I recently underwent a vasectomy procedure performed by this urologist, and I must say that my overall experience was exceptional. From start to finish, the process was smooth and comfortable. The most significant aspect for me was the procedure itself. It was quick and surprisingly not as uncomfortable as I had anticipated. The urologist was not only highly skilled but also very attentive, ensuring that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. Their expertise and professionalism were evident, and I felt well taken care of. What really sets this urologist apart, though, is the recovery phase. I experienced no swelling or pain, which is a testament to the surgeon's precision and the care taken during the procedure. The post-operative instructions were clear and easy to follow, which greatly contributed to my smooth recovery. I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with the results and the entire experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Bell as a follow up from my PCP for a secondary finding on a CT. I met with Dr. Bell briefly to go over the initial CT for which I was being referred. During my appointment, that showed nothing new or apparently wrong, Dr. Bell wanted to send me for another CT, my second within 2 weeks. I asked if I should be worried about the radiation involved with another CT to which Dr. Bell replied, “I’d be more worried about what is wrong with your kidneys.” Comforting. The appointment felt rushed and I left feeling very anxious. I did get the CT he wanted but to this date have still not heard back from his office regarding my results. It’s been nearly 2 months. Luckily I have access to another doctor as was able to confirm normal imaging, but I would expect better for other patients.

Easily accessible with very quick response times to portals and phone calls. Short wait time in office. Dr. Fagelson’s assistant, Vivian, was great. She wa very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.. Excellent treatment. I can’t believe how much my health has improved. Answers questions clearly. It was easy to get a follow up appointment. This is an excellent doctor and an exceptional experience. I have been going here for years and would highly recommend Dr. Fagelson, Vivian, and their practice.

The office seems well organized and they are usually timely. I always just feel rushed when the doctors in there. Very little human connection and always seems to be in a rush to leave the room and get to his next appointment. Suggest some bedside manner training

Dr Stageberg was great. He was very personable and I always left feeling like he was confident and in full control of my situation. It let me relax and removed most all stress and worry concerning my medical condition. I had to move out of state and wish I could have taken him with me. I know if you are in his hands he will be straight with you and he will ensure you are well taken care of.

I feel very fortunate to call Dr. Fagelson my Urologist. He’s seen me through two prostrate events successfully. He has a quiet confidence that I’ve come to trust knowing he has the knowledge, tools and expertise to get me better. I’ve had great experiences with his support staff especially Vivian, Chris, Wil and Ali. I could count on them to provide with with the support I needed to get me through some tough times. I have a severely enlarged prostate and have been a patient of Urology Associates for nearly 30 years, and with Dr. Fagelson for 20 of them. He has done two Greenlight laser prostate procedures for me, starting in 2010, and I have a third scheduled for later this month. He and the staff have always been very professional and accommodating, and have been able to help me with my BPH and urinary retention issues, even when ER doctors tried their best but still failed. I would highly recommend them to anyone with kidney, prostate or bladder issues; you won't be disappointed!
