Ditto on a previous comment. I too have been seeing Dr. Jeffers for more than 10 years and think very highly of her as my primary care physician. However, the last few times I've needed to see her due to illness or injury I have been unable to make an appointment with her. When I call for an appointment her schedule is completely booked and my options have been with someone else, either at Park Ridge or even at another office. As a loyal patient, I want to see my primary. The thought of trying to find another doctor is quite daunting but I'm considering it if it means I can actually receive care from them instead of a surrogate.

I had a regular annual wellness appointment that is 100% covered under my insurance. I've been to this facility a few times for the same exact service and never had an issue. I received a bill after this most recent 100% preventative appointment and have literally been calling to speak to the manager Katie Kerby since end of June and she has not called back once. I even called the patient billing services who opened up a claim and it has been "escalated for weeks." It has been over 8 weeks and I still have not had an answer from Katie or the billing department regarding this bill that was inaccurately coded. All of the staff at this location that answered my phone call apologized that Katie wouldn't call back and said they escalated my message to her numerous times. I was told numerous times that I would get a call back FROM Katie and nothing. New West Physicians--HOW CAN YOU LET SOMEONE BE A PRACTICE MANAGER DEALING WITH PATIENTS IF THAT PRACTICE MANAGER CANNOT CALL THEM BACK??? I even left a voicemail with the Golden Office Administration office regarding this and nobody calls back. This place is a joke, they do send surprise billing to patients which is against the law for Colorado. I have already told patient services about this and nobody is doing anything. DO NOT come here. This headache is not worth any service. If this is how their manager handles things, I couldn't imagine how they handle complex medical patients.

Very good 15 years ago. Has been my primary physician for that whole time. Have not been able to see a doctor, only a p.a in my last 5 visits. Felt extremely rushed in the appointment, like there schedule of patients ment more than my care. Feels like a monet grab not actual care. Would not recommend anyone to there practice.

I absolutely love Dr. Baker at New West Physicians! She is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and always makes me feel very comfortable no matter what kind of appointment it is. We had our first Video Appointment recently and it went pretty good. There were a couple of technical issues but she was able to resolve them right away. Anytime I need a refill, I just fill out the request in the patient portal and she has it taken care of in less than 24 hours. If I have questions or updates for her I send her a portal message and she usually gets back to me within a couple of hours. I definitely recommend Dr. Baker!!

Their Billing Service SUCKS!!! Didn't owe any money to them but still they sent an almost $400 bill out to Collection!! I called them 4 times and every time they said I don't owe anything to them. But I never stopped getting a call from the collection agency for a full year. My Credit score got hampered. Finally, I lost my patience and called New West's Billing department and made them to call to the Collection agency to take my name off. I was very very Frustrated with them. I hope not to get anymore call from the Collection agency.

I would give less than one star if I could. Completely unresponsive staff, all the way up to their “office manager” Katie. Can’t return a single phone call in over 5 months over a billing issue their provider ADMITTED was THEIR mistake. They and the lab have billed me, and my insurance for testing I did NOT require or ask for, and will not remove the charges despite saying for months “they’re working on it”. That seems like insurance fraud to me! And meanwhile the only party being financially harmed in all this is me. Completely unacceptable treatment of “valued patients”. In the 6 years I’ve been a patient here it’s become very obvious they are only here to churn out patients and make money. I can not recommend NW Physicians and will be finding a new provider as soon as I can extract myself from this awful situation.

I’ve loved all of the physicians I’ve seen, particularly Dr. Zells and Dr. Klotz, but the front desk staff is hit or miss. Some folks are kind and patient, while others act like you’re an inconvenience for calling or asking questions. Healthcare in the US is not easy to navigate, but receptionists shouldn’t take it out on patients.

Dr. appointment scheduled 6 months ago cancelled via FollowMyHealth notification - no phone call, no message in the FollowMyHealth just removed it from future appointment area. Phone call 3 days later from the office and can only see a PA no DR unless I want to wait another 6 months
