I ordered a Prada shoes went to Nordstrom to pick it up it was very easy process I enjoyed being there. Nordstrom rack has the same great brands. You’ve come to expect from the high-end retail store Nordstrom. Good items at Nordstrom rack tend to be the ones from last season that are still in brand new condition and a significant discount. If you want Nordstrom quality but want to save money. Nordstrom rack is the place to go. Nordstrom rack locations tend to be in outlet malls with plenty of parking and a good selection. If you want to stay on a budget stop by Nordstrom rack today. They have really good collections.

The Nordstrom rack in Long Beach exchange is merchandised well and has a great variety of items. It’s a large store with lots of helpful customer service helpers. It’s a nice, relaxing place to shop

I always hear people saying that the items here aren't really from Nordstrom flagship stores, and I think that it's probably a mixed bag. Nordstrom Rack consistently carries the Lucky Brand pants I like to wear, so I'm really not upset they were most likely never in a regular Nordstrom store. I also have on other occasions purchased very nice Cole Haan and Florsheim shoes that probably were sold sold at Nordstrom and they didn't have stock in enough sizes to continue carrying it in store. Truthfully I don't know how items get to Nordstrom Rack, but I've been happy with the quality and price of most of the items I've purchased over the past 10 years or so that I've been shopping here and have been a more frequent customer since they opened this location so close to where I live so I don't need to travel to Costa Mesa any longer.

One of my favorite stores for purchasing quality name brand shoes at discounted prices. I was able to find a great pair of Merrill Moab hiking shoes (awesome shoe for someone like myself with high arches).They even had a half size that fits perfectly. I will be visiting this store more often since they always seem to have what I need.

This store was organized and the customer service was super good. I was there visiting there town. Needed to return something. The store was obviously completely together organized and relaxed. I love going to a retail store where everyone is completely relaxed and knows their job. Gives me confidence to buy more when I know they can answer my questions. I ended up purchasing. Business went smoothly and my shopping experience was great.

This store is like heaven on earth ♥️ they have everything you can possibly think of ! Everything for the family ♥️ Mom , Dad , kids , grandma, Grandpa, grandkids. Everything is organized ! Everything is clean ! They have a bathroom! Makeup 💄 Home decor ! Sunglasses 🕶 Shampoo and conditioner! They have all kinds of toys ! And everyone is nice 👍🏽 It’s a cool store ! This Store seems to have better organization & it’s a bit cleaner than the one at Cerritos (possibly better staffed)

Not a bad store. They even gave me a credit card and free points, when another store with not as expensive merchandise wouldn't. They are a bit pricey for many items, but there are sales to be had as well. Not quite sure if the merchandise is better or not. Seemed somewhat similar to T.J. Max. The name Nordstrom is supposed to evoke some of the most expensive merchandise of the best quality. The one that used to be in downtown Long Beach did..this one leaves me wondering. But- I did get that card, so....

Today I bought 6 pairs of shoes including a pair Dr Martens. When they get shipments you can go nuts. The service clerk was very nice. I am very happy .

They were not to crowed maybe 4 minute wait in line they have a lot. good stuff to see something a little pricey then other store,s but they are brand name.

Went for men's cologne. Not able to smell products, but the guy working had a lot of knowledge on the products and recommended 2. Opened right as we left the store to smell. You know, in case we needed to return. They smelled amazing. Great customer service.

Honestly, I love this place. So organized and clean. I like checking out their sterling silver, their bags, shoes, etc. Their fitting rooms are so kept up and beautiful. The employees are sweet. What else can I say? You need something or want to get a gift this is the spot.

Always end up leaving with something from this location! The shoe section always has great finds from trusted brands with reasonable prices.

Easy success. Friendly staff, much more organized men's section than other local NRacks. Lacking on men's suits, though (limited selection). Finding men's L or XL in great brands is also limited, but it's an outlet, so it is what you get.

I’ve decided I’m no longer shopping at a place that leaves such little room for store returns. $160 down the drain. To think of all the money my mom and I have spent here.
