    If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I planed a weekend getaway for my sister 21st birthday! We we’re all excited and ready to check into our hotel. When we arrived at 10:00pm we were told that they were short on cleaning staff and that they did not have a room ready for us. We had to wait for the cleaning crew to clean a room for of for about 2 hours. When we finally got to our room it was poorly cleaned and smelled like smoke. In addition we did not get the dune queen beds to paid for but 2 full size beds. The manager Ashley was nice and tried to compensate us but in my opinion it just was not enough. To me there is no excuse good enough for there not to be a clean room ready for guests especially by 10pm. My family and I only stayed one night and had a very early day ahead of us so we didn’t complain any further. But our experience here was extremely disappointing and we will never stay here again. The beds was uncomfortable, the room decor of falling apart. The mini fridge is broken, the shower was stained yellow, the bathroom floor did not look like it had been mopped, there was water damage in the ceiling, and overall the room did not feel sanitary or safe. To any guest looking to say at this hotel I recommend looking for another hotel.

    I have never in my life left a review but wow was I amazed with this. It should be noted that if I could leave no stars I would. I reserved the room for my parents and grandmother. The check in was supposed to be at 4pm. They were not able to get a room until almost 11pm. The receptionist would keep informing my mom that they did not have a room available because they did not have enough house keeping. That is something that as a guest you should not have to be worried about especially if you have already paid for an reserved a room. Well, not only did my parents not get their room way later than check in but I have also been charged twice for the room. I have tried calling the hotel but every time I press the option 0 to speak directly to someone the call hangs up. So I tried one of the other options to speak with someone else and all I got was a voicemail. So now not only am I down almost $500 but the service was extremely horrible. I specifically chose the Hilton because of their well known service but I’m sure that I would’ve gotten something better for half the price elsewhere.

    Location of spectacular! Lots of little shops and tons of places to eat. However for a $400 a night room and a $250 security deposit you would think that your toilet would work as well as your shower! Both are broken. Two freaking tired to have it fixed tonight we'll see about fixing it tomorrow there was not enough staff in the lobby to even wait and see if they could fix it. People are put out here! I've had better service at a comfort Inn! Anyway it's kind of cool in the lobby they offer some juice and lots of liquids to drink but you have to pay for breakfast. Plus I came home for a nap around 3:00 p.m. And room service clearly was already in my room My bed was changed new towels were delivered. They had clearly already cleaned and restocked. As I'm sitting at the desk completely buck naked eating my noodles! A room service lady busts right in without even knocking! Strangest hotel I've ever stayed in and there are no microwaves in the rooms either.

    First of all the food servers are bartenders are amazing!! They were sweet, accommodating and apologetic. I arrived at 4pm normal check in time. Room not ready til 6pm but tried to give me two double beds. It’s just me. I booked a king room. Also, I had to order dinner while waiting. Food service gave me marinara for my calamari. That’s interesting. The bar was out of lime juice, and a lot of other essential mixers and alcohol. Strange. Anyway. I’ll never stay here again. Junk.

    Had a very pleasant experience. Alex and George were extremely friendly at the front desk. The Enclave had good food and sell Starbucks on premise. Had a refreshment bar that was well stocked in the lobby. The 11th floor had a pretty view. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Even the parking was convenient once I found the self park garage. Getting on the 710 north to leave was a breeze.

    Our stay was excellent upon arrival. The staff was knowledgeable, the hotel is sanitized and clean. The bartender, Ki, was Outstanding!! The staff at The Loft restaurant is amazing. Also, Joshua, the desk attendant was very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended

    Woke up to Bed Bugs and have been going in circles over a refund. Smh... and this is the Hilton!!! No Rob this is not satisfactory. Do to fact that when immediately reported there was nothing done. You even put guests into the room after the report was made and the had not been an third party inspection. The bugs were in the bedding as shown pictures that I also sent to your manager. If this is how Hilton Long Beach takes care of sanitation issues then no... this is totally unacceptable. I do except a full refund. Especially when I told I could not change my room at the time.

    The rooms were clean (they were just too busy/short staffed to clean it daily during our stay-but we also didn’t call to request it). Service was superb. Breakfast was great. Location is perfect. Amenities were enjoyable. All staff were welcoming, kind & diligent.

    Booked for two nights in July 2022 for an event in Carson since accommodations in Carson were limited. I arrived to check in after 8 pm and the front desk was very busy. I had to wait at least 10 minutes. Attractive front entrance and lobby. My room had a great view but was dated and worn. Not well maintained. They have a decent sized fitness center. Great location! Short walk to the waterfront.

