When
we
arrived
there
was
no
one
at
the
check
in
desk
and
the
sign
said
to
ring
the
bell
or
call
the
phone
#
listed
so
we
tried
and
bell
and
phone
were
not
answered.
After
10
minutes
or
so,
someone
came
and
explained
they
were
helping
another
customer
with
a
TV
issue,
which
was
fine.
Then
we
got
checked
in
and
went
to
our
room
and
the
keys
did
not
work.
So
he
went
back
to
front
desk
again
and
no
one
was
there,
so
he
came
back
to
hallway
outside
our
room.
I
told
him
I
heard
desk
clerk
mention
room
#
with
TV
issue,
so
he
went
to
that
room
to
get
clerk.
Then
she
fixed
the
keys
and
brought
them
to
our
room
so
we
could
get
in.
The
remote
for
our
TV
did
not
change
channels;
maybe
it
needed
a
new
battery.
I
was
tired
and
did
not
want
to
spend
time
on
it.
So
I
tried
to
go
to
sleep
and
it
sounded
like
people
upstairs
were
dropping
a
bowling
ball
on
the
floor
and
stomping
around
for
about
45
minutes.
Eventually
it
became
quiet.
So
due
to
multiple
issues
I
was
unhappy.
The
good
things
were:
the
motel
was
in
a
very
cute
area
and
the
location
was
really
good.
The
motel
and
our
room
was
sparkling
clean.
The
complimentary
breakfast
was
very
good.
The
desk
clerk
was
apologetic
and
friendly.
