A donut shop where you can't get donuts. Very disappointing! Update: A month and several attempts later. . still nothing! Sign at door says drive through only,.. hit the drive through and it's barricaded. Great job Krispy Kreme.

Nice clean location with a friendly team. Took my nephews here for the first time and they enjoyed seeing the donuts being made. They were pretty busy but when you go when the Lights on, what do you expect. 😆 They’ve been busy in every state that I’ve frequented. That means they are delicious and you should definitely try at least 3 times in your life. 😂 Melts in your mouth when fresh too.

Waited in line for about 30 minutes for the Spring mini filled Donuts. They were not fresh and the taste was OK. Adoranle AF though. They had a chocolate cream filled which had good chocolate flavor. The cake batter filled was my favorite because it mostly tasted like frosting, the regular cream filled was fine and the strawberry was my last favorite. Not a fan of strawberry flavored sweets. Wouldn't have been as bad if we didn't have to wait forever. The inside is closed as well for some reason so that didn't help. Still fun though if you want something festive but I'll stick to the original glazed.

Everyone needs to experience this at least once in a lifetime. Just fun to watch and very friendly staff and service. Did I mention that you can get a donut fresh off the rack?

It’s been Years since I’ve had Krispy Kreme I was so excited. The donuts are always fresh & so delicious I will definitely be back for more. Customer service was A+ as well.

I love Krispy Kreme and decided to get some donuts from here. The place was clean, staff were friendly, and great donuts. The cake batter and the Boston creme donuts are to die for. It was so good! Their glazed donuts are also good as well. I also really like the machine they have to make the donuts. Overall, if you LOVE donuts, go here.

I love Krispy Kreme Donuts. This was my first time actually going rather than buying from kids school and ill tell ya what they are so much better fresh. I brought a dozen home with me and they didn't last 24 hours with my kids. Can't wait to go get more again.

Ordered online, wanting to try their special cinnamon milk donuts. They were out of all of these, the lemon filled, raspberry filled, and the creme filled donuts. Most other times we order at the counter and I think we'll do that from now on, as our order was not ready when we got there. I gave 4 stars because while we were charged extra for the specialty donuts, we used a special promo code and got a dozen glazed donuts for $1 after ordering another dozen donuts first. I wish there website would let you know if the location you order online from was out of a certain donut before placing the order.

I went in today and wanted some fresh donuts but the machine wasn’t working. But Mia was the most sweetest person ever. very understanding and patient. she recommended multiple donuts and they were so good. 10/10. Made me a pumpkin latte and it was also a 10/10. Great Service. Will be coming back soon

This is an awesome Krispy Kreme location! The staff is very nice, including Michael, who helped check us out, and Mary, who was super sweet! We stopped here when the hot light was on and the donuts were melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

Busy place on a Saturday morning. They didn't have enough staff to handle it and it took a lot longer to get your order filled. They had one guy filling donut orders, making specialty drinks, and taking the money. After standing in line for almost 20 minutes, one of the other 4 employees in the back finally came out to help. I know business are really short-staffed right now, so you remain patient, but if you're in a hurry I wouldn't stop here. The donuts were good and fresh though. Got to give them that.

When the hot sign is on... it's on. I simply love Krispy Kreme doughnuts with a passion. Soft and warm with a heartfelt delicious appeal. These doughnuts deliver satisfaction in any climate. These doughnuts can turn a cold and tough day into a warm and thankful one. There's a lot of negative energy in the air but if a majority of people who can't stand to witness other people be happy would eat a dozen doughnuts within twenty-four hours they'd see improvement in their life. Doughnuts have always been a reason to smile. Krispy Kreme doughnuts have always been the reason behind a good reason to smile.

One my favorite donut places to go to! Always making the perfect donuts and it’s very tasty as usually. It would be nice if they had more locations but regardless it’s worth the drive to get these donuts.

There's nothing like stopping and getting fresh doughnuts. Although American Krispy Kreme is no match for S. Korea's Krispy Kreme locations. The ingredients are a huge difference, but hey! It's still a great doughnut here in the States. The staff was great, and you're able to watch the doughnuts be made right then and there. If you have children, that alone is a reason to go. Enjoy.

Outstanding visit: very nice employee gave us a hot fresh glazed donut as my wife & I were admiring them come out of the oven on the conveyor- took home six beautiful donuts - they had several fun Halloween varieties and the coffee was delicious Store was clean stocked and modern and employees were happy. I went to buy donuts during their buy a dozen donuts and get the second dozen for a dollar. Well, there were too many restrictions of what kind of donuts you had to choose from on the first dozen and no real choice on the second choice. Plus, after purchasing two dozen donuts and getting the two extra dozen for a dollar, it cost me $38.00. I could have bought 4 dozen donuts of my choice at the local grocery store for less money. Plus, they would only allow me to have two of the holiday gift boxes, and the rest were packaged in the regular boxes, even though I asked if they would use the holiday packaging.

First time in a long time back at this location and definitely think this location went through a huge change and it was awesome to see we were greeted with a hot fresh donut on a Wednesday night at 8:30 which use to be unheard of. Everyone was very nice and efficient will definitely be back again so awesome to see this Krispy Kreme running so well again!

Oh this place is the donuts addict dream! We had the key lime specialty donut - mmmmm! Also bought a dozen of the regulars for us and for My in laws! The place was clean, the young adult at the counter super friendly and immediately gave us our free donut!

Omg... krispy kreme is the best. My all time favorite is the original glazed for sure. When the lights are on make sure you drop by and get some. They will melt in your mouth. My second favorite is the maple flavor. This shop is perfectly located near Park Meadow Mall.

Poor customer service. I ordered 16 counts of Assorted Minis through Ubereats and had a bad experience. This product should include four flavors, 4 strawberries with sprinkle/4 chocolate/4 chocolate with sprinkle/4 original. NOT RANDOMLY. But I only received two flavors. (4 chocolate and 12 original.) They should have let me know if there was no product and helped me to cancel or change my order. Anyway, I called the store and explained that this was not the first time, but I didn't even get an apology. The staff was annoyed with me and just said she would refund me, and that was it. Don't you just need to get a refund? No, there are no customers who purchase products expecting a refund. The staff should have apologized for this situation first. I would have understood and moved on if I had only heard an apology but no. She didn't say sorry until I asked her. When I asked if she wasn't apologizing, she kept cutting me off, saying, "I told you that I apologized and will refund you, okay?" Even though I told her I was mad because she didn't apologize until I asked her first, but she insisted that she apologized. This is my third time ordering this item, they didn't give me the correct item every time, and this was the worst. I'm not that picky, and I've never called to store. I also deal with customers, so I understand most of the mistakes. Whenever they gave me the wrong item, even though I got only 2 strawberries, etc., anyway I got 4 flavors so I wasn't mad. I just guessed it was out of stock; at least they tried, so I overlooked it. But for this time? It was a bit much. The order was a mess, and the staff was disrespectful.

We had a giant fundraising order and we’re told by other locations they couldn’t accommodate. These folks were happy to help and very polite. Alex was awesome helping us load our huge order into our trailer.

Picked up birthday treats here twice recently. The donuts were excellent! We are hooked. The drive through staff forgot my cream and whipped cream in my coffee. Also, they were out of stock of some of the donuts in my pickup order. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our orders.

Krispy Kreme in Lone Tree is terrible. I was double charged for an order in July (It's October!!) and they still haven't refunded me despite providing documentation, calling, emailing and going in to the store. I keep getting the run around from management. Next stop...corporate office. I will never buy another donut at a Krispy Kreme nor will anyone in my personal and professional circle. This is no way to treat a customer. Bad service and attitude.
