Not very bad. The atmosphere was very good. The shop was very clean and well kept. But the staff was not very helpful.

Popped in to get ice-cream two days in row - unfortunately, whatever is happening, the item is not available. Staff is fine - I don't expect much of contact. Parking the car is awkward - everybody is waiting or some take two parking spaces... Bluewater is better option.

This Mcdonalds used to be better. I can only see teenagers working there with no supervision… My fries today was honestly disgusting, went straight in the bin. It looks like they were sitting in the oil for ages before someone thought it’s a good idea to reheat them and serve..🤢 very disappointed🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

If you are expecting politeness, and no wait time, and full drinks do not go to McDonald’s drive- thru today. (06/08/23). Manager Amy is extremely unhelpful.

Our burgers were thrown together and had to rebuild them even the special order and the fries had no salt on them

Customers beware of this MD I recently had to wait for a coffee because I believe the machine was being cleaned drove back to work had one mouthful of the coffee and had to throw it away the taste was revolting 2 hours later had terrible stomach pains which then moved to my lower back which lasted around 5 hours. Clearly the machine had not been cleaned correctly and I had been served a coffee containing cleaning fluid of some sort I have since discovered how dangerous this can be sometimes resulting in deaths. I will not be using MD again and would advise others to consider a safer alternative.

Staff were really friendly and food was hot! So helpful! Ended up with sauce on a burger I asked for plain and the two ladies who greeted me at the door were so lovely and helpful, and the problem was rectified straight away! They were so chatty and really approachable .

Absolutely awful. Ordered online at 17.17 and it’s now 19.45 with no food. My driver tracking has been back and forth to the shop and my ETA has changed about 6 times so clearly they’ve just forgotten about my order. Tried to call the phone number and I’m on 15 attempts with no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. Quick enough to take your money and then not provide the goods nor a communication channel they actually answer / reply on once you’ve placed an order.

I have been here twice this week. Fancied a breakfast and a nice coffee. However this was not to be. Both times I have been here the hot drinks machine is not working. Needless to say I took my custom elsewhere. Not good McDonald's. Sort it out

My son drove us to the drive through. We ordered. I ordered the grilled chicken salad with vinaigrette dressing. We were told there is a short wait so we were shown the waiting area. We were on a school run so when the food arrived we done a very basic check before we left. The food order was correct, however, there was not one piece of ‘paper’ cutlery, no vinaigrette dressing and absolutely no serviette😡. As I was about 25 miles from home, I literally had to sit in the vehicle eating with my fingers this over lettuice DRY salad. Never again!

Standard service. Coffee was good though. Always a little busy.

Visit very pleasant today, this was made so by the wonderful Jane!!! McDonalds needs more staff like Jane 🥰 She greeted us at the door, helped us order and even asked if everything was ok with our meal when we got it. 🥰 She wished us a good day as we left too! I hope McDonalds reward exceptional staff like the lovely Jane. She could teach other staff to be more human. Good old fashioned and rare qualities. Thank you Jane, you are a star and we wish you well. 😍
