Purchased Prada sunglasses that ended up being polarized (not marked as others are) and took them back and told the sales associate that I can't wear polarized as they gave me a headache. Associate told me that the black ones were polarized, but the brown ones were not. So, I exchanged. Nope, brown color ones were polarized too. Took them back to the store because I can't wear them and asked for a refund. I was told that I have to wait 6-8 weeks for corporate to send me a check, as they have to verify. Verify what?!!! I don't understand that. I had my receipt and the glasses were perfect. They have the product back, I was lied to by an associate and now I have to wait for "corporate" to send me a check. I bet I'll be out both the sunglasses and my money. What a rip off!

Those are scammers!!! I bought a ray ban sunglasses from them around 6 months ago and they offered me a protection plan for 20 bucks and they also told me if anything happens to your sunglasses you’ll pay nothing for the replacement, today unfortunately they broke so I called them and they said you have to pay extra $40 in order to replace them. They lied to me and they scammed me. I don’t recommend this brand at all, they’re just cheaters. I’m writing this review just to notice people to stay away from these bad guys 😔

I purchased a pair of rayban metas and my sales associate (Edgar) was very help and answered all my questions. I wasnt 100% sure on the glasses but purchased anyways. My sales associate mentioned the 100% satisfaction / 30day return policy and I ended up returning them for a different pair. The return policy was facilitated by Stephen and it was quick/easy/seamless - very happy with the customer support and customer-first mentality they provided. Thank you again guys!

I recently had a fantastic experience with customer support when I reached out to Steven for help with my Rayban sunglasses. After purchasing from another store a couple of years ago, the lens fell off when it touched the ground. I was worried about the cost of repairs but was pleasantly surprised when Steven quickly offered to repair the glasses without charging me. This kind of excellent customer support has ensured that I will undoubtedly return to purchase my next pair of glasses. It's great knowing that people like Steven care about their customers.

Came in today to get some Oakleys for me and Maui Jim's for my wife. I just have to say that Edgar was the best! I'm extremely impressed with how hard he worked to make sure we were taken care of. This store is a complete scam. I ordered $250.00 Ray Bans through them on 4/15/22. The box arrived with the wrong style of sunglasses so I took them into the store for a return. The associate, takes them out of the shipping package, bends them in all different directions and cleans them for approx. 5 mins. Then informs me they cannot be returned b/c there is a scratch on them, but he will give me 50% off a new purchase?? These are NOT the glasses that I purchased and the associate either made up a scratch or scratched them themselves since they were taken directly out of the packaging. No refund, no exchange, but they did give me a Customer Care help number to call for a refund. Customer Care does not have access to individual store orders, so they gave me an email form to complete and now I have to wait 5 days for a reply. This is a clear bait and switch store that either pushes the floor model glasses on customers (which are ALL scratched) or give you terrible customer service. I am likely out my $250.00, but would love to save any of you looking from the same experience. This was a horrible example of customer service.