    This is a perfect location for nightlife and food choices! We were able to walk (or shuttle) to outlets and downtown Long Beach! We loved it. We will stay here again. The staff was lovely and upgraded us! Love a Hilton always! ☺️

    Highly recommend this place. The whole place looks and feel clean, from the rooms to the swimming pool. These guys really go far and beyond to make you feel they really care about their reputation. Definitely coming back and bringing my family here. This was a business trip but the next one will be a relaxing one at the Hilton Long Beach. 200%😎 Awesome work employees keep it up.....

    One night stay on July 4 was a bit over priced for what we got. We payed close to 300 dollars for one night per room (we got 2 rooms). Even though we booked online, once we got there they kept charging different fees. We were not explained what those fees were about so we had to keep on asking. Even though we asked we were not given exact numbers. The clerk at the reception (Sari) had an attitude the whole time. It seemed as she did not want to be there. We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds, but once we got there they switched it to one room with 2 queen size beds and one with only one king size bed. They tried to accommodate, so they brought a rollaway bed into the room. The lady that brought it was nice, but the bed and blanket were dirty (it had a whole bunch of hairs on it). As far as the hotel goes, it has a beautiful reception area, but the rooms smell bad, are dirty and old, and one can easily tell that they need renovation. The queen size bed frame was missing a chunk of wood and the ceiling had multiple leak marks. Overall I would never stay at this location ever again.

    Hotel has a nice presence as you first enter, and the bartender Bobby was awesome. But the room wasn't as clean as expected and the bathroom had broken fixtures. Pretty much not taken care of. Windows were dirty. We asked to move rooms and the front counter said there were no more rooms but when I checked online there were rooms available. Enjoyed our stay with our friends.

    This hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the waterfalls in the front and lobby, to the views. The restaurant has a great variety and delicious. Staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. We used their park and go package for a cruise, very easy process, they shuttled us to the cruise terminal, and it was a smooth process. They have a very unique pool on the roof with music and lights that change and "dance" with the music. I will definitely return here.

    The Hilton Long Beach is very conveniently located in downtown Long Beach, but really close to 2 main freeways. The hotel is clean, and beautiful. The management and staff are excellent. Their professionalism and attention to detail is rare. The were friendly and seemed to genuinely care that each guest is happy and well taken care in every way. Rooms are clean with nice linens, bed, pillows, TV, and we had a balcony, which was beautiful to look out on Long Beach from the 13th floor. Great stay if you are in downtown Long Beach!

    Wonderful staff at this hotel. Amber was absolutely amazing. I had an incident in the room and Amber, Hector and one other guy came to help fix things around the room to make sure we had a pleasurable stay. The hotel kitchen downstairs has amazing staff. The manager and team gave free delicious food!

    I attended a seminar at the Long Beach Hilton and we were well taken care of by the staff. Breakfast was included with our seminar and was very well prepared and presented. The conference rooms/ball rooms were large and clean and we were well accommodated. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance, but the hotel also offers a free shuttle within a reasonable radius to the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Highly recommend this location.

    When I booked the hotel, I requested that a crib be put into the room. I arrived and checked in at the very nice lobby and confirmed my request for a crib, the nice front desk person said one would be sent up. A crib finally arrived 2 hours later after two more calls to the front desk and a plea to please send one immediately as our baby desperately needed a nap. The rooms are very old and dingy. The grout in the bathroom is visibly dirty and gross. The windows look like they've never been cleaned. The bathroom has no fan so after showering, the whole room is humid for hours. The bed skirts were covered in stains and the linens were not in the best condition. The lobby is very nice, but is clearly the only place in the hotel that has been renovated recently. Even then, it is showing its age. The chairs near the coffee area are cracking and worn. I wouldn't stay here again. Kudos to the staff though, from the front desk to the coffee shop to housekeeping, everyone was extremely nice.

    Although the room seemed to be a little bit older they were extraordinary spacious. I have to say that I travel on a very regular basis with work and this may be the most friendly hotel I've ever stayed in. Every single person I came in contact with was exceptional. I got in around 1:30am in the morning and I was greeted by the valet and the three people working the desk. They were all very very friendly. I had room service twice and not only the person that answered the phone but the people that delivered were again extraordinaire friendly. Although this hotel is not on the beach it's very convenient and I would never hesitate to stay here again just because of the service.

