I
had
a
regular
annual
wellness
appointment
that
is
100%
covered
under
my
insurance.
I've
been
to
this
facility
a
few
times
for
the
same
exact
service
and
never
had
an
issue.
I
received
a
bill
after
this
most
recent
100%
preventative
appointment
and
have
literally
been
calling
to
speak
to
the
manager
Katie
Kerby
since
end
of
June
and
she
has
not
called
back
once.
I
even
called
the
patient
billing
services
who
opened
up
a
claim
and
it
has
been
"escalated
for
weeks."
It
has
been
over
8
weeks
and
I
still
have
not
had
an
answer
from
Katie
or
the
billing
department
regarding
this
bill
that
was
inaccurately
coded.
All
of
the
staff
at
this
location
that
answered
my
phone
call
apologized
that
Katie
wouldn't
call
back
and
said
they
escalated
my
message
to
her
numerous
times.
I
was
told
numerous
times
that
I
would
get
a
call
back
FROM
Katie
and
nothing.
New
West
Physicians--HOW
CAN
YOU
LET
SOMEONE
BE
A
PRACTICE
MANAGER
DEALING
WITH
PATIENTS
IF
THAT
PRACTICE
MANAGER
CANNOT
CALL
THEM
BACK???
I
even
left
a
voicemail
with
the
Golden
Office
Administration
office
regarding
this
and
nobody
calls
back.
This
place
is
a
joke,
they
do
send
surprise
billing
to
patients
which
is
against
the
law
for
Colorado.
I
have
already
told
patient
services
about
this
and
nobody
is
doing
anything.
DO
NOT
come
here.
This
headache
is
not
worth
any
service.
If
this
is
how
their
manager
handles
things,
I
couldn't
imagine
how
they
handle
complex
medical
patients.
