4/5 Madison Downey (Maddie D. 4 months ago on Google
I
would
have
given
this
place
a
5-star
rating,
but
the
older
Hispanic
lady
who
helped
me
was
not
very
helpful,
and
her
overall
attitude
was
rude.
I
had
never
been
to
Yum-Yum
Donuts
until
now,
so
I
was
taking
my
time
to
look
at
all
the
selections
they
had
to
offer.
There
wasn’t
anyone
in
line
behind
me
waiting,
so
I
figured
it
was
fine.
However,
she
just
kept
standing
behind
the
counter,
looking
annoyed
at
me
until
two
minutes
went
by,
and
she
said
to
‘let
her
know
when
I’m
ready
to
order.’
This
wouldn’t
have
bothered
me
if
she
had
said
it
politely,
but
unfortunately,
she
didn’t.
Once
I
finally
said
that
I
was
ready
a
few
minutes
later,
she
came
back
to
the
counter
from
the
back
kitchen.
I
asked
her
about
the
new
filled
muffins
they
have
on
sale
because
it
looked
really
delicious.
I
inquired
about
the
flavor
of
the
muffin
and
filling.
The
response
she
gave
me
was,
‘The
muffin
has
no
flavor.
It’s
just
a
muffin.
The
filling
is
a
whipped
cream
or
custard.’
I
was
confused
and
said,
‘What
do
you
mean
there’s
no
flavor?
That’s
impossible.
Every
muffin
has
to
have
some
kind
of
flavor,
even
if
it’s
just
vanilla
extract
in
the
recipe.’
She
continued
to
argue
with
me,
saying
that
it
didn’t.
So,
I
got
annoyed
and
decided
to
get
something
else
instead.
I
don’t
understand
how
you
don’t
know
what
flavor
your
product
is
if
you’re
making
and
selling
it.
It’s
probably
a
good
idea
to
have
the
employees
of
your
store
learn
all
the
different
flavors
and
types
of
baked
goods
for
sale
in
the
store
if
you
want
to
be
successful.
They
should
probably
have
a
more
patient
and
kind
demeanor
as
well.
