Front desk lady was rude and snotty. I don’t use my phone for any kind of check in. And I couldn’t figure it out I thought you could ask for help and I got a snotty reply and basically called dumb. Thank goodness I had to go once and don’t have to go back. Rude.

The RN on duty did not listen to me she failed my DOT exam because I mentioned I have sleep apnea. She immediately denied me did not hear from me that it was mild. The lady who did my urinalysis and eye exam was very nice. She got done with the exam and had me put on blue shorts and wait for the Nurse or RN. I feel violated because the nurse denied me and had me put my pants back on. So why did I have to get undressed, I don't know myself. I will never go to this site again.

I’m recently went for a drug screening and DOT physical. Long story short I had to use the bathroom and after I arrived was told the wait would be 3-4 hours! I said that was fine but asked if I could use the restroom and the lady at the front desk who was very rude said if I used the bathroom now and can’t use it when I get called back for the drug test, it would be an additional 3 hours. So I waited to the point I could no longer sit. I was fighting the urge to urinate for almost 3 hours to the point I was having pains in my lower back. Never again will I step foot inside this practice nor will I be referring any of my family or friends.

This clinic was tremendously helpful in getting my pre-employment testing figured out despite having a lot of difficulty in figuring out what needed to get done. I would choose to come here for any future sicknesses or other reasons based on everyone's helpfulness.

I just complet d my care here at concentra .. To put it lightly.. Micah .. Darcey and the rest of the crew rock .. twice a week they checked me in set up a ride to and from , handled paperwork .. everything . they were alway just at the top of their game You guys rock and concentra is lucky to have u as employees are hanks agin front desk and staff

So glad that I chose to come here. The front desk is so nice and professional. The providers listen well and the physical therapists there are amazing. I would not go anywhere else than here for my care.

I don’t recommend you go during your lunch hour - I did because it was convenient for me to not have to miss work, but I didn’t realize they would also be on THEIR lunch hour, so the wait ended up being longer. It was just a pre-employment UA though so the wait was not bad. I did hear them warning everyone that came after me that the wait would be longer because most of the staff was on their lunch break. Just a little warning if you think it’ll be better to just pop in on your lunch break so you won’t miss work! Other than that it was pretty great, as good as this type of experience could be I guess! The guy was nice, once they took me back to do the deed it was very quick and I got done with it all in less than five minutes. Thanks!!!

Was in and out within an hour, received my results promptly and the staff were very kind.

The MA who I was assigned to was very professional & thorough. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen & the staff was nice & friendly!

Staff were amazing and pleasant to work with! My visit was done sooner than expected.

Everyone here was fantastic. They go above and beyond their way to make things happen. They actually made a special trip to FedEx so my test would make it to the facility on time and not have to wait 2 extra days. Thank you very much ladies for your extra time and effort for a job well done. As for the Doc there, totally awesome....

Very professional and personal. They very attentive and courteous to the patient and from our past experiences they run very smoothly. Appointments are always on time ,meaning very little wait time.

I was there over 3 hours. I think that’s a big problem. I had a physical, 2 shots, a blood draw and a respirator fit. Should not take that long. Plus I was told to get there a half hour early for paperwork. I got there at 8:30 am and left around noon.

I requested that Concentra not text me. I also did not sign authorization for Concentra to text me. Against my will they text me for feedback. How can you trust a company with your private info when they can’t follow your minor requests?

I was only there for a pre-employment drug screen. Staff was friendly, courteous, professional. Everything went well and I was generally pretty pleased with the visit. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that there was a bit of a wait. Not terrible - less than an hour but still a bit of a wait. I did go in the middle of the afternoon so that probably had something to do with how busy the clinic was.

Super fast and friendly service I was out of there within 15 or 20 minutes. The nurse and front desk was very kind, and the doctor was very professional.👍👍

They made everything very easy smooth and had a lot of fun for something that had a very serious outcome. I was very surprised and put it ease with the staff and the doctors and all of the procedures that they had they moved people through the system somewhat seamlessly great job
