I am very directional illiterate and the office staff was so nice and helped best they could. Rachel greets everyone with a warm smile and was so sweet. Will was very informative and explained everything he was doing. Dr. Chad Nicholson was the best! I’ve never had a doctor/Optometrist explain everything to me the way he did. I was over all very very impressed with the office and my visit.

My 6 yo daughter was seen here for a vision screening. Everyone was professional, caring and courteous. The eye doctor was great with my daughter and watching her work with her gave me confidence we were in good hands. The eyewear selection is awesome there as well!

Dr. Josh was very nice and thorough. Overall, every staff member I encountered was helpful and friendly. This was my first time getting an eye exam at this location. I even got to go in early which was a bonus!

My son 10 yr old son needed a comprehensive eye exam before start of school. He was hesitant and worried about the exam. As a walk in the experience was exceptional from staff at front desk to staff who performed the initial pre testing and screening to the doctor who saw old son and finally at check out. Everyone was extremely professional and treated my young son with care and kindness. They showed true patient care and great wrap around service.

Line was busy even my appointment was 05:30PM. Thanks for the professional service from the optometrist, I was able to finish my prescription test in a decent time. I forgot my insurance card, but their system also captured my insurance info quickly when I provided my basic info. I'd love to come back here for the future tests.

Dr. Melanie Davis is the best! - Very knowledgeable, professional, caring and personable. She listens to your concerns and finds the best options for you. My vision and comfort level with my new contact prescription honestly exceeded my expectations. She is thorough and provides great eye care advice. The Altitude staff is also very helpful and friendly!

Great experience from start to finish! The front desk, technician, and doctor were all incredible! I appreciated her thoroughness and kindness especially! Made being a first time glasses owner much easier!

I like any experience where people don’t waste my time, and when the doctor my appointment was with was running late, Dr. Nicholson asked if I would be okay meeting with him.
