    Worst place to go. Staff is rude, I went to get my blood done on Thursday and itā€™s now Tuesday and I still havenā€™t gotten my results. I had a doctor tell me that I might be miscarrying and immediately started telling me Iā€™m too young and that I should really be on birth control after already explaining to him why I could do birth control anymore. Completely un professionalā€¦ got way too into my personal life as well and wouldnā€™t stop talking after he already mentioned how far he was going with his ā€œadviceā€. The lady that took my blood was super nice though! The nurse was extremely judgmental too.

    Worst pharmacy in Longmont. Their only pro is being bilingual. Literally will call you in when your prescription isnā€™t ready saying that it is and it hasnā€™t even been requested. Train your employees properly or fix your system, it really shouldnā€™t be that hard.

    Canā€™t even get through to make or cancel an appointment. Even though they make you sign a form saying that you will show up. You canā€™t even cancel the appointment!!!!!!!!!!!!ā€™ They make you wait so long here. My checkup turned into a 3hr visit. I was seen by a community college student who wasnā€™t supervised by a Dr. Or P. A. If you are a self respecting human w/health insurance, go elsewhere.

    My information was breached as a result of being a patient here. When they say that your information is being protected in accordance with HIPAA, that means that they will allow all of your information to be accessed by hackers. Also, chaotic, unorganized healthcare with ridiculous wait times measured in hours, not minutes.

    Worst place ever trinity the case worker kicked me out of the clinic today after I have on going care being done that is severe. Trinity was a night mare and brought out my PTSD very bad do not deal with her for anything. It's ok for them to call off appointment but we get punished it's not right us as clients need to stick up for ourselves. I wouldn't go to this clinic they are trash

    They can take care of all your Medical and Dental needs. I have never had to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes to be called to the back. Once there, the same thing, Drs come in fairly quickly. Everyone I've seen seems very knowledgeable and professional. I've never felt rushed. Which didn't use to be the case. I was going to Salud in Commerce City when I lived in Denver. I would be there all day! Every time I went. So I'm very impressed with the Longmont Salud! Good job everyone!

    WOW! What a great place! My first visit was a wonderful experience. No red flags. The front desk lady was so nice and helpful, the PA was super great. And I pleasantly surprised by the dental hygienist visit! And I got a free toothbrush! I met with Dr. Bailey who was awesome and was not your text book type doctor. He was right on with knowledge about my issues. Great bedside manner and I felt very comfortable with him. I havenā€™t felt this way in quite awhile. Iā€™ve been through two primary physicians for the past 8 years so Dr Bailey was a breathe of fresh air! Then I was able to get my blood test done with quick results. Fun lady took my blood. Oh and did I mention the scheduling guy who made me a follow up appointment without me having to call! They have a friendly website too. The Salud Family practice is innovative and provides great medical care. I highly recommend this practice!

    The doctors are great, but this is not location is not efficient. I checked in at 8:15am, my appointment was at 8:20am it is now 10am and I am still waiting in the lobby to get blood work that takes 5 min.

    Everyone I have come in contact with has been extremely helpful. I saw my doctor for my first visit and the next day a specialty doctor that I need to see called to make an appointment. Great job!!

    Best health center I have used! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Drs are super knowledgeable. I especially like to use the pharmacy there. The pharmacy is way faster then kings, safeway, and Walgreens. You donā€™t even need to be a salud patient to use it. The staff is always friendly and professional. They are also a bilingual pharmacy.

    Thank you for providing low cost health care for our community! These health care providers are giving back so be kind and be patient, they are working hard to get everyone in. Iā€™ve always had a good experience seeing Dr. Merrill and she has taken care of various health concerns though the years.

    Had an appointment with Dr for my first visit and was told I couldn't be seen because I have a cough. I must have been mistaken, I thought this was a medical clinic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FACILITY! I will be notifying my insurance company so that they are not billed as I was refused treatment.

    Avoid at all costs. I called to book an appointment for a vasectomy. They set me up for a consultation. I took the day off work for this appointment. I called and spoke to someone the day before with questions, making it very clear that I was coming in for a pre-vasectomy consult. When I arrived, I spent 20 minutes filling out forms and answering questions, then was called in to the patients area. They took my vitals and then the nurse asked why I was in. I told her I was here for my vasectomy consultation and she was very confused, and told me that the doctor I was here to see did not do vasectomy. So I would have to make a new appointment and start the entire process over again. I decided that if I cannot trust them with something as simple as setting me up with the right doctor, there is no chance I'm trusting them with my reproductive parts. I left and will never be back. Can't recommend this place to anyone, no matter how desperate.

    We haven't receive bad experiences. My mom Is treated well and respectfully. The nurses arƩ very sweet and nice making sure my mom Is okay. The doctor Is very professional as well. There Is no rude recepcionista or bad employees. Thank you for the great services.

    Word of advice. If you are like me and you never get sick. Still go to the doctor once every year. I needed to do a telephone visit and they told me my account was closed since I didn't go to the doctor in the past three years. I would have to go in person 1-2 weeks out to get reestablished. I ended up not getting the help I needed because of it. šŸ˜¢

    Part of a massive data security breach, all personal, financial and medical history, affecting 426,000+ patients and staff. While informed 2 months after the fact, have been contacting Salud for over a year to request my information be deleted from their systems, especially in lieu of the extremely sloppy cyber security measures in place (or not) and have not received a response or answer regarding what systems are being put in place so does not occur again. There is a proposed class settlement, with a $1,000,000 cap (less than $3/person) where Salud does not accept any accountability. They have taken advantage of a really vulnerable population and have no intention of doing the right thing. This is the gift that will keep on giving for a lifetime. Their notice indicated to ā€œcheck your accounts oftenā€. Really disappointing.

    How do I start . . . 1. They had us waiting almost an hour for our appointment. 2. The physicians assistant kept calling my son's feet dirty. It was extremely unprofessional. Like my son's feet were expected to be sparkling clean. There is not one single kid who has sparkling clean feet. 3. He asked if my son showered and looked shocked like I had said yes when I hadn't say anything. 4. When he asked what therapies my son was getting for his ASD and ADHD (which was odd because we were there for his foot) I got taken aback by it and he immediately assumed that I didn't want to tell him for some reason. 5. If he had actually bothered to read my son's chart, he would see that my son has ADHD and ASD and that he hates wearing shoes and socks unless he has to and that he hates showering also. 6. He tried to push the Imagine company on me. Anyone who knows me knows that I won't work with Imagine for personal reasons. Overall . . . EPIC failure. This place NEEDS to do better. It's visits like these that make mom's not want to seek medical care for their children. BOO!!!!!
