Fun place. Bring a raft/tube, food, sun shade etc. and you can easily stay 4+ hours of fun. People are good at social distancing.

Great place to walk your dogs. Got to see some geese taking their goslings out for a swim!

We went on a Wednesday, and it wasn't too crowded. We didn't use the bike skills park, but it looked fun. We hung out on the beach and in the water. We brought average swimming pool inflatable rafts, which were just fine. The water was shallow everywhere. My newly 4 year old was fine doing the man-made rapids in her own, with her puddle jumper. We brought toys to play on the beach, but it was not very sandy... more rocky. But they enjoyed it. There were lots of big boulders to sit on, but zero shade close to the water. There was a covered picnic area nearby.

Maybe fun with older kids but everything is spread way out and there's no shade. They water the "nature" trail until it turns into a huge muddy mess. Seems to be mostly focused on the bicycle trails and the rafting. I couldn't find most of the other features I'd heard about. There's a rather nice bathroom right by the parking lot though.

Kids had fun playing pirate and moving around. I didn't know deeper section was near bridge. Are some deeper areas to be aware of.

This is a cute park. There is a large grassy area to set up a tent or a large umbrella. There is no shade close to the water, but there is a few pavilions closer to the parking area. The beach near the stream is a great place for kids to cool down and play in the water. The water is not too deep and is good for a toddler to walk around and play in if they are water safe. Plenty of room to water tube down the river too.

Fun place to play in the water on a hot day. Lots of goose poop though. Town should get rid of the geese. Wear shoes, the bottom of the river is rocky.

Super lovely park and a great place to start along the Greenway. I love sitting on the rocks beside the creek and dipping my feet in on a hot day. The atmosphere is serene and Peaceful, especially for the middle of Longmont

So much to do and see here. Lots of parking and access to the St Vrain Greenway. There is a dirt path for bicycles.

👍👍 My dog and I really enjoy this park. I go there for walking only, but they do have disk golf, baseball fields, pickleball, and a gravel track. They also have restrooms by the baseball fields, but I don't know if they are open year round. It is next to a school, so it is just a nice little complex to...
