Today I had an appointment to continue my dental work. All they did was take x rays and complete an exam since it had been a while since my last visit. The dentist decided he didn't have time to complete the filling on my tooth. I informed him I had the time today set aside to do so. He still insisted I return another day. He wanted to schedule me for two additional appointments instead of one to complete the work needed. This is a self pay, so it's more beneficial financially for them to schedule more appointments instead of taking the time to do both dental services simultaneously. This experience made me more aware of how businesses are really not concerned about the customer and they don't value your time. It all comes down to the bottom line. Money and how much they can take from you.

My experience with Dr. Konstant was excellent. I was a little nervous at first but he reassured me and did a wonderful job. His patience is impeccable and I would recommend him to everyone. Great Doctor!

The staff here are amazing! Had some teeth extracted no pain he was amazing. The dental hygienist who did my deep cleaning was so good no pain at all. Gums are healing nicely. I highly recommend Family Dental professional and caring. Call you after your visits to see how you are doing. Absolutely love this place. Make your appointment now they are worth every penny and then some.

Dr. Will and his team are fabulous! I had multiple issues and he made a very simple care plan that addressed my dental needs and helped to get my teeth back on track! Everyone here is so nice and personable!

I like this dental office, I see Dr. Will whose personable and has done great work for me (I luv my 😃 these days). The support staff from reception to dental assistants are professional with positive vibes and I've never wait long to be seen.

Awful dentist. Have no idea where he got his degree. Would not recommend going to this dentist. Just takes your money and does very little for you. Told me that my plate was done for this appointment then when I went in they said it was not done, but still charged me for the visit. Very frustrating. Many, many appointments and never resolved my initial problem correctly. NEVER pay ahead of time for what they promise. You will never receive what you paid for& it’s not not cheap for a fixed income senior citizen. Avoid this place at all cost.

RACHEL WAS PERFECT!!! She was so attentive and kind during my X-rays and it helped so much because we all know how uncomfortable those can be. I walked in and sat down for not even a full minute and she called me back, and it was a great experience through and through. Thanks, team!

Went in today to get a wisdom tooth removed! I was scared that I'd hurt but Mercedes and Dr romano did a great job! I was in no pain at all during the procedure today. Will for sure go back to get the other 3 removed.

If you’re looking for a new dentist this is the place to come too!!! The minute I walked in the front desk greeted me and welcomed me in so kindly! Dr. Will, the hygienist Jen and her assistant Makayla were awesome!!! First time coming in and was able to get my teeth cleaned!!

Dr. Romano pulled my tooth and I had no before or after pain. His energy dealing with me was amazing 👏 I would recommend Family dental care to any and everyone. They even called me days later to check on my healing process. I'm 1000 percent satisfied

Dr Czyscon is a fantastic Dentist very patience and caring. Not to mention he had a gentle hand. Didn’t feel a thing when he pulled seven teeth. And Patrice is wonderful and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great dental services.

The staff were very professional and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. I felt very relaxed and at ease. I had three impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed. The procedure went smoothly and was done in less than an hour! Recovery time was unproblematic. I would highly Dr.Romano recommend to family, friends and to whomever may need Oral surgery

I love this place! Dr. Czyscon is such a stellar dentist. He’s great at letting me know what my procedures entails. This helps with my anxiety. If you ever want an impression ask for Patrice. She’s gentle and magical. I really appreciate her for helping me get comfortable because I have a serious gag reflex. She swooped in and made it happen so quickly and efficiently. She’s amazing.

This was my first time coming to family dental the receptionists were very friendly. I was nervous about going and my sisters had gone there before reassured me that the staff would be relaxing and they were, Marisol and Patrice were very good at explaining to me my dental and financial procedures. And don't let me forget Dr Chris the dentist his chair side manner was very kind and professional

Today I went in for my first ever root canal with Dr. Tim Rogers and his assistant Maria. They were very kind and patient with me , very professional with talking to me about each step of the procedure - given that I was really scared and nervous , they took the time to do so which I really really appreciate. I didn’t feel any pain and it was a success. I recommend going to this clinic for any tooth work you need. I was comforted in good hands with Dr. Rogers
