Very good! Clean and organized! They are very orderly and super functioning. The workers are very polite.

The burger was really good here. I needed to go back and try a salad as they looked good as well.

I was really wanting to give 5 stars. I have had the habit in the past at different locations and was always excellent. The food was ok but it was cold. I ordered carry out at location not online. By the time i got home 5 min later burger was cold and bread was soggy. Onion rings and fries had good flavor but again cold. Order was correct and staff was friendly. I might give them another shot at a less busy time and see if it makes a difference.

The Habit Burger on Lakewood Boulevard in Long Beach is At the very top of its category! Everything is fresh, hot and delicious. How grill staff is able to give me a very juicy hamburger each and every time I order one Is amazing!! Their French fries will stand up against any other Try in the world! Was not happy with the amount of time it took to get my burger that was the only item I purchased, nearly 25 minutes and I was the second person waiting and the only one in the line. Burger was raw/pink inside and not very appetizing! "Get with it Downey Habit" ! This place has suffered since the only excellent manager has left, America, where are you?

It was packed on a Friday night. That's because it's good! Had a quality teriyaki burger and sweet potato fries for a good price. Their indoor dinning was full so we ate outside and an employee checked on us a few times. Overall good experience

Food is consistently legit. One of the best Impossible Burger on the market. However, the self serve kiosk did not allow ne to add the extra ingredients like avocado ND mushrooms.

Visited this location at about 8:30pm; there were a lot of side conversations going on not all attention to the customers. We notice about 3 orders ahead of us were wrong, hated the environment. Food was good as usual sourdough bread was extremely grease on my burger.

I had never been to this chain before. The restaurant was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was great! I'd recommend it. Hopefully all the other restaurants in the chain are this good.

It's a small world and it's important to to carry yourself in a professional manner because you never know who you will meet. My wife went to get us some food and the manager remembered us from Luna Grill... and she was so cool to pay for 3 burger combo meals. We are so grateful. Make sure you go and check out The Habit they have some great burgers and sweet potato fries.

I’m saying, it blows the competition down the street away. Staff was friendly and ordering was painless through the kiosk. Garlic Parm fries we amazing.

Ate here with my family while traveling on 02/03/23 in the later evening was semi busy, was a little dirty. The burgers were not bad, very greasy. Staff was nice.

Great burgers! The double Charburger was great as well as the onion rings, this is a good place to eat at although a bit pricier than In n out. Has good service so you get your food pretty soon after.

Enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken sandwich with teriyaki sauce on sourdough bread at this location. Parking is very congested due to location on Lakewood Blvd, and near other restaurants and a Courtyard Marriott hotel. Friendly cashier, lots of indoor and patio dining seats. Will return in future when in the area.

Can't understand why anyone would prefer this burger joint over others. Although their signature charburgers do taste charred, the hamburger patties are just thin, preformed frozen ones, topped with thinly shredded lettuce dripping with water. (I even got a free burger on my birthday through the phone app, but next year I'll pass.) The food is not cheap, as even a simple grilled cheese sandwich is nearly $5.00. And who would want garlic roasted brussel sprouts instead of fries or onion rings? Yuck! Go to a place like In-n-Out, where the menu is simple and the food is better.

Second time in a row that we go and our burgers are a complete mess! Pattie is completely off the bread, top bread is ripped and avocado is one huge clump that slid out…hopefully someone can go do some quality control because I’ve never seen it this bad
