We really enjoyed this place! The service was friendly and fast. We all really enjoyed our food, I had the halibut which was delicious! The atmosphere was perfect for a double date night, we had some drinks at the bar and then sat at a table for dinner. Great restaurant!

Atmosphere is great. It‘s an upscale establishment. But the food is average. We ordered the cowboy steak and the Louisiana shrimp . The steak was cooked OK. the shrimp was so salty it actually disguised any other taste. The service is very pleasing and accommodating but she forgot to give us a steak knife for the steak. We had to ask for one 1/2 way through the mail. With the kind of establishment I was expecting more. The highlight of the evening was the appetizer. Tuna sashimi was very good. The wine tasted flat. The place place could do so much better.

Food was good. I also cannot really complain much about the service. And I could admire the decorations. However neither of those were exceptional, meanwhile, their prices were high and overall it feels that for what we got we paid more than we should. First, our waitress missed one (one of just two!) of the appetizers we ordered. I would agree that it was not too critical but still, I do prefer when employers are listening while customers are ordering. Guacamole did not feel like it is really fresh. It was not listed as “made to order”, but from a place which positions itself as an upscale one, I would expect more. One of fish tacos had double tortilla. It’s a little strange and again, it’s all about the attention. I actually would be much less surprised if both would be on double ones. Then, it could be intentional. But only one, seriously?.. It is likely to mean that they either accidentally make one with the double tortilla or they forget to put second tortilla to the other taco. Not the upscale level. Fish tacos were accompanied by Vietnamese brown rice. I would really expect side taco rice to be Mexican rice (the white rice boiled with tomatoes). I cannot really recall wether it was or was not explicitly specified in the menu that tacos are accompanied with the brown rice, but even it was, anyway, honestly, these two do not pair well. $44 Mendoza Malbec we ordered was not bad, but was not as full body as one would expect from Mendoza… We got to a grocery store afterwords and the one we bought there for $13.99 was much better. I would not mind to pay $44 at a restaurant for that one which we got from the store, but the one that we got in the restaurant… the fair restaurant price feels more like $25. We ended up spending a little over $100 per person, and we neither eat or drink too much. So, honestly, overall, only thing that was upscale there were prices. Everything else was on fairly good but was not on the upscale level. I am unlikely to go there another time, unless it’s a last resort.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised at how good this restaurant was. Ambiance was amazing and the food was even better. We ordered the ahi crisp for an app and the ahi was super fresh and all the flavors came together for a perfect small bite. For entrees we got the chili rellanos (highly recommend) and the NY strip tacos (also delicious). We will definitely be coming back again soon.

They say they ground the burger meat daily and I believe it. This burger was absolutely amazing. It was beautiful, which isn't often the case for burgers. The mac and cheese was also delicious. Desert was good but still a bit too sweet and dry for my taste, but I'm very picky with chocolate deserts. The staff was also wonderful. Phil took care of us and had a few very thoughtful touches. So much I remembered his name!

Excellent service, and the restaurant has an upscale atmosphere with plenty of windows. There’s a large outdoor dining area and bar as well. My dad loved his rib platter. My chicken sandwich was great but the fries were barely warm for some reason. Overall, a good experience and I could envision going back maybe once or twice a year.

Excellent service, the food was delicious, very cool atmosphere. My wife had the French Dip and the prime rib slices were thin and no fat. The ribs were cooked to perfection and the sauce was juicy and sweet. The side ceaser was a great flavor too.

For years I've lived in Colorado and this is my favorite place to eat. The food tastes amazing is prepared so well. The service there never ceases to impress me. In the view and atmosphere is just spectacular and relaxing. All around best restaurant in Colorado. I definitely recommend the rotisserie chicken because of its full flavor in the definitely recommend the rotisserie chicken because of its full flavor and the golden mashed potatoes on the side. They're probably the best mashed potatoes I've ever tasted in my life; don't tell my mother.

South Denvers one and only Sierra! Part of the long time Denver owned and operated Brinkerhoff family business. A reputation well deserved for elegant atmosphere and a taste experience unmatched in Colorado dining. The architecture alone is worth the trip. I frequently stop by for an appetizer just to see the light fading at sunset and see the outdoor fireplaces light up. The staff obviously really likes working at Sierra. You will see for yourself when you walk in. Like their other establishments, it is hard to describe exactly how the food tastes so delicious. Not just the taste, but the texture and presentation are unique and worth every penny. I recently had the mini chili relano plate and could have ordered it again. There is plenty of free parking, off the same street access as Calbelas . I personally love the antique motorcycle tastefully displayed as a tribute to the owner's story in the lobby area. A must experience for my out of town visitors.

Amazing atmosphere and vibe! Great views throughout the entire restaurant. They also have the softest tortillas I’ve ever had. I ordered the fajitas and they came out sizzling hot with multiple sides. Our bartender was incredibly friendly and can tell that he really enjoys what he does. Very clean and would highly recommended if you’re in the area.

An upscale steakhouse that impresses with its first-class experience. During my initial visit, the staff was remarkably friendly and knowledgeable, elevating the dining experience. The meal itself was outstanding. However, on my second visit, the waiter seemed a bit rushed, though the food remained delicious. I highly recommend trying their fajitas. Sierra offers a refined atmosphere and dishes worth savoring. Review generated by AI with my input. Use your own judgment, as experiences may vary.

