Came
here
to
celebrate
my
birthday
with
some
friends,
and
the
whole
experience
left
me
desiring
for
a
better
turnout.
Reservations
were
easy
to
place
for
a
Sunday
afternoon.
Here's
where
it
started:
the
service.
The
service
definitely
could
use
some
improvements.
I
don't
know
whether
or
not
they
were
short
staffed
that
day
or
not,
but
when
I
walked
in
there
wasn't
anyone
at
the
front
desk.
The
sign
says
"Please
wait
to
be
seated"
but
we
weren't
even
greeted
or
acknowledged
until
a
passing
server
saw
us
and
then
said
someone
would
be
with
us
shortly.
We
waited
for
a
few
more
minutes
with
no
one
showing
up
until
we
saw
the
rest
of
our
party
already
seated
waving
at
us
which
we
finally
just
went
to.
After
sitting
down,
I
noticed
there
weren't
any
of
those
stop/go
cards
on
the
table.
It
probably
took
another
15-20
minutes
before
someone
finally
came
by
to
explain
the
options
that
the
restaurant
offers.
After
the
introduction,
our
waters
were
filled
but
then
that
was
it.
Most
times
you
had
to
wait
with
an
empty
glass
before
someone
came
around
again
to
fill
up
your
water.
It
might
not
seem
classy,
but
if
you're
really
that
busy,
then
maybe
place
a
couple
pitchers
of
water
on
the
larger
tables
so
that
people
can
refill
their
own
glasses
at
their
own
convenience.
The
people
coming
around
with
the
meats
came
about
at
regular
intervals,
but
I
feel
as
if
there
wasn't
as
much
variety
(no
chicken,
no
pork)
as
other
similar
places.
I
also
noticed
towards
the
end
that
most
of
the
meats
coming
out
were
medium
rather
than
medium
rare.
Usually
I'm
bombarded
with
them
coming
around
with
the
choices
that
I'd
have
to
flip
the
card
over
to
"red"
just
to
give
myself
some
time
to
start
on
whatever
is
piled
on
my
plate.
I
left
the
card
on
"green"
the
entire
time
and
even
grabbed
a
second
plate.
The
timing
of
their
intervals
was
regular
at
first,
but
in
between
finishing
my
first
plate
and
getting
up
to
grab
stuff
to
complement
the
meat
on
the
second
round,
there
was
like
a
10
minute
lull
where
no
one
came
around.
There
I
sat
with
a
plate
of
sides,
but
no
meat.
When
they
came
around
again,
this
is
where
I
noticed
that
the
meats
came
out
medium.
Some
of
the
meat
that
I
took
were
pretty
tough
to
chew
let
alone
swallow.
We
decided
to
get
dessert
after
throwing
in
the
towel
for
the
main
event.
I
ordered
the
Tres
Leches
cake
for
my
birthday
gift.
Dessert
didn't
come
out
for
another
20
minutes
as
we
sat
there
with
no
water
talking
to
each
other
and
wondering
if
they
had
to
make
each
dessert
from
scratch.
The
cake
was
hella
dry.
It
crumbled
apart
as
soon
as
you
cut
a
piece
off.
Soaking
it
in
the
"milk"
on
the
plate
didn't
help
it
much
either
since
it
would
just
make
the
crumbles
wet
and
break
up
further.
When
we
were
finally
done,
we
were
waiting
for
the
check
to
come
out
but
didn't
know
which
server
to
flag
down
since
we
had
3
or
4
different
people
checking
on
us
throughout
the
3
hours
we
were
there...
All
in
all,
there's
definitely
room
for
improvement
in
the
service
department.
But
we
all
agreed
that
this
experience
alone
probably
wouldn't
bring
us
to
come
back.
It's
sad
to
say
that
their
"salad
bar"
was
the
highlight
of
the
experience.
I
also
have
to
mention
that
the
restaurant
wasn't
at
capacity.
The
whole
time
we
were
there,
there
were
empty
tables
and
so
it
didn't
seem
as
busy
as
places
like
Texas
de
Brazil
where
we
usually
go.
