Poor
customer
service.
I
ordered
16
counts
of
Assorted
Minis
through
Ubereats
and
had
a
bad
experience.
This
product
should
include
four
flavors,
4
strawberries
with
sprinkle/4
chocolate/4
chocolate
with
sprinkle/4
original.
NOT
RANDOMLY.
But
I
only
received
two
flavors.
(4
chocolate
and
12
original.)
They
should
have
let
me
know
if
there
was
no
product
and
helped
me
to
cancel
or
change
my
order.
Anyway,
I
called
the
store
and
explained
that
this
was
not
the
first
time,
but
I
didn't
even
get
an
apology.
The
staff
was
annoyed
with
me
and
just
said
she
would
refund
me,
and
that
was
it.
Don't
you
just
need
to
get
a
refund?
No,
there
are
no
customers
who
purchase
products
expecting
a
refund.
The
staff
should
have
apologized
for
this
situation
first.
I
would
have
understood
and
moved
on
if
I
had
only
heard
an
apology
but
no.
She
didn't
say
sorry
until
I
asked
her.
When
I
asked
if
she
wasn't
apologizing,
she
kept
cutting
me
off,
saying,
"I
told
you
that
I
apologized
and
will
refund
you,
okay?"
Even
though
I
told
her
I
was
mad
because
she
didn't
apologize
until
I
asked
her
first,
but
she
insisted
that
she
apologized.
This
is
my
third
time
ordering
this
item,
they
didn't
give
me
the
correct
item
every
time,
and
this
was
the
worst.
I'm
not
that
picky,
and
I've
never
called
to
store.
I
also
deal
with
customers,
so
I
understand
most
of
the
mistakes.
Whenever
they
gave
me
the
wrong
item,
even
though
I
got
only
2
strawberries,
etc.,
anyway
I
got
4
flavors
so
I
wasn't
mad.
I
just
guessed
it
was
out
of
stock;
at
least
they
tried,
so
I
overlooked
it.
But
for
this
time?
It
was
a
bit
much.
The
order
was
a
mess,
and
the
staff
was
disrespectful.
