When we arrived there was no one at the check in desk and the sign said to ring the bell or call the phone # listed so we tried and bell and phone were not answered. After 10 minutes or so, someone came and explained they were helping another customer with a TV issue, which was fine. Then we got checked in and went to our room and the keys did not work. So he went back to front desk again and no one was there, so he came back to hallway outside our room. I told him I heard desk clerk mention room # with TV issue, so he went to that room to get clerk. Then she fixed the keys and brought them to our room so we could get in. The remote for our TV did not change channels; maybe it needed a new battery. I was tired and did not want to spend time on it. So I tried to go to sleep and it sounded like people upstairs were dropping a bowling ball on the floor and stomping around for about 45 minutes. Eventually it became quiet. So due to multiple issues I was unhappy. The good things were: the motel was in a very cute area and the location was really good. The motel and our room was sparkling clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The desk clerk was apologetic and friendly.

Micki at front desk is the sweetest lady. She was very busy taking care of issues and phones and still was attentive and friendly. She's a credit. The location is awesome to walk to the beach, attractions and food. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice, with signature amenities. The bed could've been softer and newer, but we slept well. Would be happy to stay here again.

Comfy, attractive room with everything you need. Right in town but a block off the main road. The best breakfast in the dining room! I love those waffles with all the trimmings: scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, hash browns, toast, muffins. Cereals if you want. And the nicest little lady keeps everything stocked and clean. Leave her a nice tip! Definitely our go-to hotel in Long Beach.

So I booked through booking. They sent a blast to me via text that rooms were ready early. They weren't but that isn't the places fault. The room was large and cozy. We walked into lobby to the smell of fresh baked cookies and coffee. Breakfast was delish.

This place saved us last minute from an otherwise not so great Airbnb experience. So thankful for reliability of a cozy best western. Always hot cookies at the front desk and the breakfast food has lots of options for diverse diets.

We stayed two nights. The first night was a disaster! Some guys came into the room next to us around 11pm and were very loud. We finally had to call the front desk twice and they were eventually evicted around 12:30am. About 30 minutes later, someone was knocking on their door and asking for someone. It seems everyone who worked at the motel knew about the incident but not a single person apologized to us. Even when we checked out, we mentioned the problem and the person at the front desk said she heard about it, but said nothing further. I guess they value money over customer service.

Staff: Outstanding. Courteous to a fault. Room: Quiet, clean, acceptably appointed. Air conditioning unit: unresponsive. WiFi: USELESS.

This is a good place to stay in Long Beach. Modern rooms, professional staff, and they offer services for people who fish and dig clams. Their breakfast is very good and imaginative. I love staying here!

Always greeted kindly by staff when registering. Rooms always clean & amenities are good. Breakfast is included & pretty great options. Good coffee & great locations, easy access! Staff is quick to get us registered because we make reservations directly.

Went for an overnight in Long Beach, WA. Stayed at the Best Western in Long Beach, WA. We traveled 4 hrs to get there. Purchased the suite for the night and paid approximately $180 to have the room until checkout at 11am the day. The next morning I was interrupted by room service. A male room service attendant opened my door at 10:40am while I was napping and my husband was showering. He woke me up! I never get a nap or time to rest. I have 4 dogs so my sleep is limited due to constant barking. I paid for my room until 11am. I felt so violated and not to mention I was startled by his voice in my room!!!!! We checked out and told female staff at the front desk about the concern.

Location is good, parking is ok, service was friendly but the room wasn't very clean. Found hairs in the bathroom so I skipped the shower. Breakfast was below average. Prices are too high for what you get.

Everything was perfect except for the smell of the room. It smells like super mold. They have definitely had a flood in this room. I believe that it’s the carpet that needs replaced. Breakfast was wonderful! The customer service was great too!

Worst hotel manager experience ever. Reservation was made by accident (was suppose to be a Best Western south of the Long Beach location) and when I went to check to the hotel I thought I reserved they told me the reservation at the wrong motel. I called to cancel and they said they would still have to charge my card because I didn’t give them enough notice. Talked to the manager who didn’t care at all about the mistake and told me to call customer service. Called customer service and they were super nice and said the Manager was the only one who could cancel and they would call them and talk to her. Got back on the phone and the hotel told them there wasn’t a manager on site. I instantly called back the hotel and asked for a manager and was instantly transferred to the manager who picked up the phone and said she would not refund my card. Called back customer service again who then called the hotel back again and was told no manager was available. Customer service lady was so polite and very frustrated that the manager would not talk to her. Will never stay here and recommend no one stay here.

Great location in the heart of Longbeach, WA. Staff is very friendly. Quiet and room clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Hostess at breakfast was great but food rather tasteless. I think powdered eggs. Potatoes bland.