    Came here for a conference and ended up having a wonderful experience. From my first moment in the lobby with my gracious host Steven at check-in to Jose and James at the bar - the entire process was elevated by their professionalism and courteous treatment. A very special day indeed.

    I absolutely loved the the greeting my husband and I received when checking in. There were two wonderful gentlemen Alex and George who really knew their stuff. When asking for nearby restaurants they were able to suggest just what we were looking for. Customer service at its best... Thank you Hilton for knowing what the front end needs. People with great personalities and very welcoming. We will difinatly be back to stay at this beautiful hotel.

    Such a beautiful property! Very clean, modern, and has a lot of character. The parking situation is a little bit of a hassle but it’s very big property so it’s expected. I arrived early to try to check in they didn’t have anything available however Steven at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! He offered to hold my bags while I hung out by the pool once my room was ready. After waiting only 30 minutes they had amazing room ready for me! Very great and fast service! All the attendants and staff throughout the building were so nice. The lady at the front desk during the late night was very sweet as well! Really great location and amenities as well. I would definitely stay here again!

    We had a comfortable stay at the Hilton. The location is great, and we took full advantage of the shuttle service to get around the city. The service was great and we loved the free amenities in the lobby (happy not to overpay for water!). The one downside is that the lobby was always super cold. The rooms were dated - the carpet is very old, and our shower had a lot of pressure issues. It was great overall, and perfect for a long weekend getaway.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a reservation paid for non refundable during a music festival I was going to attend and showed up at 2pm kindly asking to see if they had any early check in. The desk man then told me they were sold out and I had to look elsewhere. An hour later I finally tried someone else who gave me a room but moved me from a double queen to a single , they also charged me $54 for a self park fee? I’ll probably never stay at a Hilton again unbelievable ruined the fun weekend experience.

    This Hilton is the absolute worst hotel I have ever dealt with. Made a reservation which is normally held by card only. Only to hold. Not only did they charge me for the room I haven’t stayed in yet, they charged me triple. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. They refuse to answer phones, emails and any contact. Not one person has reached out to try and explain what has happened. I refuse to stay here and am still waiting for them to refund my money. They have done so much damage to my bank accounts by this overcharge and failure to refund honestly thinking legal action is the only course to take. What a terrible group. The only positive that has happened was a reminder to me (who works for an actual luxury hotel company) to always be better than this hotel. Guests are paying to be treated well when they stay and at the very least to not be taken advantage of. What a horrible experience. Hilton will never have my business again. Update….still no contact from the hotel. Still no refund. They clearly don’t care at all about what they have done. Still having bank issues and am going to be paying late fees and penalties, all because this place refuses my refund.

    I can honestly say that my and my husband’s experience at the Long Beach Hilton was nothing short of Exceptional due to the very friendly, professional & caring staff. We were first greeted by the valet who were all big smiles and so very helpful. I arrived not feeling well and they were very accommodating in getting our room prepared early so I could rest. For three days I did not leave the room and when I called the front desk Crystal answered and she was so very compassionate and had several different items sent to my room and even the general manager came by and asked if he could get me anything else. Then not only did she make sure I received everything I needed but also sent me a bag filled with waters and a “Feel Better” note. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every one of you for making a beautiful difference during a difficult time.

    My wife and I stayed here over a weekend in September for the Bass wedding. We had an awesome time with family and friends as this was the host hotel. Great room, hospitality and atmosphere. Andy J, checked us in and provided outstanding service and information regarding the Hotel, planned festivities for the weekend and surrounding area. First Class service and support our entire stay!

    I stayed at the Hilton Long Beach this past weekend as part of a national conference. I was thoroughly impressed with everything. They have an awesome shuttle that will take you downtown (or anywhere you want to go within a mile). The lobby environment was fun and inviting (they have smoothies, flavored water, etc.). They also have attentive staff members and a fun bar area. The rooms are newer and I had everything that I needed. I dont make it out to California often, but I would definitely return to this hotel if I do.

    Hotel was quite pricey for what it was. There was a very long wait at check-in, and clearly not enough staff. To enter, you need to go upstairs and no obvious ramp at the main entrance. The restaurant and service were great; however, they do not seem to clean rooms each day for the same guest, even when requested. The hotel wasn't central to many restaurants and there weren't many places to work quietly outside of the room.

