enjoyed the conversation while thinking through some new options. Great to see a sustainable company that's honest and genuine.

I wasn't impressed with the quality of the products. They are sustainable, which is great, but sustainable products that would need to be replaced continually aren't sustainable for me. Also, when I stopped into the store to return the product, the shop assistant kept trying to stress to me that they preferred people to return goods from the online store via post, instead of dropping them off at the shop. If you prefer people return things via post instead of via the store, don't make it an option on your website... simple, no?

Staffs were really kind in the shop. Got both myself and my partner solid rucksacks that fit the part for a business casual look.
