I have been coming to Affinity Dental for years and have recommended several friends. They have always been excellent providers of care and customer service. Recently I had a dental implant which had some complications (not due to poor work, just bad luck) and they have been so accommodating seeing me last minute when needed. The entire staff from the front office to the hygienists to the dentists are friendly and helpful every time I come in or need to call. They also have parking which is a huge bonus - especially in the winter! Highly recommend!

Best dentist office in Chicago! I’ve been going here since I went to elementary school at Bell. I’ve lived around DC, San Diego, San Francisco and I never found a dentist office that I trusted the way I trust Affinity Dental. They won’t try to sell you on things you don’t need and they’ll give dental advice as if they’re treating their own teeth. Awesome staff, I look forward to every time I get to visit and know my teeth are in great hands.

Super friendly staff. Excellent experience! Especially with the latest/high-tech same-day crown technology that is everything you’d want from a modern-day dentist. While no one looks forward to their next dental visit, I most definitely know where I plan to go and who I trust most for my next one.

I came here after multiple terrible experiences at Lakeview Smiles. Dr. Besse is amazing and probably the best dentist I have seen. Honest and professional, without giving a doom and gloom type consultation, and tangible, realistic, and hopeful options as far as treatments. I would definitely recommend. Look forward to continuing my dental treatments at this practice.

Top notch dental service. They were clear about everything and took time to ensure that I was comfortable during the exam, really appreciated that. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist that truly cares about their patients, 10/10.

I cannot in good faith recommend Affinity Dental any longer. I have been going in for a little over a year and they seemed attentive at first and because of Covid, it had been about 13 months since my last cleaning. After my last visit, I now believe they charged me for many procedures that were never completed or never fully completed (I have never had a teeth cleaning take 14 minutes and they were charging me for a deeper level of teeth cleaning that I had to pay additional copays). But the worst is this past visit, they continuously kept pitching some guy upstairs above their office that was giving out free wrist bands for sleep apnea testing. I said maybe at first (to be nice) when they wanted to walk me upstairs and then I explained I have an apple watch that tracks my respiration when sleeping and I was not interested. I then said flat out 'no' and that I would talk to my cardiologist to see if he shares those concerns. She said she would see what the Dentist has to say after my cleaning. Told her no and she was like, we'll follow up with this again when you come back. I will not be back to Affinity Dental after the experience I had.

I came in for a new patient cleaning and had a wonderful experience! The dental assistant (I don’t remember her name) was very friendly and talked me through all the details of each step in the process, which I appreciated. Dr. Besse was also great. Will definitely be returning.

I am always so anxious to go to the dentist, but this place is amazing! The office is beautiful and during my visit Ashley and Silvia took great care of me! Highly recommend!