    Excellent service. Room was very clean. AC did not get very cold initially- We called down to the front desk and maintenance had it fixed FAST. Nice and cold AC from then on. The response was so fast and effective. VERY nice staff at this hotel. They took good care of us and the room service menu was great. Delivery of food to our room was so fast. Everyone that works here is so kind and thoughtful. I recommend staying here. We will be back next year.

    Very welcoming and Friendly staffs, awesome lobby with fun amenities to enjoy games like giant jengga, pool table etc. A feel like home atmosphere for family. Unlimited popcorn, juice, hot coco, water. This place is so cool. We Love it. Thank you. We can use extra garage security tho. Our business partner car got broken into.

    I can’t say enough about the customer service at this hotel. Housekeeping was wonderful- they were willing to clean our room around when our twins were napping, they also picked up toys and folded baby’s blankets (no other hotel has done that), and common areas were very clean. Restaurant staff was great- one of them even bought our daughters a gift each. Hotel manager purchase pack and plays specifically for us when it was noted on our check in notes.

    This was a great start to an adventure, starting a cruise. Alex and George were excellent at check in offer help and information. The food and service was excellent. The business center was helpful with printing our luggage tags. Check out was seamless including the use of a stapler. Room was comfortable.

    Cleanliness is up to Hilton’s excellent standards! I have been traveling a lot over the past six weeks, and I prefer to stay in the three star or four star chains. No one, absolutely no room compared to the cleanliness of this one! The bathroom was immaculate and well appointed, the shower hot and powerful. The bed was so comfortable and clean, well made up with Hilton’s service staff white linens that gave me confidence in my night sleep! The room was spacious and clean, with a large closet, desk and chair, and additional side chair. Their were plenty of outlets built into the nightstands, other furniture, and lamps to accommodate both my husband and me with all our devices needing a charge! It was only for a night, staying over in Long Beach for 24 hours before we were on our way, but I wished we could have stayed longer. Oh, and the service was excellent! I’ll be back next time!

    Absolutely loved our stay here! We were immediately impressed with Daniel ‘Danny’ at the front desk. Personable and professional in every way! Later that day we had a similar positive experience with Esme. Our rooms were exquisite, beautifully maintained with nice views. The next morning the breakfast buffet is worth every penny! One of the best you’ll find anywhere. Management there is doing something absolutely right - and they’re hiring the right staff to represent this top notch hotel. I can’t wait to return in the future.

    Not sure what happen with first review. But came into the lobby it is very beautiful the staff was very friendly and helpful. Want to give a very shout out to Rene and Maria the shuttle drivers!!! Both were super nice, infomative and super cool!!!! Maria took me to a nice place on the area to get my nails done. And Rene came back to get me and took me to get something to eat. Our conversation was fun and loving!!!!! My stay overnight was amazing!!!!

    I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Long Beach, a beautiful upgraded suite, lots of light & a balcony, spotlessly clean, fresh soft clean towels, soft clean bed linen! The customer service is outstanding, I spoke to John the reception manager about Joshua one of the outstanding check in agents! Josh has helped me with claiming back Hilton Honors points I missed, knows my surname when I approach check in as a valued customer, always smiling, willing to help & go that extra mile, nothing is to much trouble! The Starbucks is great for a coffee in the morning, breakfast & service were great! Overall an excellent hotel with the best check in agent Joshua (Josh)

    We had our room ready before we visit LA. It was awesome! Brenda checked us in and she was very efficient. Joshua in the afternoon told us all the details of the hotel. Perfect all the way. Room was clean and we have a great view. Thank you!

    I stay in a lot of hotels for work and I can honestly say this one is top notch. The valet was nice and affordable. The building and room were very nice and taken care of. The restaurant bar was awesome and the 2nd floor restaurant breakfast was incredible. To Top it off, was the very friendly staff. Definitely glad I stayed here and I’ll be back!

    Great room, very clean and a sneak peak of our ship out the window. Shuttle was only a few minutes wait and right to the carnival terminal, didn't have to roll our luggage more than 6 feet. Breakfast in the restaurant tasted amazing and after seated the service was impeccable. Only recommendation would be for the staff to go ahead and seat guests explaining service will be delayed rather than leave them standing at door.

    Very nice hotel. The hotel app didn't work for a lot of the things it should do we had to visit the desk but everyone was helpful and nice. We enjoyed the free shuttle they offered which was a huge benefit for us. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner were nice as well. Super clean and spacious rooms too.
