Now I’ve been to a many of Fatburgers in my time but this one is by far the best of its kind!! The owner was so helpful and kind i couldn’t believe this was a fastfood joint. The freshest ingredients and the best tasting burger ive had i a while, you must go here if you want a quality burger and exceptional service!!

It's very hard to give a place a bad rating, but in this case it's not hard not to... We waited more than 30 minutes for our order to be done with one family in the restaurant and two couples there was no excuse for bad food and slow service. During our wait we noticed an Asian woman cleaning the grill with big chunks of something on the grill later we realized it was hamburger meat she was throwing away, burnt hamburger meat. The cook got a fresh piece of meat and smashed it down to flatten it out and flipped it over it kept on smashing it down, at that point the meat was overcooked and they hamburger had no life to it, drain from its juices. When I got my hamburger it didn't come with cheese and the hamburger was burnt and very dry it wasn't even a patty, it several pieces of ground meat stuck together. After dinner I told the cashier how bad the hamburger were and we were here about 5 years ago a few times and got their largest cheeseburger on their menu I made the wall twice I believe eating XXX Cheese Burger. 5 years ago their Cheese hamburger were Juicy, large, and it was very hot unlike this hamburger we had it was cold and very dry and burnt! I was told the Asian women was the new manager for about 5 years. The restaurant had 3 employees 1 female taking the orders, a male cook, and the manager which she prepped the hamburgers with all the dressings. How cheap can you be having only three people running the restaurant that's bad management, trying to save money and cutting corners, it gives all the other Fatburgers a bad name. We spent than $45.00 dollars for three hamburgers fries and a couple of drinks. We could have downgraded to McDonald's and got better food... I will have to go to another Fat Burgers or wait till they get a new manager near me. Sorry Fatburger you guys blew it!

Just as delicious as it is expensive! Good food but boy that price adds up fast. I believe there menu had inaccurate prices but what are you going to do? Still yummy and will go back just not as often as I'd like because of the price.

The first time I came here they overcooked the burget patty so much it was dry and burned. The second time I ordered 3 burgers but when I got home i noticed they made 2 instead of 3. Today I ordered 2 burgers with everything, when I get home I realize I got 2 burgers with only lettuce on it. I wish they would stop hiring high school kids and hire someone with experience. Never going back!

It's been a long time since I've eaten at a Fatburger, sadly it didn't live up to my memories. It was good, they grilled my onions. Got a little sticker shock when I orders the combo meal

My god, meal was so good had to stop and leave a comment. Burger was proportionally seasoned and well cooked. Took a little long but definitely worth the wait after but not too always be stuck in line. Send them extra help!

Although there wasn't anybody eating there when we pulled up which is a good indicator that the food isn't great we wanted to try it anyway. Food there is bland and below average. The service was good the people there were kind. This specific location was a little sketchy and the parking lot was not good. We decided to do the drive thru so I can't speak on the inside. Sorry but I won't be back.

I was visiting New York, and it was my first time coming to this place. I've heard about it plenty of times. This has to be the best burger I've had from a fast food restaurant. You can order the size you want. It was just very pricey but worth it. So if you're on a budget, this may not be the place for you.

The burger was fantastic so delicious. I order the king burger, so big but bomb ever bite . This place puts in and out to shame .🔥😊😜 The burger and chilli Frys are pricey, but worth eat penny hands down .👋👌👍🔥

The burgers are so overpriced. 12.25 for an impossible burger. Meal came to 25.00. Wow. They should have a rating for price. The service was really good and the place was very clean. I don't understand why these companies charge so much.

Placed my order online. Get to the restaurant and they have no record of my order and will not give me my money back!!! If I could no stars I would. I had screenshots of my order being placed and showed my bank transaction that the money came out of my account. Almost $100 and no food. The owner Yung didn't try to help at all.

Had never been to Fatburger before....this place was quick and food was ok....patty was a bit on the salty side but not awful. Fries were great and the deserts looked good...didn't try em but maybe next time lol

Love the food… customer service not so much this visit. Drive thru staff was not very friendly. Prices are a little higher than last time I visited. Would shop again… but different location.

Try this place because of a classic rap verse. They have a good burger and fries. 30 years ago. They probably had the best. Got a lot of other options out there nowadays. I felt the bun could have been fresher.

I took my nephew and his buddies to lunch..everything was so good and fresh..plus the customer service was great !
