    If you’re a tourist, don’t even be tempted to go here. We had one undrinkable coffee and one tea and they wanted to charge £250 for something that was worth £50 or less. We argued with them and got it down to £150. So we were forced to haggle for a coffee and tea! Egypt is great, but the lengths people go to extract money out of tourists is disgraceful. Given Egypt relies so heavily on tourism, this kind of behaviour should be discouraged or they will lose tourists.

    Pure rip-off! They wanted 150 for 2 bad coffees, but you usually pay a maximum of 20-30 per coffee. Madness! Not recommended!
