I had filled out forms online and also showed up 20 minutes early - advice here - if you do that you do not need to come early, that’s just to fill out forms they already have if you did them online. They took me about 25 minutes after my appointment time, but after that everything was smooth. Took off everything with metal, locked it in a locker and went in. Since I didn’t move it took less than 20 minutes. Another tip here - be sure to ask for ear plugs if they are not offered. Very loud! Technician friendly & professional. Don’t expect results sooner than 5 days or so, so be advised of that timing when making your follow-up appointment. Definitely happy with the place & experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! I came here for an MRI, and was the only one in the waiting room. I came 5 minutes early for my appointment. I was in pain for a lower back injury and couldn't sit or stand longer than 5 minutes without pain. A white lady came in 5 minutes after me, but was seen first. Why?? 1. If her appointment was before mine, she was late. Why would I need to wait because she was late and I was on time? 2. If her appointment was at the same time as mine, why are they double booking? I still arrived before her so why did I need to wait?? UNACCEPTABLE!!

I made my appointment for 06/16/22 for MRI of Spine and pelvis without contrast. I was asked if had wires in my body I put down yes and where . I was told to be there 20 minutes early I got there at 2pm. My appt was for 2:45pm and the pelvis 310. I had to get up and as the young lady who check me in what time I was going to be seen it was 3: 05 pm. She didn't know or recognize me she got up to look for my name. Finally find me called the back. They said in 5 minutes. The gentleman call my name. Went through door. Asked me if I had wires I said yes. I said that I had told this when I'm made my appointment. Now is 3:20 and they tell by young lady the will not be able to do MRI. Why? Cause you guys have never done this with your MRI.the young lady that took over. Took picture of my card stated she must discuss this with her supervisor and check to see if they can do the test. I did say fine. What I don't understand if I had said I had wires. Why book the appt. And make me wait. Receptionist should be more aware. And ask there Supervisor.

Only rating the voice mail:Calling them and pressing option 7 to get a person: Does not work. The staff in person is swamped to the tilt. They should leave a voice answer greeting in option 7 to leave a message. But there isn’t one. Only robotic numbers are on option 7. But I must say this front my desk is excellent in person. Just fix the voicemail for customers like myself who need to call, thank u. In person I see how well this front desks handles a heavy flow of people and it stands out. Good to see!

They closed early at 4:30 even though they said they were open until 5pm

The staff was very polite and explained everything to me. They made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure and informed me of everything that was going on.

I called Tues afternoon for a MRI appt and was given several locations including one in Long Beach where I live. I was able to go real early (6:45) on Wed. The receptionist was welcoming and the radiologist was as well. The appointment was as smooth as it was stress free. Highly recommend WaveImaging!

I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Everyone was courteous I had an MRI and I'm really glad I brought my earplugs as it is An Extremely Loud procedure.

Everyone was so friendly and ecomodating. That wasn't easy as I turned out to be a handfull. Because I am very closterphobic Dr Shey provided a prescription for 1 Ativan pill. I notice just before I took it..the dosage was 2 mg. I was usually prescribed .5 mg. Well because of this change... I barely remember entering the tube, if I even knew when it was over. I think....Jerry was incharge and that is the last memory I have. If you can stand the rest of my day..... i was allowed to sleep in the change room.. maybe for an hour in a chair...,,then I got up on my own and mosyied to the outer office where I slept for an hour on bench,,... Then the kind lady gave me her phone number and said Please call when you get home. ..... I realize now I should not have been driving thankfully I did not enter the freeway...once I drove thru Los Al, and Cypress and I managed to get to Los Al Blvd... I was hungry.. I did stop at one my old favorite places..... they had great food..so great I managed to walk to their outside booths and eat a portion of this delicious food. Just as soon as I remember their name. Great taquitos with Rice and beans. So much I brought most home. Now here is the tricky part....At 4 pm I wake up assleep on my couch! I guess my car is in the cp next to Jodis... but I donot know.....Everything has been .... "what one would. call a surprise"! Will share more in the morning after I clear up the rest of this day. I assume when I see Dr Shay we will all be surprise with the results of my MRI... if it was completed... as you can guess I was not there! All I know is that tiny little white pill really has my name on it.....Oh Ladies in the Wave Inaging Center.. when I find that little piece of paper with your number on it..,I will call, I promise. my name us.. Saundra. I think and hope you did not have more than one registered for today... As you can see ONE was EnOUGH! I think, but I am not sure, That this has never happened to me before. I am almost positive...... so

This place is amazing! I have gone to other places for MRI's none are comparable to this place. Fast, polite, outstanding service. My results were in the very next day. Well recommended 👌

I had an MRI at Wave Imaging in Long Beach, CA. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The MRI was done quickly. My only issue was the machine they chose for me was a little snug causing discomfort in my shoulders afterwards, but other than that they were great!!!

Technician was very nice and good at what he does. Have been there before and had excellent results for my MRI study. I was in and out and about 25 minutes. Pretty darn good! Melanie okay

Very nice business. Receptionist friendly and helpful. The Rad tech was awesome. He helped me through my claustrophobic episode and I was able to complete the needed testing. Excellent place to come to.

The man who did my MRI was really nice. The reason I give only 3 stars is this place was super ghetto. It needs a serious scrub of all the walls and floor. Something about a medical building performing procedures dies not sit well with me. I have other comments but choose not to get anymore in trouble. We all have bad days.

All the staff are very friendly and attentive and the facilities are super clean, you feel very comfortable in this place.
