Visited the Lakeside store for the first time as I was looking for a new pair of sunglasses. We were looked after by Hannah and her customer service was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she was so warm and friendly and due to this I ended up buying three pairs of sunglasses. When we got home my wife was not happy with the fit of one pair so we went back to the store even though it is not our local store and was a ninety mile round trip. We were glad we did as once again Hannah dealt with us and again looked after us with real care and compassion. Hannah is a real asset to the store and delivers excellent service every time. One quick note, I am assuming her name was Hannah as I am going by the receipt.

Great place, friendly sales assistant who was very knowledgeable and quick to find glasses shaped to suit my face. Not pushy at all. Nice range of products.

Absolutely amazing, the lady who assisted my parner and I was excellent, she was so happy, bubbly, helpful without pressurising, whilst simultaneously assisting us and another 2 people at the same time whilst ensuring we all had an excellent shopping experience

What can I say, Simon is an absolute legend, made the experience of buying glasses very unique, fun and interesting. He is super polite and super helpful, will be coming back for another pair because of Simon great customer service skills!
