Fairly new store, good layout and size. Very good range of products. Staff were very friendly and knowledge, had a good friendly atmosphere. Staff were helpful in helping me push the trolley out to the van as I had a bad back, on this visit there was plenty of slots available in next day delivery's. Car park has plenty of parking available.

Only go here for the cafe as I’m on site near by, staff are very friendly. Food is delicious. And there’s a TV. What more could you want?

Thought this was trade only members shop. This is not the case. It is open the general public. I was looking for a wrench to unscrew a 55mm large nut. I could not find one in other local diy shops and someone suggested trying this shop. This site has a small carpark immediately outside the shop. On arriving there I went to reception and asked the assistant there if they sold something to open the large nut on a Mira 88 shower, I showed him the actual head assembly which had a 55mm nut. He pointed me to the general area saying if they have it that is where I would find it. After looking through the limited supply, I located a adjustable heavy duty wrench that supposedly went up to 60mm. So I returned back to the chap at customer services. Whilst waiting there in a small queue, someone shouted out from the left of me asking me if I wanted to pay. I walked up to her. She said could I not see the vary large sign above her. I found that comment extremely offensive. I have never been to the shop and I said I had been served by the customer service person at the customer service desk. I paid the amount due and left. The older till lady definitely needs to be given lessons in etiquette if she is to serve non regular non trade customers. As for the wrench and it statement of expands upto 60mm, it was a great struggle to get it it stay put over the 55mm nut and apply leverage to open the nut. I think this should be advertise to open upto 50mm and also needs to have longer sides to fit more onto the nut.

It's a Selco with a lovely café inside... I visited the café, so this is a review of that... Very clean and tidy, lovely friendly staff, who bring the food and drink to your table, and speedy service too. Nice sausage and egg sandwich. Yummy!

Visited this fantastic trade store today. It had everything I needed, & at great prices. Staff were very friendly & helpful. I definitely will be back, for all of my supplies. Totally recommend.

Asked staff for assistance and they had absolutely no idea what I was looking or asking for even though its a basic item. Store was tidy but items overpriced.

Super friendly staff at this Selco centre. I had a chat with Matt who assisted me in amending some details for a wrong address delivery and to update one of my companies details in the system.