Saul was hands down one of the best waiters we've ever had! This guy was an absolute pleasure. The pork chops (blackened) are phenomenal, great old fashions as well. And a special thanks to Daniel who made a minor mishap right!

I went to this place on a date, and it was absolutely amazing. I did not expect it to have such a great experience. The vibe is amazing. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the tuna crisp with truffle literally the best thing I’ve eaten all year I’m obsessed with it now …and Savannah our waitress was exemplary straight out of a book. She knew the food on the menu very well, and was able to explain it in great detail …She was so amazing. There was no wait time even though they were busy. It’s a very big spacious building so you’re not hitting anyone’s chair as you get up I highly recommend this place for date nights, family, dinners, birthdays, anything I know this review may sound like it’s paid or forced but I promise you it’s not just really need to get that off my chest because it’s a been a while since i had service, that was so amazing. The food was so amazing.

We decided on this restaurant at the last minute when we couldn't get into the restaurant we originally chose. I'm so happy we chose this place to dine in.The restaurant is beautiful, the views are amazing, everything twinkled. My husband who has hearing issues could still hear me. Our appetizer and meals with drinks all came out in under an hour. We ordered to go food as well which only took an extra twenty minutes. By time we got home my daughter remarked how fresh and hot the food was. Everything was top notch. We couldn't have chosen a better spot to dine and our waitress was utterly amazing. I will definitely be coming here again.

The day after Christmas, my wife and I were visiting family around Denver and they made reservations to Sierra a week in advance. This place was definitely aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Modern meets wooden cabin vibes with wall to wall windows encompassing views of the city. The low lit lighting mixed with the ambiance provided a simplified luxurious experience. Our server Vanna, was very detail oriented and did a phenomenal job at keeping our thirsts quenched with ample water checks. Her personality was a hit with our table and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Our family ordered wedge salads along with their Wood-Fired Salmon and Cowboy Steak. Both throughly enjoyed their salads and entrees. My wife also enjoyed the Cowboy Burger and fries. My chicken fajitas did not lack flavor and they made sure to give me an abundance of onions. Their in-house made tortillas were top-notch and was great to pair with the chicken and onions. It’s great to note too that all of the entrees came out at the exact time and no one’s entree had to be “sacrificed”. That’s hard to balance, especially when you have a 90 minute wait for a table. Very thankful our family made reservations beforehand. Overall a great ambiance and well-done food makes this place notable if you are around the Lone Tree area.

We come regularly! The menu is amazing and every little detail on every dish is given absolute consideration. The wait staff and service is excellent and we are often remembered by name, the server retention is high which is another mark of a great restaurant!

Amazing ambiance, good service, great food. Best artichoke we’ve ever tasted, followed by petite filet dinner. We recommend making reservations several days/weeks in advance or coming on a weekday.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a really long time so we decided to go in for Father's Day and unfortunately left feeling like once was enough. The location and views are wonderful. Our server was fantastic! The food was very meh. Pork chop was slightly over cooked which made it quite dry.... cowboy steak was ordered MR and came out closer to medium... Which is understandable because it really was a quite thin piece of meat. It's hard to control temperature when the meat is that thin. My son simply got the cheeseburger which the meat itself was good. However, it was literally falling apart because the bun didn't seem to even be toasted so ended up being a huge mess all over the place. We got the Texas sheet cake for dessert and the strawberry shortcake as well. The Texas sheet cake was pretty good. A little bit dry but I think that's how it's supposed to be. The strawberry shortcake on the other hand was served over biscuits which is fine but the biscuits were so dry they were literally crumbs in the dish. We did really like the halibut. That was good and the sauce they serve with the artichoke appetizer was really good as well. For a $300 dinner though it should have been better. I have to reiterate our service was fantastic though she was really good!

Amazing! Will definitely come again! Food/Drink: amazing. Had the pork chop, blackened - some of the best tasting pork I’ve eaten. Had a Kentucky mule which was also amazing. The appetizers were amazing. I wanted to try everything! Atmosphere: beautiful. Great interior and stunning views. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the patio! Service: amazing! Our waiter Saúl was amazing. While we waited for the others in our group to arrive, he went out of his way to make our wait enjoyable, even making us drinks. He checked in a perfect amount and was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Sierra has a vibrant atmosphere and great views. I sat at the bar, which was perfect for me. I enjoyed "The Annie Oakley" margarita and had guacamole/salsa and chips. For dinner I order the enchiladas, Christmas style. The red one was spicy but good. (I liked the green one better). Fun place on occasion.

Had a great birthday dinner, the sangria was fantastic. Had the fish tacos, they were very good, as well as the delicious chocolate cake. The view was amazing, and the ambiance was great. Definitely ask for Saul, he is awesome!!

I cannot give this place enough stars. If you haven’t tried it yet, treat yourself and make sure you ask for Nick! You will not be disappointed. I order the Halibut both times I have been and will probably order it the same every time I go in the future. We asked for Nick specifically after an impressive experience the first time. He remembered my name, a conversation we had, the drink I ordered and how I ordered my dish. It’s been a month since I was there last. You cannot beat the service anywhere, I bet money on it.

Celebrated our 5yr Wedding Anniversary Thursday Night @ Sierra's. Drew (GM) & Destiny (Server) made the night very memorable & magical with the service and beautiful view. We enjoyed a bottle of Prisoner wine, apps, salad and main meal. The dessert was a bonus... Highly recommend....
